I've started making a habit out of waking up doing yoga and then getting ready. Then at night I plan out tomorrow's day, do yoga and go to bed. Overall I love your yoga videos. Your voice with the quiet music is very calming and helps me relax better. Thank you, Namaste 🙏❤

I am now totally dependent on these bedtime yoga exercises that really do relax me before bedtime. When ever I do skip a night (not often), I don't have a restful sleep. I make up by joining Bird for morning yoga. All of Bird's yoga stretches are beneficial to me!

I just want to say THANK YOU! I have had the worst week. I have been a miserable jerk all day and I decided to try to take a minute and decompress with some yoga before bed. I started out angry and sad. I cried a bit. And by the end I had decided to let all that shit go. I feel SO much better. This is exactly what I needed. ❤️

oh answer to my prayers. I wanted to start yoga gently as I'm 68 years young. I want to do something that does not cause me stress. this was wonderful with the lights dimmed and incense burning I throughly enjoyed this.. I will be looking for more from this channel
