As for your naira notes you need to get it changed, I can suggest you to travel with your atm card, prepaid or bank card charged with your funds before leaving Nigeria, yes there will be charges and fees at atm withdrawal but you will have your cash, if not exchange offices will hardly accept to change Naira to cfa due to its current instability and depreciation these last months, even if you find one willing to exchange, they will charge you heavy fees. From an Ivorian subscriber.
