Perhaps the pretty girls stopped letting the TV influence them. A lot of the pretty girls I knew growing up were total b-words. I'm an adult now and I feel like as women we've all learned to support each other because it feels a lot better to do that than to be like a bag of angry cats when we're around each other.

I hope we reach a day when your weight (or weight gain) is between you and your doctor. It's really no one else's business.
Glad she is platforming menstrual equity. People in the developed world take access to menstrual health items for granted. It's not true in the developing world though - in many places all women use are rags, or society confines women to their homes or even bedrooms during their menstrual cycles each month. Women are taught to feel embarrassed or even ashamed and filthy during their cycles. This needs to change.

You have very less understanding of India. India is just not about Bollywood. Rather Bollywood is the lowest denominator to judge India. Give us 10-15 years. We are changing fast and you will know what exactly India is all about. Why India is land of birth of so many religions of the world. what is true culture of this nation and what it really stands for.

She is a real woman with a real figure. Not everyone is supposed to look picture perfect model like all the time. It's high time people start to normalise normal body shapes n sizes. What we see in models is unrealistic n very few women stay the same size all their life. Different phases of life, change your body shape n size. What's important is the person who owns that body. We're beyond our figures n hair n stuff. We have to start appreciating people for who they are n how they treat others than just how they look. The same men who marry a hot, attractive woman lose interest in her when she gains weight after childbirth or something. We need to teach our men to love women for who they are than just how they look. Because the body n skin, hair change in different phases of a woman's life. If a guy's going to have the character of going after hot girls.. He won't always be happy or satisfied in life because he'll be ogling at other hot women later in life who he'll never get after he's old n make his wife feel unlovable n undesirable.
