I did it recently just to see any difference and I really dont recommend do this change. Because of the car sounds like any other car tahts nothing, the rich sound before has gone, and really you cant notice a very fast response.
Just ordered the delete cap from link u posted also I have 3" dp cat less an cold air ....did you do this with out a tune ? No check engine light are anything?
Hey man how’s it going ?? So I had the question the hole that’s left open on the firewall , is that safe to have it running like that ? Or would I need to block it off ?? Like it won’t cause any huge leaks ??
My problem it was with all the shaky video. That's why I avoid doing videos like that. Better use a tripod or anything and work double on editing part. Viewer will be more satisfied
Its just deleting a noise pipe where the boost would end, instead of ending at the noise pipe, it will end at the actual throttle so less travel time for the boost= the quicker the boost will engage.
To be honest, yes. In the situation of a mk5 gti with a noise pipe delete without catless dp , muffler delete, res delete, i could see that the spoiling noise toned down a little bit.
Sijecic BiH that tube brings the revs and throttle response into the cabin letting the driver feel in tune with the engine. Nothing more, nothing on the throttle response. It's just a tube to carry the tone into the cabin.
if your talking about where the noise pipe was, I'm not sure. Im not planning to have the whole deleted since I'm looking at other mods atm, once i have some extra cash i will make a tutorial how to install it, Thanks for the comment!
ThatRabbitGuy..Hey bud why is the reason that your doing that? My 07 2.0t fsi still has it on my engine. Should i remove mine. Mine has a little bit of work done to it too also. Just never heard of this procedure. But im new to these 2.0t. Im a vr6 guy..lol
People do it because theoretically it would make the boost more responsive since its ending at the intake port and not in the firewall Something that you don't NEED to do but some people do it just to test it out, thanks for the comment.
@@eire6592 wtf dude why? 👏👏👏 We see your a real TOUGH GUY💪💪... Now go do your homework before you get grounded... I great your momma calling you Jr!! FUCKEN 🤡🤡🤡

Really ok ..........I was watching video thinkin of do this to my mk5 wondering what's the point
What is that noise pipe for? We don't have smnth like that in Europe.🤔
it's only on the newer models I believe, we do have it
I have IT in bwa engine
You may not see this but your videos are helpful asf. Thanks man keep it up
thanks for the awesome comment.
ThatRabbitGuy do you have a tune?
Just ordered the delete cap from link u posted also I have 3" dp cat less an cold air ....did you do this with out a tune ? No check engine light are anything?
More or less the same on the TSI as well? the CCTA ? Thank you for posting on this topic !
Does this make it sound louder?
where I can buy and search for this black thing on your hood of the car?
Why do you want to delete that? My car has one like this and I like it.

Someone sells a factory block off. I have it on my 07. ECS maybe?
What’s the reason for doing this?
The dude in the background with that angle griner or what ever it is realy ruined your video dude.
No it didn't

Just ordered the parts....good idea!
No problem thanks for the comment!
What do u get out of it ? More horse power ?
Icntseemy Mk5 throttle response
Not necessarily more horsepower but the feel of a more sensitive spool is worth the 15$
ThatRabbitGuy can u a video ? I wanna hear it how it sounds
what give's you deleting of noise pipe?
Its just deleting a noise pipe where the boost would end, instead of ending at the noise pipe, it will end at the actual throttle so less travel time for the boost= the quicker the boost will engage.
There’s a “speaker” back there. I took mine out. Kind of a pain
A pair of regular pliers he says😂 oh no
Is it noticeably quieter while driving?
To be honest, yes. In the situation of a mk5 gti with a noise pipe delete without catless dp , muffler delete, res delete, i could see that the spoiling noise toned down a little bit.
What does the noise pipe do? Why delete it?
Cameron Heslop it just makes your car quiet nothing really important
Sijecic BiH that tube brings the revs and throttle response into the cabin letting the driver feel in tune with the engine. Nothing more, nothing on the throttle response. It's just a tube to carry the tone into the cabin.
And what is the purpose of doing this?
It looks like it just opens your engine bay. smh
Btw don’t get the size he says because I got 1 3/8 and it was too big so make sure you get a smaller one
Throttle response quickened
Yea , especially from 0mph, the spool is a lot more instant.
how do you install the other part ? to cover the other whole?
if your talking about where the noise pipe was, I'm not sure. Im not planning to have the whole deleted since I'm looking at other mods atm, once i have some extra cash i will make a tutorial how to install it, Thanks for the comment!

ThatRabbitGuy okay thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. I just got my 07 gti so just trying to learn. Im a vr6 guy. Lol
ThatRabbitGuy sorry, didn't relized i said that in the last comment also.
I just put the end pc where the pipe comes out. Why buy anything?
To an extent I could agree, the cap I put on though is still on tight, so it is a win win for both of us, thank you for the view and god bless :]
Who’s the sissy boy that got mad cause his hands got dirty lmao
Why does it say FSI on the engine?
Tony - MCPE And More. That's the name of the engine. Vw Fsi engines are belt driven, and Vw Tsi engines are chain driven.
Fucking Stupid Idoit
