For anyone who questions if this works , I have three words : it really does. I started this meditation with not too much intentions. Just general wondering if Ive been effective or not in helping the people in my life. So as I’m floating off…I said I don’t know if I’ll be able to meet you today but I want to know if the love I send to you everyday you are receiving ….suddenly a deep voice said YES…I’m a small woman so I didn’t think my higher self would sound like that ! But anyway …as I’m floating through what seemed like many states of being ( air - water- liquid etc ) I got a voice in my head that said “ you are here on a mission…your mission is just to be you ….your helping that way…just vibrate high“ well I’m more confused then ever. So I say to my higher self am I allowed to know anything ? And suddenly my physical body did the strangest thing….My arm just lifted …I swear I wasn’t controlling my own movements. My arm basically lifted and hugged myself…Like really HARD….and then my head shook no….I am just coming out now and I don’t know what to make of it. 🤷♀️ Sarah if your reading this I hope I express my gratitude the best I can, even though I still feel like a dumb ape …my spirit has never been more awaken since I found your Chanel . I have been looking for mediations that give me that "feeling", as have had with previous meditations recently but nothing seemed to work. I have listened to this previously and it was good. I couldn't sleep in the early hours of this morning and listened to this mediation again and it was like I had listened to it for the first time. BOOM, It was so POWEFUL! I definitely had a connection with my higher self. I offloaded a lot of stuff and got some healing messages. I hugged myself/higher self. Thank you so much Sarah for this beautiful meditation. Hang on in there. I have been listening to Sarah for years. If you can, every night. Some are difficult but necessary. You can do those when you feel up to it. Others, gentle and healing. Especially the cellular healing ones. I have come back from a very dark place, just by meditating every night, mostly while asleep. Your mind and body WANT to heal, you can trust that. I'm now a fully qualified and licensed Counsellor. Full circle. Just wanted you to know that it's a process. You are enough, you are precious, and healing happens 💖. We all want a magic wand or a magic pill...well, these meditations by Sarah are exactly that. Repetition is key. If we stopped eating, what would happen? Woah, first time i felt such intense pull into a "dream?" Like being pull/sucked into somewhere else in my thoughts. My visions showed me a house in the western country i once dreamt before but wasn't sure why I'm being there? The scene disappear when i try to find out the date of a magazine i found on the table. I wasn't sure if what i see is the answer to what i seek/ask but it's a cool short experience.
Ok I did this one last night and though I didn't exactly see or hear my higher self I did have words pop into my head several times. I will keep trying this
Go with the sense(s) that resonate the most. Auditory may be stronger for you then visuals. And use ALL your senses to receive information. Hope that helps.

Those sound like you are activating and/or harmonizing chakras: heart and third eye, and perhaps the crown chakra it seems. Visualize each one rotating in harmony to make the experience as comfortable as possible. It's nothing to be afraid of. 💛 Sarah
