In all honesty, you did a great job but you added too many different foods. It's just supposed to be eggs, coffee or green tea a apple cheese or cream cheese and oatmeal butter no sausages. No bananas, no grapes, no prunes. No. Cantaloupe or honeydew melon No salad dressing. You had too much stuff that had sugar in it. The fruit, the dried fruit and this is why your result was only 3 lb😢

I think you didn't see any good results because you never reached ketosis. I think that is the point of eggs, cheese and butter. The fruits were high in sugar and carbs so it wasn't a success. But I hope you do reach your goals in which ever method you choose to do it in. 😊 3 lbs is better than no pounds at the end of the day.🎉
