Yes! Human bio will really prepare you before entering med school. It will not just teach you all the necessary things that you need to learn before med but personally, it improved my study habits too. Some subjects may be really heavy sometimes but all of it is bearable. One downside of the course also is that it is really expensive. But if that is not a problem, go for it!
