Thanks so much 💕 To be honest I don't think you'd find that anywhere else. This was just an experiment for me and it still worked. I believed it worked because even though I didn't stick to eggs fully, I was in a calorie deficit...and thats what's most important and what brings about weightloss being in a Calorie Deficit! How did the egg fast went for you?🙂
@@trezfitjourney 3.5 lbs. I was keto and ate low very little carbs prior to doing it so I was very surprised that I loss that well. I still ate 1500 to 1700 calories per day. Could have done better has I lowered my calories a little more. All in all I still happy with the loss. I'm slow introducing other things now. Think I actually going to go primarily ketovore and only add avocados and maybe salad every now and then.😊💕
