I was 102 kgs and was desperately trying to lose weight. I tried brisk walking, Zumba dance and some other exercises as well but all in vain because I was not motivated at all to complete my exercises. The day I found out about Chloe ting things changed for me. The way she has styled her videos and all the programs is extremely well planned plus her delicious and healthy recipes. She is a darling. I love her so so much and am extremely grateful to her. May God bless her and she reaches all the highs in life. Edit: I am currently at 83 kgs and still going with my journey my goal is to hit 65 kgs. Wish me luck I did absolutely no exercise this month going to start again by tomorrow, will update about the progress in April

I have been doing the weightloss challenge for 10+ days. I haven't lose any significant weight but I remember doing this intense HIIT workout in my first week and it took me 1 hr to complete as I used to take mini breaks after every 2-3 exercise. But today I completed this workout in one go no extra mini breaks nothing. So I am extremely happy that I sticked to this workout for 12 days. I am determine to loose weight which I have neen planning for 2-3 yrs, wish me luck for this time
Let me just say I have not been motivated at all to work out. But I did it! I’m on the other side feeling proud that I did it, even if it was the low impact version. You can do it too!

Im 62 and on week 2 of 2023 weight loss challenge…there are times I cry that I actually finished the daily schedule! I have 20pds to get rid of and this process is exactly what I need! mentally it’s brutal…good job all! thanks Chloe
i am an athlete and lately ive been struggling with severe stamina problems; something i never struggle with. i am here doing this workout and i feel like a complete beginner, someone who is barely active. i paused the video at least 6 times but i completed it and i am more than determined to get my strength back. I'm taking a moment to catch my breath while writing this comment. I've begun the Weight Loss Challenge 2023 today! I'm almost 58 years old and at about 130 pounds (down from 170 lbs a year and a half ago from mostly walking and healthy eating). I've not put on any more weight, and I'm not really looking to lose more than 5 pounds or so, but I'm pretty soft around the middle, thighs, and arms, so I wanted to find a program to help me get leaner and stronger. I came across Chloe's videos from watching another UA-camr's video, and now I'm super excited to see where this challenge takes me. Wish me luck!

I started the 28 day challenge of weight loss 2023 after realizing I had 10 kg more than before. It’s not easy because I’m not really into sports so I hope I will finish this challenge until the end. Ps: I don’t feel my legs anymore 😭😭

@kerv hii!! I have done mostly the 'weight loss challenges' on her website! I really recommend her 2023 weight loss challenge! If you struggle with some things, you can always change the video to another! As long as you're moving, you're doing something right! Like for example if you can't hold your weight right now, switch the plank workouts for a standing workout!

I just want everyone to know its okay if you’re struggling or cannot do a workout. The goal is to make yourself stronger and that comes with time. If you need a break take it. If you can’t do a workout, don’t do it. We are all at different levels. Like for me I can’t do lunge pulses, so I substituted it for just lunges. I also paused the video like 3 times, but I still pushed through. It’s all about finishing the workout. It’s not a competition. We are all trying to accomplish something and thats why we need to support one another. Sending you all love ❤

I did it! Day 1- really sweaty. I just finished the weeks shred workout and today I started this new program:). Day 18: It's amazing! I feel so much stronger and I've already lost 0,7 kg :)

day 1: on 15th february 2024 I did the whole workout now i am going to cool down my body. I am eating less carbs more protein and more fruits and vegetables. I am not eating junk and drinking 3 ltr water everyday. My weight is 56.5 today goal is 50 I will post further

I'm going to start this today! I weigh 143 lbs and my goal is 121 lbs. Day 1: I could only do 9 mins of the workout and i can't move my legs anymore 😭 But i didn't do any of the low-impact ones bc i overestimated myself lol. But hopefully i'll be able to do the full workout soon 💪
Start with low impact my love! That way you can get through the full workout and build your body up to the high intensity. I used to do the same when I started and ultimately you aren’t doing your body any good when starting with high intensity. Take it easy you’ll get there I promise, I know it’s frustrating to think that your body can’t do it but it’s not true because once you get there your body will absolutely kill it! Take it from me I started Chloe a year ago. Weighing at 160.. I now weight 120, and that was just after 4 months.. I also do fasting but he programs will whip that ass into shape I promise
Day 1 of doing this workout after 6 months of no exercise: It was tough, I did low impact sometimes, but I got through! Need to work on my form but I'm so happy I even managed to stay active and moving. We can do this!!!!

Started this challenge yesterday. Can't wait to live healthily and shred some weight because I am really not happy with where my weight is right now. I pray for discipline and consistency. Starting weight: 70kg Waist: 88 cm Arms: 33 cm Thighs: 62 cm Hips: 124 cm Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Today was epic. Good, but also not so good. I drank water immediately after my workout and felt a whiplash of nausea, I had to lie down a bit😂😂😂. Excited for tomorrow! Day 4 ✅ Today was so much better! @@ДарияХасенова Im the same exact weight I was when I started but I visibly gained some muscle in my core and glutes and legs. I'm also a lot stronger. I wasn't expecting to lose any weight tho because before this I was barely exercising and dieting and I hit a long plateau so I decided to break from the diet and focus on building my strength and energy levels again which the program successfully did for me.
I haven’t worked out for at least 6 months because I gave myself excuses like busy preparing for exam. Today, I tried this workout for the first time and I was exhausted. Feeling like the longest 15 minutes in my life. Hope I can continue this journey with Chloe❤ As 2023 started, I guarantee myself to pick up this habits again! Hope I can at least work with this project every day for my own health.

Today is the first day of my weight loss challenge with Chloe ting. I been working out from 1st October and loses my 5 kg's and want to loss more 15kg's that's by I'm joining her workout challenge hoping for the best results. and will keep on upgrading you guys.

The abs workout today were 🔥 I can feel some strength forming. DAY 6. ✅I loved it. Short but amazing HIIT. I'm proud of me DAY 7.✅✅Rest day. I went out for a 30 mins run and did 50 weighted squats DAY 8.✅✅ My Abs really suffered today wow! It was very engaging DAY 9.✅✅ I skipped 2 days. I'm back to it. Today's workout was intense for the glutes DAY 10: ✅✅✅ loved today's workout. I added a 25 mins run too DAY 11: REST DAY DAY 12: ✅ I did one out of 3 workouts. But I went out for a 30 mins run. I'm taking a moment to catch my breath while writing this comment. I've begun the Weight Loss Challenge 2023 today! I'm almost 58 years old and at about 130 pounds (down from 170 lbs a year and a half ago from mostly walking and healthy eating). I've not put on any more weight, and I'm not really looking to lose more than 5 pounds or so, but I'm pretty soft around the middle, thighs, and arms, so I wanted to find a program to help me get leaner and stronger. I came across Chloe's videos from watching another UA-camr's video, and now I'm super excited to see where this challenge takes me. Wish me luck!

@kerv hii!! I have done mostly the 'weight loss challenges' on her website! I really recommend her 2023 weight loss challenge! If you struggle with some things, you can always change the video to another! As long as you're moving, you're doing something right! Like for example if you can't hold your weight right now, switch the plank workouts for a standing workout!
There is also an option on her website where you can filter on only standing workouts ! I wish you much luck, you got this!!!!

I just want everyone to know its okay if you’re struggling or cannot do a workout. The goal is to make yourself stronger and that comes with time. If you need a break take it. If you can’t do a workout, don’t do it. We are all at different levels. Like for me I can’t do lunge pulses, so I substituted it for just lunges. I also paused the video like 3 times, but I still pushed through. It’s all about finishing the workout. It’s not a competition. We are all trying to accomplish something and thats why we need to support one another. Sending you all love ❤

I'm going to start this today! I weigh 143 lbs and my goal is 121 lbs.
Day 1: I could only do 9 mins of the workout and i can't move my legs anymore 😭 But i didn't do any of the low-impact ones bc i overestimated myself lol. But hopefully i'll be able to do the full workout soon 💪
Start with low impact my love! That way you can get through the full workout and build your body up to the high intensity.
I used to do the same when I started and ultimately you aren’t doing your body any good when starting with high intensity.
Take it easy you’ll get there I promise, I know it’s frustrating to think that your body can’t do it but it’s not true because once you get there your body will absolutely kill it!
Take it from me I started Chloe a year ago. Weighing at 160..
I now weight 120, and that was just after 4 months..
I also do fasting but he programs will whip that ass into shape I promise

@@ДарияХасенова Im the same exact weight I was when I started but I visibly gained some muscle in my core and glutes and legs. I'm also a lot stronger. I wasn't expecting to lose any weight tho because before this I was barely exercising and dieting and I hit a long plateau so I decided to break from the diet and focus on building my strength and energy levels again which the program successfully did for me.

I loved this workout! I neglected my exercise habit for about five days or so and as a result, needed something achievable but still challenging. This was a perfect fit. I did it!
