@@whaster_у каждого свои прогресс, но у меня это 10 день этой программы, и я уже потеряла 5 кг, но для меня было важнее внешний прогресс чем на весах(так как вес может расти из-за того что прибавляются мышцы) и внешне я стала намного привлекательнее, подтянутой и уверенней так что попробуйте вам понравиться
I remember back then when the 1st time I decided to follow chloe’s workout programs in early 2020. Now I’m still here, because I feel like her workout now becoming a part of my daily routine in the morning. I’ve changed a lot since then and feel more comfortable, fitter & confident enough with myself right now :) Chloe, thanks a lot and how grateful I am since you’ve changed me to be a better & healthier person
I also started working out with Chloe in 2020! I needed to do something during the pandemic. I felt like I let myself go over the years but didn't realize it until I exercised. It was SO hard in the beginning. But now almost 3 years later I'm fit again and confident with how I look! Congrats on sticking with the workouts these years! Let's keep going! :D
I'm on day 16, today i didn't really feel like working out but I pushed myself to just do what I could! I managed to do the whole workout. Yes it's wasn't perfect I used variations and took a few breaks when my body needed it but i'm trying to let go of my perfectionism. Doing something is always better than not doing it for fear of not being perfect! keep going guys

Hey! Not a frequent commentor but I'm on my day 23rd of my challenge, i haven't really lost any weight because ive been eating junk but i feel a 100 times stronger and more active than i felt in the beginning and I'm gonna hop onto a better diet and a new program once I'm finished with this!

@@mrshope6018 i have been following many youtuber's plans for years. Now I make my routine myself based on what fits my body best or what body part I would specifically like to focus on for a week or so. It includes hiit, pilates, barre and ballet as well ☺️
I did let myself go to much during the holiday season but started this challenge last week and it's awesome. Can't wait till tomorrow as today is my rest day (I start the challenge a day later so I don't have to wait for the releases). Thanks for this program Chloe🙂
OMG. I've just started the 2nd week of 2023 Weight Lost challenges. When clicked on day 8 and saw the duration (20mins 😱😱😱), I thought that I couldn't complete the whole exercises. But you know what? It took me 2 months to complete her 25 day weight loss challenge but it was worth it, I lost 13kgs in. 2months with just her work out and portion control and i took a lot of rest days in between too. Thanks Chloe. You are the goat❤

TIPS: 1. If you hate an exercise, just pick another one to do! I didnt do like 3-5 of chloes exercises in this video and just opted for another exercise that I preferred more. 2. Don't be afraid to take breaks! There were a few days where I didn't work out at all and still saw progress at the end of the week. 3. You may gain muscle which may cause your weight to gain in the beginning, so I would reccomend only checking your weight after two weeks. I would take pictures of my body every week so I could see a physical change even when the scale did not move down, which motivated me more! 4. Pick a video to do that you think works best for you. I picked this one because it contained all sorts of exercises (abs, legs, etc) rather than targetting one specific area. It also felt good knowing that I was working out for 20 minutes a day for just one video rather than doing 2 videos which add up to 20 minutes. 5. Have a good music playlist! TIme flew by when I listened to my workout playlist. 6. CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!! If I can workout for a month, so can you! I will be continuing this workout again for the next month so comment any questions you may have. Good luck everyone! :)s
@@mauidemigod Hi! I try to cut out unhealthy foods but occasionally I will still drink boba and eat a burger! I will give u the rundown of what I eat in a day: Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and a whole wheat tortilla. I may also have some peach yogurt or fruit. Lunch: 1 turkey breast and lettuce wrap with ranch. I will also have some fruit to eat after such as watermelon. Dinner: Malatang which is just rice noodles, beef, and some Chinese veggies in a tomato soup base. (I eat a bigger portion of this since I feel like lunch is usually pretty small).

After 3 weeks practicing this workout I finally managed to do it all with no extra breaks or low impact variations and even added some weights in some of the exercises❤

Today it is my 15 day I am really on a good diet and i didnt lose so much weight but i am trying to workout everyday and i féel so strong and my waist got smaller I wasnt really feelling good but i pushed myself and i am really proude of my self thank you chloe

I love Chloe 💗 Her workouts are the only ones i've been able to stick to and to actually enjoy. They are easy but challenging, they're so fun, the music although it's not my personal taste is actually so uplifting with its positive lyrics, there's an awesome community here... idk, the fact that all i need to do is show up on my mat to do something for myself is so comforting. im so glad chloe has low impact variations because i felt sick today for eating too soon before starting so i didnt want to make it worse. the low impact really helped and still pushed me to do my best even with my circumstance! thank you chloe!

But it felt like i didn't have enough energy to do it. I walked as per usual especially on 25th. Luckily i didn't bloat this time. Just picked up whatever videos i liked & did them. With a little control over my diet & these exercises i lost 4 kg in 3 months & my belly went from 35" to 31.5"
I am very proud of myself today more than usual ✨ I woke up at 6 am and came back to home at 6 pm exhausted and had 0 energy to do the today's workout .despite that, I did it 🩷🩷 without skipping the day even I passed out 😂 now I'm lying in my bed comfortably and I feel proud instead of guilty. consistency is the key keep pushing 💪🪄

I am gonna do this as i wanna glow up and lose bit of weight! My current weight is 49 i know its less but i am also petite 150cm so i look chubby even at this weight. I dont wanna loose too much if i could keep the weight and look slimmer it would be nice! Y’all if u want this workout to be way easier I really recommend doing 5min walk, 5-10min jogging and 4 set of 20sec sprinting. Seriously this workout was so easy after doing that like I was able to add weight while doing the workout, I don’t feel sick and my heart doesn’t hurt anymore. And the running part made a BIG difference in my body. Also if u don’t feel like working out today (or any other day), don’t. Working out is supposed to be an enjoyable moment (well, for me) so when I’m really not feeling like working out, I don’t but I make sure to do it the other day (I workout daily)

Hey! Not a frequent commentor but I'm on my day 23rd of my challenge, i haven't really lost any weight because ive been eating junk but i feel a 100 times stronger and more active than i felt in the beginning and I'm gonna hop onto a better diet and a new program once I'm finished with this!

@@mrshope6018 i have been following many youtuber's plans for years. Now I make my routine myself based on what fits my body best or what body part I would specifically like to focus on for a week or so. It includes hiit, pilates, barre and ballet as well ☺️
I did let myself go to much during the holiday season but started this challenge last week and it's awesome. Can't wait till tomorrow as today is my rest day (I start the challenge a day later so I don't have to wait for the releases). Thanks for this program Chloe🙂

OMG. I've just started the 2nd week of 2023 Weight Lost challenges. When clicked on day 8 and saw the duration (20mins 😱😱😱), I thought that I couldn't complete the whole exercises. But you know what? It took me 2 months to complete her 25 day weight loss challenge but it was worth it, I lost 13kgs in. 2months with just her work out and portion control and i took a lot of rest days in between too.

Hi everyone! I have been doing this workout consistently for two weeks, and I have seen a really big change in my body in the before and after pictures, and I have also lost almost 2 pounds. TIPS:
1. If you hate an exercise, just pick another one to do! I didnt do like 3-5 of chloes exercises in this video and just opted for another exercise that I preferred more.
2. Don't be afraid to take breaks! There were a few days where I didn't work out at all and still saw progress at the end of the week.
3. You may gain muscle which may cause your weight to gain in the beginning, so I would reccomend only checking your weight after two weeks. I would take pictures of my body every week so I could see a physical change even when the scale did not move down, which motivated me more!
4. Pick a video to do that you think works best for you. I picked this one because it contained all sorts of exercises (abs, legs, etc) rather than targetting one specific area. It also felt good knowing that I was working out for 20 minutes a day for just one video rather than doing 2 videos which add up to 20 minutes.
5. Have a good music playlist! TIme flew by when I listened to my workout playlist.
6. CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!! If I can workout for a month, so can you!

@@mauidemigod Hi! I try to cut out unhealthy foods but occasionally I will still drink boba and eat a burger! I will give u the rundown of what I eat in a day:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and a whole wheat tortilla. I may also have some peach yogurt or fruit.
Lunch: 1 turkey breast and lettuce wrap with ranch. I will also have some fruit to eat after such as watermelon.
Dinner: Malatang which is just rice noodles, beef, and some Chinese veggies in a tomato soup base. (I eat a bigger portion of this since I feel like lunch is usually pretty small).

After 3 weeks practicing this workout I finally managed to do it all with no extra breaks or low impact variations and even added some weights in some of the exercises❤

I am really on a good diet and i didnt lose so much weight but i am trying to workout everyday and i féel so strong and my waist got smaller

im so glad chloe has low impact variations because i felt sick today for eating too soon before starting so i didnt want to make it worse. the low impact really helped and still pushed me to do my best even with my circumstance! thank you chloe!

I'm so so soooo proud of myself today!! I finished this while doing all the high intensity alternatives! Yes I did take breaks in between but not for too long. I'm sweating profusely rn & I'm so happy! I could do it all thanks to Chloe's 15 min HIIT routine from 2 months ago. My body has become lighter & my form has improved. I'll continue doing this alone for some days then add the new ab routine to it. I don't wanna overdo it right away.

@@thehappysouls7752 yess! I lost about 3 inches from my belly. But these are the results over 3 months of Chloe's workouts. I didn't do any challenges. Just picked up whatever videos i liked & did them. With a little control over my diet & these exercises i lost 4 kg in 3 months & my belly went from 35" to 31.5"
I am very proud of myself today more than usual ✨ I woke up at 6 am and came back to home at 6 pm exhausted and had 0 energy to do the today's workout .despite that, I did it 🩷🩷 without skipping the day even I passed out 😂 now I'm lying in my bed comfortably and I feel proud instead of guilty. consistency is the key keep pushing 💪🪄

I am gonna do this as i wanna glow up and lose bit of weight! My current weight is 49 i know its less but i am also petite 150cm so i look chubby even at this weight. I dont wanna loose too much if i could keep the weight and look slimmer it would be nice!

Chloe's exercises are too difficult at first but after a while... They're still very hard so keep going we all like u 🤡👍
Y’all if u want this workout to be way easier I really recommend doing 5min walk, 5-10min jogging and 4 set of 20sec sprinting. Seriously this workout was so easy after doing that like I was able to add weight while doing the workout, I don’t feel sick and my heart doesn’t hurt anymore. And the running part made a BIG difference in my body. Also if u don’t feel like working out today (or any other day), don’t. Working out is supposed to be an enjoyable moment (well, for me) so when I’m really not feeling like working out, I don’t but I make sure to do it the other day (I workout daily)
