      @@miriambarcenas2557 Her ADHD is a bit of a problem sure I am not kidding It does look like she is high on some medicine or drug. In medicine it is called speech pressure or verbal diarrhea. She thinks too fast or we can assume her brain is in over drive. But what a sweet woman. she is getting old too. In late thirties of forties now I guess

    I must say that you are the BEST Arabic phrase teacher I've encountered. You accomplish so much so simply at a good pace, including pronunciation which for some reason I find easier to distinguish and emulate than other teachers'. I'm American, live in Paris and ask people in cafes for phrases here and there but I will definitely be following you. I also like that you have the words written.

He’s made an effort in learning the languages and he’s not perfect and that’s okay. It takes time to perfect a language. Think twice before you speak.     While living in Dubai I've started using Maa fee mushkil, yalla and habibi/habibti, laa, shu hadha, shukran, afwan, shway shway, sabah al khair, masa al khair etc in my daily conversations, now I'm going to learn proper Arabic from you ❤️ new subbie here 😁

    One thing I noticed is that the sentences in Arabic are structured the same in Spanish so because I'm a bilingual Spanish speaker I'm finding it easier to learn... Great videos! :)

    I find pronunciation is easier for me as I went to madrasa during my childhood here in India .. but I still feel that speaking in Arabic is a hardest task for me though I can read and write Arabic .. I am looking forward to move to qatar for few months in November .. I am here to learn some basic Arabic phrases.. thank you 🙏 u r a gorgeous teacher anyway with lots of enthusiasm

    I I love how you make the effort to clarify each and every syllable. Most people do not make half the effort. But it is hard to concentrate on the words and not on your extremely expressive eyes. And I love your necklace. Great video!

      Saad Fakhoury in Urdu and Punjabi we use many Arabic words so it is slightly easier to recognise the words. But pronouncing the words is the key. InshAllah I will get there

    I'm mexican American and work with arabic family who owed a high end liquor store and want to learn the language to empress them just enough to learn when they call upon me I want to answer properly in arabic out of respect.       JJ MG i’m a native and i think if you want to negate something.. “ laa “ is kinda formal and standard Arabic.. and “ maa “ is more formal and this what used in dialects.. i’m only talking about negation! There is more uses of them.

      1_ laa amliko qalam
      (I do not have a pen).
      2_ laa tojad miyah
      There is no water.
      While "maa" can be used in negative statements, and also, in questions such as:
      1_ maa indee qalam
      (I do not have a pen)
      2_ maa hatha?
      What is this?
      Also, if you want to answer a question by a single word as (No), you should only use "laa" not "maa" in that case.

    This is VERY GOOD, Maha ! You express so well how consonants sound, with artless exaggeration. Since I have been studying Arabic everyday for the past six weeks, I've had difficulty in reproducing the different but similar letters (d and D) (h, H, and ? - I forgot), although I hear the distinctions correctly. Many thanks for your contribution to my education - you make it fun!

    This was great! I've stayed with some Sudanese friends so have picked up bits and pieces here but have never actually committed to studying Arabic. I'm working to improve my Hindi/Urdu. One I reach a solid level there, I may take Arabic seriously (but for now, I think they are too similar) But I'll of course dabble

    I remember when the Twin Towers were attacked, two Arabic words were brought in plain: Al Quaeda.I tried to remember where i had heard such a word and as i was in Spain i asked the Moroccans what that word meant and they answered it was a kinda garrison.Suddenly , i remembered a word that my mother used to say a lot because of her job in the Federal Department of Corrections; the word was :Alcaidía.The latter is an area that belongs to the prison that is subordinated to el alcaide:the warden.

      Yes!!!.Just watch in the evolution of the Spanish language, specially from 8th century onwards.Another word for example:Algebra.The latter means if i am not wrong means to add or to insert because letters were added to mathematic operations.

    I liked the way you are trying to explain... But I feel it will be better if you make videos chronologically like lesson 1, lesson 2, etc so that a beginner can start from zero and go forwards in a systematic manner.

    I came here because I have a student who speaks English but he says a handful of Arabic phrases usually when he’s either very happy or very mad and I wanted to know what he was saying. I definitely learned a few from this video thank you! “Ana la afham” is a frequent one when he’s frustrated.

    My mother tongue is Spanish and i was taught at school the tongue i speak bears many words from Arabic,eg: Alcohol,alhaja(jewel),almacen(store or magazin),acelga(rootbeet),guadal(waterwell),ojalá(god will),alcázar(castle),alcalde(major),etc.

      Also many Spanish Cities have Arabic names like Valladolid is Balad Walid ( Balad means country and Walid is a name of who built it so together is City of Walid), Granada is Garnata, Sevilla is Echbiliya….even Madrid is Arabic and forget the origin….. keep learning , Spanish was influenced by Arabic because we share a history together that lasted more than 800 years and could even be related . I am Moroccan by the way , Let me know if you need any help
