  • NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Former North Charleston Police Department Deputy Chief Ken Hagge spent thousands of hours reviewing interviews with notorious serial killer Sam Little before meeting him face-to-face.
    Little, who confessed to killing 94 women, was known for sending detectives away without revealing anything. However, Hagge managed to connect with Little, who eventually shared his life story and provided a lead to a murder in North Charleston.

    Why do we keep these people alive until they’re super old if they’re serial killers?

      Bans on death penalties coupled with hopes of doing some meaningful research on their MO that might help catching other serial killers earlier.
