Great informational video, so proud of this young business woman and her commitment to helping create a solution to the recycling ♻️ of tires, creating jobs and improving the environment.
Great innovation. But I noticed inadequacy in the application of PPE that is personal protective equipment. God bless and expand the initiative in Jesus name.
There should probably be some knowledge to the workers as well. If I'm correct allot of people in Nigeria are poor and will just take about any job and most often I'd imagined they don't get informed about dangerous health hazards , because they are not gonna ask themselves. They are just happy they can feed their families now.
Leave Government out of this. Government doesn't develop a nation, people get the job done. She should allow people to buy shares in her company through brokers such as; TROVE, BAMBOO, CHAKA AND RISE. This will give the company more capital enough to be able to set up other branches at some other parts of the Country which would simply expand her business, make it grow faster and become popular. We are Nigerians🇳🇬🎯📌👌
These are the kind of news I love to hear about Nigeria/Nigerians. God bless her for this ingenuity. God bless you Steve, and God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria
I am so impressed with this young businesswoman's commitment to creating a solution for recycling Tyres, which will create jobs and improve the environment. The informative video was great.
African women must lead! This is beautiful lady should be supported by the Nigerian government with money and everything she needs to expand her business all across Africa!
140 employees. WOW!! And the genius solution. This is what I i love to see. Ppl like Ifedolapo have positioned their business to ride high this new economic tide. I'm proud of her.
You should do more videos like this guy. Even the ones in agriculture to encourage the youths into areas of apple farming, dragon fruit, hydroponic, aqua phonics, green houses, and other investments, waste turned into money, vehicles, agricultural produce, green house, natural ways to make manure, tackle some of the areas that can help reduce importation and strengthen the Naira. Your channel is big enough to help your people understand their economy and grow the open industries. Great job guys. ❤
Guys: this is a brilliant one. Gee I really love it when our women of colour are so resourceful! This lady is really good. May her company be super prosperous! 🙏
Amazing. Hopes she get more cheap funding to expand to many other African Countries. Imagine her company doing this in Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Ethiopia, DRC Congo etc?. It's possible lets support African entrepreneurs. Hope she sets up a research unit that can keep on refining her products and manufacturing processes, and also get more land to make her factory bigger in order for her to make many more product types. Wonderful work African sister.
This was very insightful. What I found particularly interesting was when you asked her about the challenges she faces as a business owner and power was top of the list. Running a factory with a diesel generator 80% of the time is a very fast way to kill a business. MSMEs remain the lifeblood of our nation and fixing the infrastructure problem should be the priority of the government. Hopefully the reforms on power enabling sub-nationals to make investments in collaboration with the private sector begins to provide tailwinds to businesses like hers in the medium term. I will visit her factory someday. She is a true patriot and wealth creator. Kudos to you for bringing the story of these entrepreneurs to our screens!
Please try seeing how it can be mixed with sand to form building bricks like big leggo blocks. I have seen videos of people recycling plastic to do that. Cement is very expensive now. I believe tyres will work too. God bless you ma'am.
Lots of issues being resolved By helping the environment Creating employments Manufacturing products Just by recycling tyres Well done Appreciate all she have done and is doing
One of the examples of that you can do something as long as you got a put your mind and dedication to it and believe in it. Mayor respect to this woman. Already can't imagine doing this normally , but in a country with a lack of allot of basics of life and there you go put up a multi-million dollar business and fixing a mayor problem in your country that is an environmental hazard and eye-sore at the same time. Please keep doing what you do , the world needs more innovation like this !
This is already very interesting. If you can figure out a way of pyrolysing some of the tires and produce energy to power up your facility that would be fascinating.
I have watched only two videos from Steven Ndukwu and with all the business ideas running around my head, written and unwritten, these videos have given me greater boldness that has helped me determine to go for my dreams and stop lazying around earning pittance salaries.. I pray my story of success will soon be heard.
God bless Ifedolapo for this giant venture. You are helping out in two major ways: the environment and employment. God will continue to enlarge your coast. Kudos to you, Steve,
Woow.. Nigerians are really intelligent and hardworking people. I'm proud of this kind of achievements. May God bless the team and may their empire keep growing ❤🇳🇬
One of the best decisions I made in 2023 was to subscribe to your channel Steve. Thank you for all you do; this video gladens my heart... And to Mrs. Ifedolapor, thank you ma... again I say thank you, for being a trail blazer and a path finder. God bless you so much ma'am
Why did I not want this to end. I love you Davido. Too much. And I also love Tayo, God Almighty bless you for all your work. May you never grow tired and higher will you go.
Steven, this is the first time I am commenting on your channel. I have followed your channel with a rapt attention for quite some time. I cannot praise you enough. Your quality productions, your attention to detail, your effusive passion for what you do, and your resilience--going to wide and far to bring incredibly insightful content to your viewers--are greatly commended. I am a big fan! Keep up the great work! You are one of a kind. Your work inspires me!
I really love anything recycling because it reduce waste, create job opportunities and much more benefits. Kudos to her and I'd love to visit there to learn about recycling and share my ideas with her too
This is a sophisticated multimillion business that can greatly bring in more economic and financial benefits. This can create the employment opportunities our people need Our government wouldn't see anything good in this by creating cheap loans and business grants to support this eco- friendly business. I always say it that Nigeria has everything to make it great. Young people, adults, and families don't need to go through the stressful journey of relocation to UK,USA and Canada, etc.... When we are endowed with huge amounts of opportunities. But bad leadership and insensitive government policies have finished this country . Let take the issue of electricity and security. We have everything to complete in the international market, but the cause of bad leadership has been affecting us. This lady needs more assistance from both Nigeria government and international investors to expand her business. Welldone for her hard work and business spirit ❤❤❤
I am a proud Nigerian. We are blessed people. Wow!!!! We are a blessed nation. Steve thank you so much for what you do. This information is vital, inspiring and motivating. Well done to the young lady, for helping to reduce unemployment in Nigeria 🇳🇬. A great milestone if you ask me. Do they buy tyres? How do I supply to them? I love to do business with them.
Keep it up Steve! I am really proud of you and thank you for this very enlightening piece. Also very refreshing to know we have such an entrepreneur and particularly a female in Nigeria doing great things in the recycling industry. I think state governments should become partners in progress with this lady as a way of encouragement and to enable her boost production and continue to build capacity generally in her business by way of expansion, job empowerment and getting rid of CO2 from the environment, one molecule at a time.
Great informational video, so proud of this young business woman and her commitment to helping create a solution to the recycling ♻️ of tires, creating jobs and improving the environment.
More people should jump in and contribute as well. Can’t wait to find such stories and share them
I hear you sir you will interview me in no distant time@@StevenNdukwu
Can I get hold of her for franchise.
For real dear, can I talk over Instagram?
What is the right contact to get in touch with her or a person at her company?
This is an incredible lady, she should get the highest awards.
She won't, CO's she doesn't go nude or naked

Keep the good work ❤️
You are doing great. More grace.
That's just so so perfect ❤... Mrs Ifedolapo.
More grace to your elbow ma ..
You are welcome
Keep the good work going ma'am
she should make sure her workers has a proper PPE to avoid inhaling the chemicals. I love this
Great innovation. But I noticed inadequacy in the application of PPE that is personal protective equipment. God bless and expand the initiative in Jesus name.
@@joyfulsound3070 ‼💯
So right get your workers protection from the fumes face masks

Well, they’ve got to start somewhere. The proper PPE requirements will be coming next hopefully.
we are smart, innovative, confident, determined and risk takers. we are Nigerians. Well-done!!!
Up Naija 🇳🇬
I am from Sierra Leone, but I love Nigerians
With a weak military can be destroyed with one drone😮
Its Amazing to see Africans Rise like This 🔥
We need more ladies like her.
She is a huge motivation.
God bless her.
Her innovation is creating job opportunities, household products and huge reduction in pollution.
Government and SMEs should partner with them. So much room for wealth creation and distribution across the value chain. It's a win-win for everyone.
She is getting some collaborations here and there but more importantly, more people need to jump in and recycle things like paper, bottles etc
remove government out of the equation, they are useless. They will come in and hijack the business from her.
If only.
In fact, people should be motivated to deposit their used tyres. Kudos, lady!
Leave Government out of this. Government doesn't develop a nation, people get the job done.
She should allow people to buy shares in her company through brokers such as; TROVE, BAMBOO, CHAKA AND RISE. African women must lead! This is beautiful lady should be supported by the Nigerian government with money and everything she needs to expand her business all across Africa!
The rubber interlocking got me, creativity at work. Nice one
Infact I'm thinking of supplying right now
Nigeria need at least 10 of this factory, kudos to the founders.
Honestly proud of her. I am impressed

Wow, creativity can come from anywhere. That's why we are made in the image and likeness of God(ability to be creative)
Wow 😮 These are the kind of companies I would support when I'm wealthy BY GOD's GRACE 🙏🙌🔥💖💗 AMEN 🙏🙌🔥
This woman deserves a global climate award❤
ECXACTLY
Exactly!
The potential of Nigeria is immense/tremendous, I am in awe
Amazing how they can't do this in Brisbane, Australia, yet this lovely lady can. What a woman.
You should do more videos like this guy. Phenomenal young lady. She is creating jobs and helping the environment.
Guys: this is a brilliant one. Gee I really love it when our women of colour are so resourceful! This lady is really good. May her company be super prosperous! 🙏
Kudos to her. Please, could you endeavour to put huge air extractor in the factory, because of the health of your workers. Thank you

Very inspiring. How she's able to turn stubborn tire to something useful away from the primary use is amazing.❤❤❤❤🇬🇧 🇬🇧
Right?!
