I had the weirdest experience just now with this. I was towards the end of the video and different images were coming to mind. A fish, a boat, a vision of the moon and it's reflection on the water. About 6 months ago a good friend of mine passed away, I still keep in touch with his dad. I was thinking of my friend during this meditation. Not even kidding, I got a text from his dad just as the video was ending, it was a picture of the front of his fishing boat on the lake and there was a sunset with its reflection on the water. I know my vision was of moonlight but how amazing is that? I've done meditation videos before but I've never had an experience like that, too crazy to be a coincidence!

For people who are new to meditation, something that always helps me immensely is to have a lamp near by..or a candle.. some sort of light to start to sleep through my closed eyes that I can visualize and grow into a big cacoon of golden light surrounding me...I just need it for the start...it's much easier than say being in a dark room visualizing light.
This was amazing, I had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago, I've been struggling to come to terms with our loss and grief, I felt the sense of something encouraging me to let go, and could see bright light coloured type wings that were moving around. Thank you for this 🥺❤️
I lost my mom 6 months ago and I was in trauma but I was fighting with it with her help ofc , she can never leave me ...I wanted to talk to her ..I sat down with her at some beach kinda place and we talked , she's proud of me what she always said and I'm a warrior but when the bell rings my body stretched and tears come down and I was saying please don't go and she said that she have always been with it and she will be forever and she will definitely come back as my daughter ......I'm feeling good , I know the answers already but I just wanted to feel her , talk to her ...it is wow ..
Wow!! I have never had such a clear vision during meditation. I had people speaking to me and telling me their names. I was given visions of my next steps to take toward success. I saw the deepest color blue. My whole body was vibrating. This was an amazing guide. I did a tarot card pull afterwards and it was so beautiful
This one was definitely something. Lately I have been feeling lost. It’s like I know I have a journey to follow, I just don’t know the paths to this place. During my experience I noticed that my right ear canal was itchy, I didn’t think much of it so I then brought my focus on my right hand which felt like I was comforted by by guide holding my hand as if telling me to be at ease with my journey. Then my left ear canal began to have the same itch as well. Then it send a crazy chill through my whole body. It was not bad or feel scary, if just shook me as if I was a cold shiver. I’m not sure what to take of this, but I will certainly continue to practice.
I come back to this meditation from time to time. My experience has defiantly elevated to different levels of my journey. thank you. Sending love and light to all who passes through.
I just want to thank you! During the meditation i just felt this pressure on my 3rd eye and a tingeling abouve my head and such an warm feeling! After the first bell this particular parfum just come in to me and i heard my inner voice in my head " be aware of the parfum "... a inner voice but out side of me, i know it's complicated just can explaine it ...i just burst in to tears....I just feel the energy, it was so beautiful , the connection ...I still have the tingle in to my 3rd eye and all over my body after the second bell ring the parfum was gone! I reached one consciousness in this mediation. I have been working on reaching it for about 5 months and I asked Dr. Joe Dispenza to guide me when she asked us to call a spirit guide. Dr. Dispenza helped me open the portal to oneness. It was a complete darkness, but loving, warm, and kind. I couldn’t feel my body and I wasn’t a person anymore; I was one with everything. This mediation helped so much!

I cannot believe the experience this video helped bless me with. I reached a point in which my body was no longer being controlled by ‘I’ but rather the true oneness that is our eternal creator. I felt my soul exit my body in a way that allowed me to experience myself as energy. I was told I was a child of love and that I was so cherished just as we all are because in the end we are simply reflections of our creator by means of different expressions. I felt my heart beating so incredibly fast that I felt I was my heart itself racing to understand the separation between my body and spirit. I truly cannot explain the extent of profound gratitude i have for the ability to have experienced something so beautiful. This is by far the best page I've come across as long as meditation is concerned... Just stumbled on this page 3days ago and the third time I'm doing this meditation.. I met my spirit guide inside the ocean and each time I got answers to my questions... I mean the wispering voice always telling me things in my ears during this meditation and the fact that I finally met my spirit guide is a shock to me.. I mean when your breath is slow and you're in-between feeling sleepy and partly awake, that's when it happens and during the number part, I saw 333 and 555. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Every night I listen to Rasa lokoshita 's meditation.She has the most Angelic and soothing voice and that cradles me in to God 's safe hand.Her voice takes me to a different realm away from all the noise and worries. Whenever I listen to her meditation i can feel the energy flowing through my body. God bless her for giving us this meditation sessions!
Today I turned this meditation on after doing some Wim Hof breathing and I am feeling movement in the space between my eyebrows as if something is massaging it. Almost like a muscle spasm but very very soothing. This helped me go into meditation with a feeling of deep gratitude for my body being able to tune into the higher frequencies which are so abundant and so beautiful right now.
tyvm for this i live with chronic pain every day a friend of mine said i should try meditation and recommended your channel, best thing iv ever done i do two meditations every day and it really helps me i feel energized i don't feel down in myself tbh feels like im getting to know a new me, yes the pains still there but doing the meditation makes my life alot better, tyvm for that

I'm so glad I found this video! I tried listening to it last night, but I wasn't feeling well and had to stop. This morning, I decided to listen to it while I was watering my whole property by hand and it was absolutely amazing. I find that meditations do a world of wonder as I am acting out a mindless task. Guys this really worked for me.. at first I felt a snake travelling all inside my body and my head automatically moving left to right and vice versa at second attempt. I was able to connect to a female spirit.. she kept my head in her lap and gave me immense love. this wasn't a love of mother sister or friend but something beyond. I have lost my mom when I was 16 and I cant't describe in words .. this was the most loved I ever felt in my entire life. My right hand automatically stood and dropped gently opening my palm. Such an ethereal way to start 2022 with this meditation. I saw my dad and grandparents who keep guiding me everyday. Numbers are 11 and 22 then I saw white gown and dresses, giving birth and babies. Claiming it by faith. Namaste! 🙏
I did this meditacion early in the morning! I saw my third eye and then everything change. My body was full of small eyes. My regular were closed. And then everything changed again, and then my body was full of holes with a light coming out of my body, like blue and purple. I don’t how to describe it. I was sitting in the universe; I was floating, after this I feel so happy! Thank you Rasa!

Wow this actually worked I fell asleep and this is the message I got from spirit “ I took it away because while you were out there focused on something else you didn’t realize the part of you that you were losing and now you come in search for it only when you need it so I come to tell you that I could’ve gone there to you and gave it to you, but you would only cherish the moment because you didn’t wanna lose it and you would have joy that you have it again for a short time but it’s always when you need it and remember it when you miss it why do you pay more attention to not lose an object than yourself “ Basically I always am very careful with my objects so I rarely lose things but with myself I’m not as careful and I never saw it that way until this night I dreamed of that wow so powerful thank you

Rasa thankyou ever so much. I connected with my brother tonight after doing your meditation three times this week. He came through so strongly and gave a lot of answers, some confirming what I always suspected, that my daughter is my great grandmas spirit. (I knew this as I was pregnant with her as I got an image of my nannies eyes and gave our daughter my nannies name as her middle nam) I am so overwhelmed right now. I felt him touch my finger, like an electric pulse and he got my nanny to hold my hand. He said the last thing he saw was blue sky and sunshine as he left this world. So unbelievably happy and cannot wait to share this with my mum and sister. Much love, the three year old Louise who felt she died with him on that day.
Most magical visual experience I've had from meditation, thankyou so much for sharing this! Normally I only see colours and the occasional flash of an image, but with this I saw full scenes and was transported to different lands. I'm in awe!
I have never been at peace with myself. I never expected to see forty, yet here I am at 65. Pretty sure that I have a guardian angel, otherwise, I would have destroyed myself because of the things I have done. I don't think my guardian angel will put up with such foolishness, forever, so I am seeking my spirit guide. I need a calm voice in my head to keep me from repeating my past mistakes. I have listened to this meditation a few times and hope that it will bring what I am looking for. Thank you for making this meditation and for having such an easy voice to listen to. I've been having fever for 4 days now and yesterday evening I felt I needed to lay down for a guided meditation, choosing this one. I fell a sleep and slept for 10 hours! I normally sleep 6-8 hours at most... I had cleansed the apartment physically and energetically before the meditation. When waking up this morning I felt better than previous days, not remembering the meditation at all... But it brought something good! I feel at peace, thank you!
I had such an incredible experience with this meditation. It was unlike anything I've experienced before. I asked my spirit guide if they were there and the word yes came up but it was backward and then I asked if there was anything I needed to know and I felt my right hand go up and touch my right cheek and I could feel it drawing which felt like a shape of a heart.. There was another question I asked but now can't remember the question..uff but I found myself drawing a backward yes on my chest. It felt so wonderful the energy was so loving, inviting and warm. This was probably the best meditation I've experienced in a long time because many times the visuals in my meditation are full of fire and lava or some sort of chaos which makes it difficult to meditate but this was such a beautiful loving experience. This was really intense! To start with I felt my whole being moving/waving with the sound of the bell and this was all that was clear for quite some time. It then felt as though I was the ocean and I felt the rays of light cutting through it. I felt an embrace from a young, beautiful and formless spirit. I was shown images of music and was reassured that they are proud. Really unexpected but a fantastic experience!
I really enjoyed this meditation and will do it again. I like that you pause between speaking, leaving room for my mind to relax. And when you start speaking again, it's not startling like so many other meditation videos!
I love this. I saw so many different colours and shapes and different lights. I got to feel the precense of my grandma who passed Away. ❤loved this!!!!
Me too, and SAME!! But more surprising than Grandma, was Grandpa, who passed 37 years ago! I never thought he even liked me much, let alone live me. I often had difficulty over the years trying to remember him, as I was young when he passed. He was CLEAR AS DAY, and HE LOVES ME, VERY MUCH!!! I got everything so clearly and in details with voice and visualisations. I saw my spiritual guide who is my passed grandma and my spiritual animal, a white angel bird who guide me what to do and how and why, soooo clearly with full of love and peace. Thank you so much. Pretty intense meditation. Had to stop at 20 mins in because it was like an overload. My whole bed felt like it was shaking for 20 mins. The energy was intense. I will keep coming back to this video until I finish it all the way through
I’ve had to also stop at 23.24 because the intensity was too much, I’ll be coming back to it though. It feels very powerful. My chakras are still tingling even though I have stopped. Amazing
works great on ayahausca, i saw myself cross eyed in the mirror so i could stare deep within my own soul directly. Now i know what my soul desires the most: to be a dad, raise a child, to be complete. thing is, now i gotta find a mom to my future child and actually start building up the financial/material foundations to support them, and i know this desire can guide my soul. just need to do it now, but i can't put into words how glad i am to have certainty of what's my heart's truest desire.
I had a quite a tough experience. I felt like I kept having to fight things off, and recenter myself, protect myself, over and over again. I was calling for help a lot through it. Quite visual. My body tightened, had to keep calming myself, and reprotecting myself. Whoooow.
That was amazing! I'm finding it hard to put into words. As soon as the bell went I felt the most beautiful energy flow through my body and completely enveloped me. It was like tasting the most delicious sweetest piece of fruit ever and I didn't want it to end. I feel filled with so much love. Thank you Rasa ❤️

I really appreciate this meditation. My visualization and spirits didn't speak to me today, but I felt the pressure on my third eye and tingling all over. I felt as if l was levitating a little, even though physically I was not. I will try this when I go to bed tonight and hopefully connect with my spirit guides which I feel have been very quiet as of late. Thank you for this.

I can’t explain what I experienced. I saw three people on a Bridge. My grandfather, my aunt who was essentially my second mother; and a family friend from holland who was like my father. They are all passed. Then I saw an ocean and the sky above it was lit and there were angels floating above the water. Then I saw elephants jumping and flapping their ears: thought I thought they were scared but they were actually excited. There was one mom and her baby and they walked away together touching trunks. I was actually crying from how beautiful this all was. Wow. This was literally just now.

I fell into a deep sleep and had a dream so vivid I thought it was real. Sadly I only remember flashes of it in my mind but I can clearly remember the beautiful loving energy I felt. I'm definitely doing this again later today!

I heard a “Hello” 15 min into this meditation- I know someone else heard the same thing but it is not in the recording. It was a man’s voice- calm but firm . I fell asleep and had a dream about my grandfather (he passed in 2004) - he was giving me some money lol - this was very interesting. Will try again tonight . Would love to hear other people stories with this meditation

I can’t even recall what was said, all I can remember is different things slipping in and out of my mind I met a few different people along the way an injured soldier been one of them who looked to have been shot in the stomach despite that he was filled with so much love and was with another male who had his arm around him they were at the beach 🥰

I felt the spirit of my guides and angels that were around me in what look like a sphere ball of light energy. It was amazing and I saw my dad and felt his spirit too. The dialogue was clear and direct but wrap in a blanket of love. It was beautiful. 🙏🦋
I felt an immense tingling in my third eye the entire time. I was on a beach with the mountains in the background. A dolphin came to me and we rode into the sunset together and I was a mermaid, we stopped at a rock where an angel was with wings and I rose up into air. I then saw a bright light and there were doctors faces as I looked up. It’s like I experienced being born again. Amazing ✨
This was so weird. I fell asleep already in 15mins. I started lucid dreaming. This was my second lucid dream ever. In that dream I was at my grandmas house. Then she and another lady walked in to the room with a big bright white light around them. My grandma said she and that lady were my spirit guides. And that other lady said lots of information she even repeated it. But the only thing i remember is her saying "be always kind". And it ended here. Tonight im going to listen to this again. i feel the energy, it’s warm and pure and i can feel the tingling in my body ( mostly my arms and legs... what does that mean) then i opened my eyes and i was so light headed.
Just watched this video from start to finish and the experience was mind blowing. I felt in a relaxed state of mind and calmness. I felt as though I was floating and sinking into my bed. My third eye I felt a tingling sensation like a tight pull in between my brow. I visualised flowers blooming and trees blossoming radiating from the bright sun him self. When I got to the part of asking spirit a question lots of questions came up but in the end I chose to ask spirit what messages do you have for me that is for my highest good? This is what I got.... I had images of clouds and it was like I walking through these clouds I saw light beings surrounding me and swirling lights. I also saw bright lines swooshing around and past me. I don't know what this all means for me but I felt so relaxed and at peace. I also got the words you know but I'm not sure what it is I am suppose to know exactly. I honestly felt a positive feeling on my journey and it took me to a place where I wanted to stay 😌 I felt so much love. I'm just not sure what all this means to me and my question though. GOD hear your prayers before you pray them... It is you who need the state of "the prayer" to set a different frequency to yourself and then things manifest... Blief + allowance = manifest...

Yes we definitely need prayer and things like meditation and things like that to get us out of our heads...I like that formula...is belief is the belief we have in God and good things happening for us? and is allowance waiting or doing our part or acting in faith?
Jennifer Bonelli the belief is the course we will set our boats into... so it. better be good... a belief is set-up by: attention then intention then action... After that the be-lief is formed - you need to raise "the anchor" and "the sails"... These are the allowance parts... Faith in its purest forms... letting go of the wheel as well! bless you... I asked my guide about my partner and the distance between us. My guide gave me a past life regression. It was very sad. I understand now why there's such a complication and distance between my partner and I. I'm going to have to process this for a while. It is profoundly sad, this past we shared.
At the end of this meditation, when I said Namaste back to the speaker, I experienced the most intense couple of waves of goosebumps in my legs!! Which was kinda nice! Lovely meditation. Beautiful. 👌
I’m catholic, and I had a conversation with my patron saint Alice, and honestly it was really crazy and intense, and I didn’t know like anything about her, but I looked up information about her and she is known for having visions from God, and that’s crazy because she told me she can understand god

For people who are new to meditation, something that always helps me immensely is to have a lamp near by..or a candle.. some sort of light to start to sleep through my closed eyes that I can visualize and grow into a big cacoon of golden light surrounding me...I just need it for the start...it's much easier than say being in a dark room visualizing light.

I lost my mom 6 months ago and I was in trauma but I was fighting with it with her help ofc , she can never leave me ...I wanted to talk to her ..I sat down with her at some beach kinda place and we talked , she's proud of me what she always said and I'm a warrior but when the bell rings my body stretched and tears come down and I was saying please don't go and she said that she have always been with it and she will be forever and she will definitely come back as my daughter ......I'm feeling good , I know the answers already but I just wanted to feel her , talk to her ...it is wow ..
Wow!! I have never had such a clear vision during meditation. I had people speaking to me and telling me their names. I was given visions of my next steps to take toward success. I saw the deepest color blue. My whole body was vibrating. This was an amazing guide. I did a tarot card pull afterwards and it was so beautiful
This one was definitely something. Lately I have been feeling lost. It’s like I know I have a journey to follow, I just don’t know the paths to this place. During my experience I noticed that my right ear canal was itchy, I didn’t think much of it so I then brought my focus on my right hand which felt like I was comforted by by guide holding my hand as if telling me to be at ease with my journey. Then my left ear canal began to have the same itch as well. Then it send a crazy chill through my whole body. It was not bad or feel scary, if just shook me as if I was a cold shiver. I’m not sure what to take of this, but I will certainly continue to practice.
My ear canal itched during this too! I kept reminded myself to detach from my body and it eventually went away.
I come back to this meditation from time to time. My experience has defiantly elevated to different levels of my journey. thank you. Sending love and light to all who passes through.

I just want to thank you! During the meditation i just felt this pressure on my 3rd eye and a tingeling abouve my head and such an warm feeling! After the first bell this particular parfum just come in to me and i heard my inner voice in my head " be aware of the parfum "... a inner voice but out side of me, i know it's complicated just can explaine it ...i just burst in to tears....I just feel the energy, it was so beautiful , the connection ...I still have the tingle in to my 3rd eye and all over my body after the second bell ring the parfum was gone! I reached one consciousness in this mediation. I have been working on reaching it for about 5 months and I asked Dr. Joe Dispenza to guide me when she asked us to call a spirit guide. Dr. Dispenza helped me open the portal to oneness. It was a complete darkness, but loving, warm, and kind. I couldn’t feel my body and I wasn’t a person anymore; I was one with everything. This mediation helped so much!

I cannot believe the experience this video helped bless me with. I reached a point in which my body was no longer being controlled by ‘I’ but rather the true oneness that is our eternal creator. I felt my soul exit my body in a way that allowed me to experience myself as energy. I was told I was a child of love and that I was so cherished just as we all are because in the end we are simply reflections of our creator by means of different expressions. I felt my heart beating so incredibly fast that I felt I was my heart itself racing to understand the separation between my body and spirit. I truly cannot explain the extent of profound gratitude i have for the ability to have experienced something so beautiful. This is by far the best page I've come across as long as meditation is concerned... Just stumbled on this page 3days ago and the third time I'm doing this meditation.. I met my spirit guide inside the ocean and each time I got answers to my questions... I mean the wispering voice always telling me things in my ears during this meditation and the fact that I finally met my spirit guide is a shock to me.. I mean when your breath is slow and you're in-between feeling sleepy and partly awake, that's when it happens and during the number part, I saw 333 and 555. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Today I turned this meditation on after doing some Wim Hof breathing and I am feeling movement in the space between my eyebrows as if something is massaging it. Almost like a muscle spasm but very very soothing. This helped me go into meditation with a feeling of deep gratitude for my body being able to tune into the higher frequencies which are so abundant and so beautiful right now.

Guys this really worked for me.. at first I felt a snake travelling all inside my body and my head automatically moving left to right and vice versa at second attempt. I was able to connect to a female spirit.. she kept my head in her lap and gave me immense love. this wasn't a love of mother sister or friend but something beyond. I have lost my mom when I was 16 and I cant't describe in words .. this was the most loved I ever felt in my entire life. My right hand automatically stood and dropped gently opening my palm. Such an ethereal way to start 2022 with this meditation. I saw my dad and grandparents who keep guiding me everyday. Numbers are 11 and 22 then I saw white gown and dresses, giving birth and babies. Claiming it by faith. Namaste! 🙏

I did this meditacion early in the morning! I saw my third eye and then everything change. My body was full of small eyes. My regular were closed. And then everything changed again, and then my body was full of holes with a light coming out of my body, like blue and purple. I don’t how to describe it. I was sitting in the universe; I was floating, after this I feel so happy! Thank you Rasa!

(I knew this as I was pregnant with her as I got an image of my nannies eyes and gave our daughter my nannies name as her middle nam)
I am so overwhelmed right now. I felt him touch my finger, like an electric pulse and he got my nanny to hold my hand. He said the last thing he saw was blue sky and sunshine as he left this world. So unbelievably happy and cannot wait to share this with my mum and sister. Much love, the three year old Louise who felt she died with him on that day.

I have never been at peace with myself. I never expected to see forty, yet here I am at 65. Pretty sure that I have a guardian angel, otherwise, I would have destroyed myself because of the things I have done. I don't think my guardian angel will put up with such foolishness, forever, so I am seeking my spirit guide. I need a calm voice in my head to keep me from repeating my past mistakes. I have listened to this meditation a few times and hope that it will bring what I am looking for.

I've been having fever for 4 days now and yesterday evening I felt I needed to lay down for a guided meditation, choosing this one. I fell a sleep and slept for 10 hours! I normally sleep 6-8 hours at most... I had cleansed the apartment physically and energetically before the meditation. When waking up this morning I felt better than previous days, not remembering the meditation at all... But it brought something good! I feel at peace, thank you!

I had such an incredible experience with this meditation. It was unlike anything I've experienced before. I asked my spirit guide if they were there and the word yes came up but it was backward and then I asked if there was anything I needed to know and I felt my right hand go up and touch my right cheek and I could feel it drawing which felt like a shape of a heart.. There was another question I asked but now can't remember the question..uff but I found myself drawing a backward yes on my chest. It felt so wonderful the energy was so loving, inviting and warm. This was probably the best meditation I've experienced in a long time because many times the visuals in my meditation are full of fire and lava or some sort of chaos which makes it difficult to meditate but this was such a beautiful loving experience. This was really intense! To start with I felt my whole being moving/waving with the sound of the bell and this was all that was clear for quite some time. It then felt as though I was the ocean and I felt the rays of light cutting through it. I felt an embrace from a young, beautiful and formless spirit. I was shown images of music and was reassured that they are proud. Really unexpected but a fantastic experience!

Pretty intense meditation. Had to stop at 20 mins in because it was like an overload. My whole bed felt like it was shaking for 20 mins. The energy was intense. I will keep coming back to this video until I finish it all the way through
I’ve had to also stop at 23.24 because the intensity was too much, I’ll be coming back to it though. It feels very powerful. My chakras are still tingling even though I have stopped. Amazing
works great on ayahausca, i saw myself cross eyed in the mirror so i could stare deep within my own soul directly.
Now i know what my soul desires the most: to be a dad, raise a child, to be complete.
thing is, now i gotta find a mom to my future child and actually start building up the financial/material foundations to support them, and i know this desire can guide my soul.
just need to do it now, but i can't put into words how glad i am to have certainty of what's my heart's truest desire.

I had a quite a tough experience. I felt like I kept having to fight things off, and recenter myself, protect myself, over and over again. I was calling for help a lot through it. Quite visual. My body tightened, had to keep calming myself, and reprotecting myself. Whoooow.
I will most definitely revisit this meditation once I have healed.
The experience I had was way more than I expected and it’s left me in both awe and happiness with tears. I’m actually thankful I found this

I really appreciate this meditation. My visualization and spirits didn't speak to me today, but I felt the pressure on my third eye and tingling all over. I felt as if l was levitating a little, even though physically I was not. I can feel the emotions and some visons already, I just wanna get more than that
I can’t explain what I experienced. I saw three people on a Bridge. My grandfather, my aunt who was essentially my second mother; and a family friend from holland who was like my father. They are all passed. Then I saw an ocean and the sky above it was lit and there were angels floating above the water. Then I saw elephants jumping and flapping their ears: thought I thought they were scared but they were actually excited. There was one mom and her baby and they walked away together touching trunks. I was actually crying from how beautiful this all was. Wow. This was literally just now.

I fell asleep and had a dream about my grandfather (he passed in 2004) - he was giving me some money lol - this was very interesting. Will try again tonight . Would love to hear other people stories with this meditation

I can’t even recall what was said, all I can remember is different things slipping in and out of my mind I met a few different people along the way an injured soldier been one of them who looked to have been shot in the stomach despite that he was filled with so much love and was with another male who had his arm around him they were at the beach 🥰

I felt an immense tingling in my third eye the entire time. I was on a beach with the mountains in the background. A dolphin came to me and we rode into the sunset together and I was a mermaid, we stopped at a rock where an angel was with wings and I rose up into air. I then saw a bright light and there were doctors faces as I looked up. It’s like I experienced being born again. Amazing ✨

This was so weird. I fell asleep already in 15mins. I started lucid dreaming. This was my second lucid dream ever. In that dream I was at my grandmas house. Then she and another lady walked in to the room with a big bright white light around them. My grandma said she and that lady were my spirit guides. And that other lady said lots of information she even repeated it. But the only thing i remember is her saying "be always kind". And it ended here. Tonight im going to listen to this again. i feel the energy, it’s warm and pure and i can feel the tingling in my body ( mostly my arms and legs... what does that mean) then i opened my eyes and i was so light headed.
Just watched this video from start to finish and the experience was mind blowing. I felt in a relaxed state of mind and calmness.
I felt as though I was floating and sinking into my bed. My third eye I felt a tingling sensation like a tight pull in between my brow.
I visualised flowers blooming and trees blossoming radiating from the bright sun him self.
When I got to the part of asking spirit a question lots of questions came up but in the end I chose to ask spirit what messages do you have for me that is for my highest good?
This is what I got....
I had images of clouds and it was like I walking through these clouds I saw light beings surrounding me and swirling lights. I also saw bright lines swooshing around and past me. I don't know what this all means for me but I felt so relaxed and at peace. I also got the words you know but I'm not sure what it is I am suppose to know exactly.
I honestly felt a positive feeling on my journey and it took me to a place where I wanted to stay 😌 I felt so much love.
I'm just not sure what all this means to me and my question though.

I didn’t get far but I feel so much better and awakened more than before i can’t visualize but feel the energy around me more than before. I believe with practice I will become better and stronger 😌

It is you who need the state of "the prayer" to set a different frequency to yourself and then things manifest...
Blief + allowance = manifest...

Yes we definitely need prayer and things like meditation and things like that to get us out of our heads...I like that formula...is belief is the belief we have in God and good things happening for us? and is allowance waiting or doing our part or acting in faith?

so it. better be good... a belief is set-up by:
attention then intention then action...
After that the be-lief is formed - you need to raise "the anchor" and "the sails"...
These are the allowance parts...

I asked my guide about my partner and the distance between us. My guide gave me a past life regression. It was very sad. I understand now why there's such a complication and distance between my partner and I. I'm going to have to process this for a while. It is profoundly sad, this past we shared.

At the end of this meditation, when I said Namaste back to the speaker, I experienced the most intense couple of waves of goosebumps in my legs!! Which was kinda nice! Lovely meditation. Beautiful. 👌
I’m catholic, and I had a conversation with my patron saint Alice, and honestly it was really crazy and intense, and I didn’t know like anything about her, but I looked up information about her and she is known for having visions from God, and that’s crazy because she told me she can understand god

Trees and on the trees birds 🐦 they were sings i was so comfortable that I wasn't like to wake up
