Very similar! I was married at 22, divorced at 27...Glad I never re-married or had kids. Semi-retired at 38 and I have been considering moving to Alaska, Wyoming, or similar. The peace and solitude is where it's at!
Same here, well sort of. Fiancé was with me since I was age 21-24 before she dicided to leave for someone else. Since then at 28 years I’ve accumulated 40K in my bank account, drive a Camaro SS, have hobbies (for example my nitro/electric RC car collection) living all myself and paying my own bills. I wouldn’t even have the spare time on my day off to enjoy my hobbies because women hate when men have hobbies. A girlfriend / wife is just nothing but a heavy metal ball and chain locked to your ankle
He's absolutely telling you the truth about sex and marriage; as soon as you're married after a year or two, your sex life is over. I'm 75, retired, and have been living alone since my divorce 20 years ago. My kids are grown. My life is peaceful and quiet. I play golf, go sailing, go to wine tastings, go hiking, and meet friends for lunch or dinner or at sports bars. I'm far happier without women in my life. I don't need the drama or narcissism. I go where I want, when I want, do what I want. Life is good.
@@Zfast4y0u Thank you for the synopsis of my life. I didn't get married till I was 35. My ex wanted sex until we had our 2nd child, then no more. Im 61. Went through a divorce 12 years ago. Lost my house, etc. Managed to retire at 60. I spent 27 yrs trying to make her happy and secure, only to have her destroy it. Young men do NOT live for women.

Thanks for chiming in man that was really good advice. It’s one thing for people to hear it from some guy on UA-cam, but I am sure that your words carry a lot of weight. Thanks again.
After divorce met a nice lady who lives a distance away. No drama, I have my place she has hers. Physical side is good. We go halves on everything. Can't believe how much my ex cost. Absolute eye opener. Works for me.
I am in a similar situation but I am widowed. The lady I am dating lives like an hour away. Sex is the best. She cooks nice meals. we go out and have fun
Absolutely the way to go, I did that for nearly 20 years. We didn't go haves since I made way more than she did and I was older but I had the time of my life taking her on trips all over and it worked out great for her as well. Win, win. Something I never hear.
54 here. I was married 23 years and raised two great, well-mannered boys she wanted to divorce, I did not. Now after 2 years single, I can totally 100% agree with you.I have purchased land in the most remote area in the United States and am building MY dream home! You have a new follower brother
It's been three years since I retired, and while inflation has made it tough to maintain my lifestyle, especially when I was living in the city. relocating to the countryside has helped me manage things better. Being single, it’s been a bit lonely since most of my friends and family are still caught up in their routines. But at least out here, it's been easier to stretch my savings, and hopefully, I won’t outlive it.
I’m nearing retirement myself, and I had similar concerns. I started investing later than most, and just relying on ETF compounding wasn’t cutting it for me. After working with a financial advisor, I managed to restructure my investments and am now on track to retire with around $4 million. If I hadn’t sought advice, I doubt I’d be as confident in my plan right now
I usually steer clear of recommending specific people because financial needs are so personal. But I can say that working with Emily Ava Milligan has made a world of difference for me. I noticed her strategies are tailored to fit personal goals and make sense for different needs. It might be worth exploring to see if her approach resonates with you
I'm 72 never married and I am a multi- millionaire. I just had a regular job but invested and was frugal. The only time I was broke was when I had girlfriends.
@@mehdielatrassi7416 Sisters, not that they particularly deserve it. But they will get the house and most of the remaining cash. Mostly my estate is forestland which will go to a land conservancy along with funds for management. But I am still spending and plan on living for a while yet.
I got married at 40, divorced at 50. I’m now 58, retired with no debt and with a boatload of money in the bank. I’ll never get married again. A few single mothers have come after me, but they were easy to shoot down. The peace and quiet is truly addictive. Stay single fellas.
100% indeed, divorced have money in the bank I never dreamed of, during my marriage I just couldn't buy anything without asking my wife, she had diamond ring, new car, nice clothes, nice house, but I drove an old pick up truck, never again, men do not get married for the love of god, no perpetual love.
So true! As much as the whole thing cost me (around $1.5M in my case), at least there is now a "fire wall" and what's left is mine (except what I legally have to keep paying which is also insane).
The main thing I wish I knew about women 40 years ago is that the more committed a woman knows you are to her, the less respect and attraction she'll have for you. I spent most of my life thinking that my wife/gfs would be happier, more committed, and more loving towards me if I could just reassure her I was in it for life. No matter what they tell you - showing your attachment is bad for you and bad for the relationship.
I believe this was one of my downfalls. She knew I hate divorce and would put up with anything and I did. She lost respect and left. There was no 53X for the preceding nine years.
You must keep her in a "cold war" knowing that you could easily leave if you decided to do so. This way she won't get too complacent and keeps her on better behavior and not take you for granted.
I''m 58, was married for 30 years, and have been single for the last 6 years. My mindset mirrors the views you express on this channel. I've really enjoyed the content and watching all the videos. I just wanted to say thanks. I hope all the men out there will listen to the wise advice you're providing. I'd like to add myself as another data point that confirms everything you say is true. I think one of my favorite things you've said is "men are problem solvers, women are problem creators". I don't remember which video this was in, but it really sums everything up so perfectly. Any man who''s every been married or in a long term relationship will know that this is true. He will also know that a women's solipsistic nature will never allow her to understand all the sacrifices he makes to try to make her happy. There is never any appreciation for what you do, only complaints about what you don't do. And married sex(?), infrequent to non-existent, and actually not very good even when it does occur. Why would any man volunteer for this lifestyle? Date women, have sex with women, enjoy women's company, but never, ever, under any circumstance agree to the contract that is called marriage. Stay healthy, stay happy, and stay single.
I’m over 40 and never married. I have 18 more years till I retire and then I’m going to move out of state. Married life handcuffs you and limits your options. I can go traveling somewhere on a whim which I can’t do if I’m married and most of my expenses would go to raising children
Im 64, been married twice and single for 5 years, and totally single for 3. Every female i have ever dated was an undeclared feminist that i unwittingly pandered to. I decided there is no avoiding them so now live alone. Ive never been happier.
I was married for 30+ yrs...first 10 yrs were pretty good...next 10 were OK, tho I did feel like a walking breathing ATM....the last 10 were a dramatic horror. Been single since 2017 and absolutely love it...don't fear it...take complete control of your life.
Every word in this video is true. I'm a 54 year old divorced dad and LOVING my bachelorhood. I appreciate it more than before I married. It's wonderfully freeing to invest my energy in myself versus the exhaustive quest to display whatever appeals to women in any given month or trying to make one particular woman happy and secure. In my 20's and early 30's I used to see married men and envy them, thinking someone wanted them enough to marry them. Now, I look at married men and all I see is a dog tied to a pole in the middle of a fenceless backyard watching the world go by.
I'm sitting here drinking my coffee and trying not to spit it all over the place! As a man that was married for 24 years, your points are SPOT ON! As women age, I believe that they become unhappy with themselves and their own lives, and we have the IMPOSSIBLE task of trying to make them happy. To be honest, it took me a good five years to recuperate both mentally and financially after my divorce (lost home, savings, half of my retirement etc.) but now I am living my best life without all the freaking madness and stress. Great video!
My mom was very critical of me. If I gave a wife I will get criticized left and right. I want PEACE and autonomy which you can never have in a relationship
This is my nightmare right here brother. Sorry this shit happened to you and you lost everything but glad you came out happy and successful in the end. I am still in a long-term eight year relationship but I will literally never get married and this is exactly the fucking reason why
Same here, my wife said I didn’t make her happy anymore. The thing is happiness comes from within, nobody can make another person happy, they can bring them fleeting moments of joy, but true happiness is something only we can bring to ourselves.
Nothing new here. Eve wasn’t happy in a garden paradise. I was married 27 years. Now five years divorced. Healed happy and better off financially. It’s chasing the wind trying to satisfy a modern woman. Spend that energy on yourself.
Nothing healthy ever comes from being married. You can achieve everything in life as you would during marriage, the only difference is you didn't sign a piece of paper which legally binds you to someone's BS.
Amen brother. I am 54 and was married for 25 years. 3 kids. However, I am not divorced. My wife dropped dead on me in 2014. I can honestly say that my life is 100 times better now than at any time I was married. Every thing you said is 1000% accurate. My life now is fair and balanced to me in every regard. There is zero drama, zero stress, and zero chaos. I live on my terms alone. You could not pay me to ever get married again and I dont date so there certainly is no reason to ever bring a woman into my life again to possibly screw things up. Yep, the single life is good!
Same thing here basically I'm 52 my wife passed away 6 years ago and my two daughters are grown up and moved out I dated a little bit in the beginning but soon realized why would I go thru all this crap again!Let's see how it's like being single? And I tell ya it's so much better especially when you have already lived that life.CHEERS😅
50 year old male here. Mostly single last 10 years and its been the best 10 years of my life in everyway Mostly celibate all those years too. The irony is most men think they'll find their greatest happiness in sex and a woman that loves them but it's actually quite the opposite. Your greatest happiness will be found in celibacy and mastering that side of yourself and not needing or even desiring a woman in your life. It took a lot of hard work for me to here And words do not express how happy I am and the peace and contentment I feel. One of the cons about this is you will radiate. This different energy than every other man in women will be throwing themselves at You everywhere you go, but you will not be interested.Because you know they have nothing to offer you of any real depth or weight. And people will hate you for this. Men will particularly hate you and be jealous of you. Because you have conquered something. Most of them will never conquer or even desire conquering. Once you understand female nature you will realize that most of them don't really love the men they're with. Most relationships are built on status, finances, lust and codependency and not love
Yes, other men will envy you. They will, of course, _never_ admit this. They, like the wimmin they've sold their souls for, will try to shame and disrespect you because they envy you and want you to suffer because they see your peace and joy and despise you for it just like Cain despised Abel for doing right and slew him. These men, again like wimmin, will try to tell you that you're selfish or not living right for not selling your soul to a witch.
@@JeremyPezzeca Sex can be stressful, believe it or not. You're under pressure to perform and satisfy and possibly reproduce. I'm not saying it's bad but can be hard work
😏 i rent Services every once in a while, tho i dont care to have any one of them actually move into my homes, dont care for that, besides I need the place free and clear cause i need the space that i can get to lay out all my projects
My only concern with the long celibacy/SR method is do you lose hair on your head? I'm sure the lack of stress also helps, especially if you're transmuting your extra energy into your passions/goals.
It’s common for relationships to encounter obstacles, but there is always a solution. My own marriage faced considerable issues, but with appropriate guidance, my wife and I worked through them and deepened our connection. Solutions are achievable if you’re ready to work together. Story number one: My second wife and I got married after living four nice years together. On our honeymoon, she announced, "I don't want to have sex anymore." I divorced her. Story number two: My third wife, before we got married, upon hearing my story of wife number two said, "I will never turn you away." And she didn't. We enjoyed almost twenty years together, honest, loyal, generous, and loving. She died this week; I miss my best friend and lover. These days the risks seem too high. Im a woman who's been married 1 time, divorced and single for 34 years, and never once have I missed being married. Kudos to the advantages of being single! You hit the nail on the head!
I'm 67, married 34 years, separated/divorced for 10. I would rate 3 of my 34 married years as happy. After sooo many attempts to find a happier place in my marriage, I reached the breaking point most men in this forum have reached. Lost most everything, but so worth it. On the comeback trail and will be ready to retire soon. Sure, I'll have a lot less money, but I'll spend my retired years in peace. No amount of money or stuff can numb the anguish of living with a psychological black hole. To my brothers in pain who are worried about surviving after a long-term marriage, you aren't alone. You've fulfilled your obligations. Give yourselves the gift of peace. You'll be ok.

I’m 61 and I’ve never been married or had kids. What relationships I’ve had was hell. I suggest to tune into some of Rich Coopers podcasts on UA-cam.
I solved all my relationship problems in my mid 40's when I decided to follow celibacy, and amazingly everything just fell into place. My life as a middle aged man blossomed, I didn't realise just how emotionally draining it was trying to please others, but mostly my own desires! Truly, if you conquer lust, attachment and dependency, life is sooooo much more rewarding and you feel a sense of self-sovereignty.

Her family suffered and saw me as the bad guy it was heartache for everyone. Then I got custody of my kids and everything changed never a single issue since everyone couldn't be happier and kids doing well. Me staying single has given us all sanctuary.

I just found your channel, too. It speaks directly to me: 60 years old, divorced for 5 years. Life is getting way better finally. Planning on retiring in a couple years, and doing a bunch of hiking/travelling. I sure look forward to watching more of your videos.
Choose your pain. Lifting weights is painful. Being fat is painful. My wife is often painful. Being alone is often painful. Working is painful. Not working is painful. Thanks for this video. SO many true and great points. I am now celebrating 2 years since the divorce.... And I do mean celebrating! I now live with SO much less anxiety, NO conflict on a daily basis. I too was married to this woman for 21 years and looking back, I came to realize that I was so unhappy with her for most of that time. The kindest thing she ever did for me was to tell me she wanted a divorce!
basically, the core of all truths. thye don't actually love. they are gaming you into a feeling that you as a man truly recognize and are capable of experiencing.. the meaning of love to a woman is narcissistic in nature, unless they are a mother then they understand that feeling towards their offspring. but never the man, he simply fulfills a role.
I'm 62 next month, divorced for 30 years, never remarried, and I have no regrets. I compare my life with those of married men my age and I'm visibly happier than any of them. Women used to nurture men and give us both peace and joy, but that's long gone. The modern married man is nothing but a walking ATM and women feel contempt for their husbands. Imagine waking up every day knowing that the person next to you in the bed either secretly or open despises you. Know what the big trend is now? "Silver divorce", where women over 60 are divorcing their husbands. My pension, my house, my time, it all belongs to me, and no feminist divorce court judge is going to take it from me.

My ex-wife decided she wanted a “silver divorce”. Fortunately I made significant earnings and was good at saving. We’re both financially stable. But… we could have had SO much more if she had been sane & stable. No women in my life the last 3 years. I miss them, but it’s peaceful.
I’m 60, been divorced 24 years, had girlfriends, as soon as drama starts I’m done. I live how I choose,I let women make their choices, and I make mine. It’s not selfish when you live and let live, it’s freedom.
You're 100% right I'm 61 Bachelor for over 25 years Best years of my life Most long term relationships ,men are miserable When you're married someone else is controlling yourself worth, thought pattern ,& happiness.... Most women are unhappy
Literally, the best day of my life was when I got diagnosed with cancer, and my wife cheated on me and left. At the time it seemed devastating, now I have made a full recovery physically and financially. The joy of being single, and free is immense! I have taken on more time in hobbies, leisure, and travel. Every day is an adventure, without having to be shackled to an unappreciative, manipulative and psychopathic person. Out of a group of 10 friends I currently have, I’d say about seven of them are married with kids, and miserable. One couple has not had sex in over six months. Now I have full control over my life, and I don’t have to be hindered in anyway. The line you discussed about things being held against you is true lol. my ex was actually mad at me for months, because I accidentally broke a wine glass. I said it was no big deal and I’m happy to replace it. She pouted for months because she said I didn’t have a attitude towards breaking it lol
She was probably the cause of your cancer. When I was married I had constant pains in my chest. Had blood tests done and all that, doctors couldn't understand what was going on. The day she f@@ked off was the day the pains in my chest stopped. I couldn't thank her more for the cure.
After watching and reading the comments I feel lucky. I'm 37 y/o and my marriage only last 6 months, it was pure nightmare: dramas out of the blue, 3 suicide attempts (her), tantrums, triangulation, violence, flying objects, etc. I lost everything in the separation but gladly after 2 years, I'm recovered and she is financially broken. Now I see life with bright colors again. Looking forward my future. Thanks for sharing your story!
You never know what you are getting until its too late. Try my recent upload "Beware of the Bear in Your Bed". I am sure you will find it both funny and accurate.
People look at me as if there is something wrong with me when I tell them I've never been married or had kids. I just turned 66, was basically forced into retirement over a year ago, and I will be careful with my remaining funds going forward. Which definitely means I'm staying away from women. I stopped dating just after I turned 40 and haven't missed that drama at all. There was a time when I wondered why I was always getting the terrible dates and girlfriends but a group of friends at the time did an intervention with me and convinced me that I wasn't the problem. After that, I decided that my emotional health was my top priority.
1. No constant arguments 2. No lies and trust issues 3. Not getting flaked on dates 4. Not getting ghosted 5. No stress or headache 6. You have control of your own money 7. No risk of getting STDs unplanned pregnancy 8. Not getting cheated on 9. Having peace and quiet 10. Freedom to come and go as you want.
I was married for 33 years and now I happier than I was the last 10 years I was married. Now I have my stereo in the living room and my guitars and big screen TV. I’m not trying to please anybody but me. We never hated each other and remain good friends because we have 2 grown sons and 2 granddaughters so there’s nothing awkward being together for holidays and birthdays. Life is great.
My X and me still also see each other and are still friends. 6 months after the divorce I had many friends, both male and female, mention that the old Dan was back. I didn't realize how much I had changed to just keep the peace and get by. As with you, being able to make decisions without the always compromising was fantastic. I have friends that have a similar setup to yours and their place always feels relaxed and fun to be at.
I’ve never met a married man or woman whose life I envied. There’s a liberating freedom in living life entirely on my own terms. In the end, very few regrets come from what we did-almost all are about what we didn’t do.
Great point on “you have autonomy on all issues” This one is an amazing relief. To have spaces in the house the way you choose, to be frugal when you know it’s wise rather than capitulating to her overspending, and on and on

I love my wife very much, but love isn't enough anymore. She's getting everything she wants from this contract, I'm not. Recently i realized just how codependent i was with her and i'm determined to break myself of it. No longer will i hang my happiness on if she's happy. Anyway, preach brother! You said it all.
It sounds like you may need to have a conversation with her. Chances are if you feel this way, she does too. Better to plan a mutually agreeable split if thats where things are headed. Good luck!
It's good to be self sufficient and independent. Sometimes we ALL need help in this life journey; but that doesn't require being in a relationship. I've been alone for a long time and it is easy :) Friends are good sometimes; but time alone is precious. And I'm a woman by the way LOL
I'm 59, single after a 7 year common law marriage. This last year I've been single I've never been more at peace. I'm planning for my retirement and now that my kids are grown I feel so free, like the world is out there for my exploration.
I was married for 12 years, been single for the past 19 years - the older I get, the more I LOVE being single. I spend time around senior couples (50's and 60's), and realize I don't have to put up with the BS from a woman. There are good marriages out there but I believe that probably two thirds of all senior citizen marriages are not pleasant. The women NAG and the men have to go along with it - it's something I'm glad that I'm not stuck in! Cheers!
very happily married for years and then she passed and I have been single for 6 years now in my 60s....nothing to be afraid of...peace and freedom...financially secure...I can cook and clean and do what I want when I want....buy what I want when I want...I tell my sons to stay single....its the "new happy" for men
@@john-griffin who is "we"? So in order to keep our species alive, your plan is to impregnate random women and presumably send them child support, and the kid can grow up without a father while you go hiking and traveling? Is that the plan?
Turning 60 next month and this video resonates. Central western Sierra is full of adventure. Not dragging a bag of complaints around is so much more fun.
I am really happy to hear you say that. The truth is the first year or so can be a little challenging, But as time goes by, you really appreciate all the freedom and opportunity you have to explore who you are as a single person. You rediscover yourself for the first time! It great! Thanks!!
@@ivearies4187 That is only partially true.... Being single for men is easier in the sense that we can truly be independent.... We can hang the sheetrock, lay down the carpet, and open our own pickle jars! Be honest, when you make that phone call when one of your appliances breaks down or your car is on the fritz what is the gender of the person that comes to your rescue? Just saying...... The reason women aren't having babies in the corner of a damp cave with a 50 plus percent child mortality rate is because men constructed the world for them to be comfortable in... Women wearing expensive pants suits and making six digit incomes in climate controlled air conditioned environments and complaining about long staff meetings have no real idea what it took to make that world for them..... Look around you and ask yourself who built it?... Just saying....
He's telling the truth. My wife has not wanted it in 5 years, but expects me to sit quietly and just wait for her to decide when we can do it again lol.
65 now. Never have been duped into marriage. In my view, most of the women I dated were emotionally disturbed. There are women who exist that are not unstable. But they are rare. I really enjoy solitude. And I live my life in peace.
I sometimes sleep in my garden, smoke cigars. I travel to the places I want, wear the cologne i want and the clothes i want. I drive the car i want snd go to Vegas for a weekend. Brilliant
In a society that is lost, with billions of people who are lost, having a truly deep and meaningful relationship is virtually impossible; so therefore, yes, being single is maybe the best option. But if you are whole, or working on it, as a person, and you truly love another who is whole, or working on being whole, then there is nothing better than to share your life with that person. As a couple it truly makes life easier in all aspects and soulfully complete. Bless you all, and I sincerely hope you will find your own fulfilling experience
I'm 56, twice divorced, one son who is 35 and lives out west. I've been single for 14 years now, and I will never marry again. I don't even date anymore and I'm just fine. My life is peaceful.
It’s funny how society kind of frowns on us for remaining single or wanting to be single. It seems like a perfectly natural state to live in. I think it gets all conflated with religion and politics, and who knows what. But once the kids are raised and gone. What’s the point if you’re not getting along with someone you should get out. Thanks for your comment. I really appreciate it.
My marriage is ending after 19 years. I have been to trusting, naive, and to much of a giver. I always strived to ensure she was well taken care of and put her first in so many ways. I have weathered situations with her and always tried to be the one she could lean on, no matter what. It has become abundantly clear that none of my efforts to show my love for her have mattered. Some spouses are takers with never a thought about giving. My soon to be ex-wife is a taker; and her taking knows no limit.
I’m in monk mode now since my marriage broke up in 2010. The divorce process was nasty and I witnessed every dirty trick in the book from a woman who claimed prior to 2010 to ‘love’ me. Outcome: I lost EVERYTHING! Since then the scales have been peeled from my eyes with regard to the nature of women. Today I don’t date, I have NO intention of ever being in another relationship, and my life is so much more peaceful and fulfilling. I interact with women, sure, but inwardly I view them as I would view a tiger or a leopard: absolutely beautiful creatures, but no way I would get in a cage with one to be ripped to shreds. 🙂
Been married twice! This is a masterpiece of martial advice! Thank you! Now in my late 70’s , after my last divorce life has changed so much for the better. Been working out, traveling and enjoying my time! Life is easy, fun and so much more enjoyable. It reminds me of my time in my late 20’s before I got married the first time. Never to old to learn!
I've got 3 ex wives. And as good as marriage is. I was bored of living someone else's life. With someone else's children. I now have so much time and money, its crazy. And I get more time to share it with my daughter and grand daughter.........fantastic
Good for you man!, However, I am curious, you say you have so much money now, the time thing I understand. But how did you escape from 3 marriages without getting completely financially wrecked?
I'm 57. Divorced for almost 3 years. The biggest thing I enjoy is not having to fight or argue. She always picked the fights and controlled how little we made love. Also, feeling alone with a partner sucks.
Great video just came across it I am 54 year old female never been married and have no kids I do not miss any of it, I have my freedom and can do what ever I want when I want you do not have to ask any one’s permission on what you want to do eat and have the whole bed to yourself you can eat what you want and don’t have to always do dishes. I look at my siblings marriage one is separated and the other is always waiting on her husband crazy men and women take advantage of each other and besides I do not trust men they can cheat on you and do not care staying single is the best choice. Thank you
I’m really glad you commented. It’s nice to know that these characteristics are universal. I didn’t want to come off as being anti-woman just pro single. Thanks again.
So true about wresting with anxiety in marriage as a man when your wife has it. It's never ending and a lot men just stop trying to deal with it. You can see it in the eyes of men who've resigned to it in long marriages. They have empty eyes with no spark. Usually, they have been completely emasculated. It's so sad to witness.
I know, I have had some clients like that. I even trained a couple that have been married for over 50 years and that poor guy had to pretend he was deaph in order to get any peace.
I was married 56 years to one person. I am now 80 years old, and she passed away 3 years ago. I cannot hear women when they talk, not even if they scream in my ear. My eyebrows are drooping. The hospital evicted her for being there too long and had also used all available nursing home and home healthcare benefits. I built an intensive care ward in my living room, and I was her primary caregiver. 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for 13 years. I am tired.
Female here - married once - we were both free spirits - loved him - but it did end in 1999 - never married again - this video makes me laugh A LOT - i am very happy single - never had kids - no drama, bills all paid, do what I want when I want ... NO REGRETS
I am really glad you like it. Being single is a blessing in many ways. The peace of mind and the ability to do your thing is so valuable. But, if you have the right partner, I think it can be good too. It's just finding the right person is a ton of work, and the odds aren't that great. Thanks for your comment. I really appreciate it, and I'm glad you laughed!
That’s really cool. I guess it works both ways, for men and women. I appreciate that you laughed at this. I did as well… There’s definitely a very amusing aspect to this.
Been married twice..(in the 2nd one now)..you are 1000% right.. if i ever get the chance to be alone again, I will never relinquish it again..was divorced for 10 years, best years of my life.
He's right. No drama, chaos and yes love, no love for you. Towing the line knowing that if she wakes up one morning and decides you're a jerk then there will be marital breakdown, loss of home and sometimes access to YOUR children. It's not worth it. Good video.

Great insight
Bingo. 59 never been married however I’ve been in long term relationships. The threat of leaving keeps them on their toes.
We say modern women are selfish, but it's worse than selfishness: they feel contempt for us, especially if expect women to be feminine and nurturing.
Thanks

@@JeremyPezzeca spot on.

My only concern with the long celibacy/SR method is do you lose hair on your head? I'm sure the lack of stress also helps, especially if you're transmuting your extra energy into your passions/goals.
It’s common for relationships to encounter obstacles, but there is always a solution. You hit the nail on the head!
Thanks
25 years in psychology and psychiatric. 6/100 are Narccisists and yes they will destroy you with pleasure or cheat. 3/100 are antisocial b-clusster dark triad people that will lie, manipulate and maybe kill you ? So, 20 year olds had better study Narccisism on you tube and in Amazons best books on the subject. This behavioural science is easy to follow after a few weeks of study.
GET IT WRONG ,.....and you will enter hell and lose your sanity and health.Don't vet your partner like the catholic church vets priests and the Police vet new recruits because it destrys the institution of marriage. Take 5 years to be sure because Narcicists are actors that leave all kinds of clues.

I solved all my relationship problems in my mid 40's when I decided to follow celibacy, and amazingly everything just fell into place. My life as a middle aged man blossomed, I didn't realise just how emotionally draining it was trying to please others, but mostly my own desires!
A woman does not love you, she loves the things you do for her. The more you do for her the more she tells you she loves you.🤔
basically, the core of all truths. thye don't actually love. they are gaming you into a feeling that you as a man truly recognize and are capable of experiencing.. the meaning of love to a woman is narcissistic in nature, unless they are a mother then they understand that feeling towards their offspring. but never the man, he simply fulfills a role.

My X and me still also see each other and are still friends. 6 months after the divorce I had many friends, both male and female, mention that the old Dan was back. I’ve never met a married man or woman whose life I envied. There’s a liberating freedom in living life entirely on my own terms. In the end, very few regrets come from what we did-almost all are about what we didn’t do.

In a society that is lost, with billions of people who are lost, having a truly deep and meaningful relationship is virtually impossible; so therefore, yes, being single is maybe the best option. I’m a divorced professional woman and I feel exactly the same way about remaining single. I’ve used up every ounce of compromise I ever had.
F*ck compromising

I built an intensive care ward in my living room, and I was her primary caregiver. 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for 13 years. I am tired.
@ What was her diagnosis?
Being single after 17 years of being in a relationship/marriage is amazing, didn't realize what I was missing. Life is great.
Being responsible for someone else's happiness and financial wellbeing is pretty hard work and quite a burden. Looking after yourself is hard enough!
Female here - married once - we were both free spirits - loved him - but it did end in 1999 - never married again - this video makes me laugh A LOT - i am very happy single - never had kids - no drama, bills all paid, do what I want when I want ... NO REGRETS
Right there with you!
Why do women stop wanting sex?
Good video.
