This is great! Esther, I love your gentle humility, and that the fact that you have people demo poses who actually seem like they are in the process of learning the pose (as opposed to having done it for years).
I did the pincha mayurasana first time in my life while watching your video I was never able to do that. You are an amazing teacher. Well explained. Thanks
Excellent video! Forwarded it to a friend. I was trying to explain her how to do Pincha Mayurasana with a partner, and this was perfect. Namaste and best wishes!
Amazing explanations and information. i've been trying to execute this pose with the wall and it's been challenging due to shoulder placement. thanks so much
Thank you for this break down. I have a question on assisting this pose - the other day a students legs folded over and onto my arm - with this weight on my arm it pulled a muscle! Do you have any suggestions on how I could better assist a student away from the wall? Thank you in advance!
Ekhart Yoga is this asana "easier" than the palms-only (no forearms) hand stand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)? what about the sirsasana? im trying to determine with which of these to start. thanks!
think this is not a trick but a mis alignment. Probably the shoulders are not strong enough for her to go into the pose yet, coming closer in, stretching upper back more and then lifting without the jump is good.
Closest I have ever gotten to pincha!!!! Thank you

If you didn't have a partner or a wall and you flip over wont you... break your neck?
If you are new to this pose... Don't try it without a wall or a partner!
Thank you so much.
