There's a very common Spanish word that comes from the Arabic expression "law sha'a Allah" لو شاء الله
"if God wanted it" (almost the same meaning as insha'Allah, the difference is that in Arabic ان is used for real conditions and لو for unreal ones), even though most of people think it comes from insha'Allah (which is wrong)
The word is "ojalá" and it expresses a great desire for something to happen.
Ojalá vengas conmigo ( I wish you came with me; literally: you'd come with me, if God wanted it)

It was really good to hear your perspective on these phrases as a non-Muslim. I've found it quite difficult to find teachers/materials who teach the Arabic language as a linguistic exercise and not a religious one, so it's great to get that angle from you. Allah yiHfaTHik!

uzairahmed soomro excuse me, the only thing I have said is “no, I won’t stop learning Arabic for educational purposes” - you meanwhile have called me an extremist, a sycophant, impolite and disrespectful. I’m not a Muslim, so I’m not going to learn Arabic for religious reasons. What’s the problem with that? Take a second to realise that your religion made you comment on a stranger’s thank you message on the internet to tell them they were an extremist and to stop learning Arabic because you weren’t happy that a non-Muslim is finding joy in the act of learning a language. Your religion made you go out of your way to try and cause someone else hurt. Is that really the message your religion wants you to spread?
