My beautiful friend and lover died in our bed about 3 weeks ago….I have a deep well of sadness infilling all around me. I often wonder about the future, knowing I can’t change the past. This reminds me that though I cry everyday I can still make choices….

Its been tough losing someone who was my first true love. It takes time to heal but know your love will always be around you like my love. Talk to your lover they certainly hear you and when a thought enters your mind and its not your thought its you love talking to you. God bless you.

It's such a great season! Thank you for this guided meditation. I've done two of these guided meditation, and both were extraordinary, both your voice and guidance and also the music! I wish there was a guided meditation that would guide and lead us to the records but allows us to ask what we want and stay there as long as we want. I find your initial guide very useful in letting me relax down and disengage and access the records. I just wish i could go more general than the specific topics. Regardless, I appreciate your content very much and want to thank you again for facilitating it.
It is extremely rare where I can find another human whom my intuition tells me is for our highest good, her voice was extremely maternal, peaceful and loving, she guided this extraordinarily well. @@unlockyourlife Sarah you’ve done it again: I did this meditation twice. Once palm done laying down when it first came out and then another session palm up sitting up first thing this morning. Both times with no clear intentions set…just wondering if I’m on my right spiritual path. I saw so many thing and felt so many things….a giant pyramid ! Planets flashing before my eyes…and my husband as an elderly man….so I’m assuming that I am on the right path. I just want to let you know that this one was different but still crazy ( in a pleasant way ) and very much needed. Bless your sweet soul ⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been meditating for 16 hours (without losing focus)I have Shortness of breath pain in my chest my ❤ kept feeling full and tight the pain is more mild now, the shortness of breath is still there but it's mild I can hear an intense ringing both of my ears and my entire body is vibrating I don't think I can transcend my heart disease through meditation. It's getting a lot harder to do with breathwork i feel like it's almost my time and this is supposed to happen I am 33 years old
Everytime I do an Akashic record’s meditation I just fall asleep, i’ve never heard what happens past relaxing your body part 😅 is that supposed to happen? Did I access it ?
My question is; Why if I am an individualized part of source, I would have to undergo the hazzard of astral travel to find the Akashic records library when in fact all that information lives within me in my subconcious. Why not getting it from my subconscious into my human consciouness through visions, revelations, messages, encounters with my guardian angel, dreams, prophecies, etcetera. I believe we are the keepers of that library and we can tune in through meditation without the need to perform an impose astral travel. I understand that through out our life we have unconsciously perform astral travelings in many way and forms and specifically when our human bodies are asleep. I have heard this video several times and have not being able to get to the energy field where I will encounter myself in the library getting my needed answers.
There is no travel, correct, but this is just a way for your mind and energy to interact and interface with the akashic records as they are not material and not in linear time or in 3D space.

Try sitting up in a meditative pose or just sitting in a chair so you can stay awake if possible.
