Great video, great step work. You should be taking out the soundaktor too, it’s right there under those wipers. It’s an electronic noise box that sends vibration up the windshield

Is there any electrical connection to this or it’s just purely a pipe from the intake to a dead end in the fire wall ?

Thanks! This is to create extra turbo noise in the cabin. Nah, no electrical connection. It's exactly like what you saw in the video, I didn't leave out any steps. Yes, it was a dead end at the firewall, lol

Your car may or may not have a noise maker. It's basically designed to direct the turbo noise to the cabin.

I have the same car year. If its USDM, I'm positive you don't have it.
