I am now totally dependent on these bedtime yoga exercises that really do relax me before bedtime. When ever I do skip a night (not often), I don't have a restful sleep. I make up by joining Bird for morning yoga. All of Bird's yoga stretches are beneficial to me!
oh answer to my prayers. I wanted to start yoga gently as I'm 68 years young. I want to do something that does not cause me stress. this was wonderful with the lights dimmed and incense burning I throughly enjoyed this.. I will be looking for more from this channel

I just want to say THANK YOU! I have had the worst week. I have been a miserable jerk all day and I decided to try to take a minute and decompress with some yoga before bed. I started out angry and sad. I cried a bit. And by the end I had decided to let all that shit go. I feel SO much better. This is exactly what I needed. ❤️

I was on the edge of if I should get it or not too. I ended up getting the first shot and now waiting for the second which I’ll be getting in august. It’s important to know that your concerns are valid and no matter what choice you decide, it’s the best choice for you. Don’t ever get pressured to do anything you’re unsure of…make sure it’s something you decide to do even if you feel uncertain rather than allowing someone to force you to do it. Your body. Your choice.

The way I think, see things, so much strong energy I was getting after the first month now I got an energy that’s steady and much calming. Don’t know what it is but now I can’t go a day without putting in 20 min minimum matters on what kind of day I got ahead of me. Been using my daughters tv for some yoga sessions. Absolutely not. I don't put anything that's not natural in my body, especially not a government created substance. Meditation, yoga, vitamins, tea, prayer and nature are the only immunizations I need ✌🙏
@@dahvable yes on the teas👍🏾 I’m part Hawaiian and in our culture we do lots teas too. Every morning on an empty stomach I add 1 teaspoon of olena (tumeric), lemon grass, mamake leaves (Hawaiian plant - leaves dried for tea) and a tablespoon of honey into a cup of warm water. Very tasty tea👍🏾
The covid experimental gene therapy is a super hard no from me. My body is a temple. They are only designed to minimize your symptoms, should you get covid; you can still get it and transmit it. It never even finished clinical trials; only got an EUA from the FDA, so there is no long term safety or efficacy data. People receiving it are part of the largest clinical trial to ever exist. Also, way too much coercion going on to get people to get the jab as well; should raise a giant red flag. Do your research and assess whether you feel the risks are worth the potential, although widely unknown, benefits. But I fully support bodily autonomy, so you do you, and let others do them ✌️
all yoga should be done atleast 30 minutes to an hour after eating for comfort. but if you feel comfortable practicing right after eating it is your choice.
