To be fair, this fight isn't normally this long anymore. This was just a newer linkshell with lesser equipped players so we could zerg it. This was definitely an old school way of doing it haha.
Stumbled upon the video and don't play classic FF, but played 75 era. Why are you fulltiming what I assume to be the mdt gear? Can swap in haste/enmity for those flashes then swap back to mdt. Edited to specify that I was mainly referring to the kiting part at the start of the video, but even while engaged, you can swap in haste/enmity for those flashes or job abilities. Thanks for the video, brings back memories
@@FantasyWorldSoldier-xk3ck I kinda preferred it to how ff14 did it. Grinding for 3 months then that gear is trash, every 3 months on repeat. Atleast 75 era lasted ages haha.
@@Alijaygaming I play FF14 but don't do hardcore endgame because of that. At least FF14 is easy to drop with no worries and don't have to log in all the time or fear missing out.
@@FantasyWorldSoldier-xk3ck yeh its definitely more for the causal gamer which is the attraction for the game. I just find there's too much repetition. I log back in every so often but then realise I have no friends that play it and it's kinda boring without that haha.
bibiki shell or lamia kaman+1 2 empty slots is triggering still a 30-60s fight at 75 cap just bring all the SAMs and WARs with sleeping TP pots or wait for sekkos but this is the "safe" way
Chains of promathia server, neither of those exist yet. This was my first kirin with the LS. Given the gear and the players at the time, straight up TP burn isn't an option. I'm sure they have tried it previously and it didn't work so the LS does what they know works. Also no sekkanoki.

I don't miss FF11 endgame bosses and it always felt like a job and when 75 era ended all the gear that took years to acquire became trash.
