Calorie Floor vs Calorie Limits | First Bad Diabetes Day

I made a mistake with diabetes today that, in retrospect, I should have known, but now I'm suffering the consequences and I'll tell you how I recover from that faster than normal.
Lots of discussion about diet and losing 5 pounds in 3.5 weeks, especially discussing calorie floor and max, giving you a glimpse into my mind as I'm focused on my diet more as my workouts have been...not great.

100 percent agree on the high BS. Was recently diagnosed as a T1 and its almost easier to describe in reverse. I was high for so long that i feel so much better now. Better sleep, faster healing, mood improvement, etc. Thanks for the vid
