Thank you so much for being a doctor with a heart. I am suffering for more than 11 years with horribles pains in my ovulation and because my test didn't show any abnormal doctors doesn't believe in me. Never gave me pain medication, I cannot take NSAIDS because I have a bleeding disorders and every month for a week my life is a hell. Today I prayed to God for an answer to this pain (I didn't want to live anymore like that) until I saw your video and I realized what I have is scar tissue. I had 2 surgeries in the past a myomectomy and C section and never the surgeons or docs explained the consequence of an open surgery. I have been forgotten for so many years but today you gave me a hope and I cannot wait to talk with my OB/GYN about adhesion. God bless you Dr.

Love it!! Thank you, you teach me so much everyday, what you are doing is invaluable! Most chiropractors I know have a revolving door, none have said, "let's address the scar tissue, try serrpeptase". Thank you not just for what you do; but for who you are! PS. My doctor loves your videos too!

I'm so glad I found your video. You instantly triggered a new insight into my issues that most individuals diagnose as dehydration. It is possible but I have had surgery procedures and one was a colostomy. I've mentioned the cramps radiate from the scars but water was recommended. Thank you for finally answering my question logically. I've searched for it since 1989.

I see a physiotherapist now due to chronic pain. She did dry needling on my back for scar tissue
It works wonderfully. The pain is not gone yet but it is bearable and getting better. Good luck and much love.🐞

george johnson I don't know, George. I go to a physio therapist and she did the needling on my ankle and back. I don't think you should try it yourself unless you are qualified to do so. Rather go to a professional person. Try it... it really works. Good luck...💛

I also swear by coconut oil and massage for scar tissue. I had a saliva gland removed due to a large stone and every night I'd massage and pinch the incision scar (after stitches were removed) with coconut oil and you can't see a scar at all. I'm currently doing the same treatment for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel release surgery and I'm getting excellent results again. My husband recently starting using coconut oil on his rosacea and it's cleared up in two weeks. Seriously amazing product.

I had open heart surgery as a 7 year old 50 years ago. The sternum was sawed open and I have a typical scar. Mostly I have restriction with the ribs causing less than normal lung capacity. I have heard that red light can be helpful. Do you have an opinion? (I don’t really have pain). I do a lot of yin yoga but am quite inflexible.

Hi Doc, I recently had an MRI after a years of low back muscle stiffness that I have discovered as mostly coming from a knotted up QL muscle. My MRI results were L3-L4 mild facet arthropathy. L4-L5 mild disc dessication, mild loss of disc space height, tiny annular fissure, mild facet arthropathy, small diffuse disc bulge. L5-S1 mild disc dessication, mild loss of disc space height, small annular fissure, mild facet arthropathy, tiny diffuse disc bulge, minimal left foraminal stenosis at L5-S1. So my question is can these issues have initially caused this particular muscle to guard the joint from movement? Is there any risk to trying to breakup this scar tissue/knot?

Hi, I have a client that had a fall on a stair. Her gluteus maximus has formed a scar tissue and right above the scar tissue has formed a bulge . It looks like the maximus got cut and formed the scar tissue and again the other part of maximus bunched up like a ball. Is there a way to reduce and relax the bulged muscle. I know scar tissue can be worked on.

Mentioned before I was hit by a car. Pain never went away. Diagnosis; Fibro? This seems more likely as the pain is the specific areas damaged when I was hit vs all over my body. Once labeled with Fibro, forget getting any further looking into the cause of pain, including new pain issues. Also have a lot of calcium deposits. Years of physical therapy, pain clinics, occupational therapy. Nothing but minimal short term relief I can do myself. Frustrating and very depressing at times. Started using coconut oil while living in Malaysia. Also some other natural medicine. Want to get off pain meds; doing good on that. On 1/5th of what I was on a yr ago, but increase in pain also.
