Woah, I love this. Aside from dumbbells, I also used resistance band and ankle weights. Just finished the get peachy challenge and I'm now on my fifth day for the hour glass body challenge. Hoping to see results in 6 mos ❤❤❤
My planet fitness is always too packed and your workouts fit nicely without having to juggle around people and machines at the gym. My active zone minutes have also drasticly increased while tacking these on after a good treadmill warm up and I don't have to think about what I need to do. I'm not seeing as much change as fast I as I did with strict dieting and following a plan til burn out but I'm going at this as everyday is more than the last so take it as a win. Try to be consistant and do the routines that I enjoy and within 6 months I should hopefully see benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
GIRL I work out on a regular, but I went more or less daily for 2-3 weeks (with breaks when needed) so I am not new to that and my legs and butt have some strength BUT THIS 3rd and 4th exercise broke my will to live I can’t how is this SO challenging. (Thank you a lot for this workout, love it nevertheless already 😂❤️)
The exercises will continue for me at the end of this month when I have finished all the renovations. Then I stay focused on exercise and eating. I'm dont know about the weight, what it will be at the end of the month when i continue Chloe cardio challenges. 🌸

This was day 15 for me, i don't know but after taking the 2-day rest, this work out gave me the struggles. My legs are shaking, to a point where it feels light and I can't feel it, I felt light-headed and dizzy. I took lots of rest in between to cope up, daaaang. Hahaahah I swear this wasn't like this the 1st weeks! It's like this was the first time I did the workout 😭 PS. I did reduce the playback speed to 0.9 though to make every exercise longer hahaha. But yes, i finished the entire workout despite the struggle 😅

Hiii! One question, is the longer rest gonna have less of a result in the end? Like does not having a rest in between workouts or just a 5 - 10 second one gonna have better results than 20 second rests in between every two to three workouts? Thanks
Follow your body's need to rest, that's more important. If you stay consistent you will still have results. Longer rests are good when you're new to working out or using heavier weights :)
