The presentation here is lazy to be frank and more of an advert for the company involved. In practice these containers are expensive when compared to their brick counterparts.
They tend to sweat due to poor ventilation system. No joke, the wall will literally be dripping with humidity even with the AC on. You have the issues of longevity, whilst these containers can take a beating, we should perhaps ask ourselves why they are not everywhere? Every time you make a cutout like a window or door, it affects the actual structure of the container and will need reinforcement.
There are also logistic issues and the technical knowledge how to pull these things off.
I actually like container homes but it is important to point out all the things people may not want to talk about.
