It’s probably the battery in your motherboard, u have to take ur old one out and get a new one, they are about $5 for 4 of them. My pc had the same issue but when I replaced the battery it worked. The battery should be a little silver circle

well I was able to change one of the cables on the monitors so that did the trick. I'll likely have to change the ram,and clear the cmos to see any anything changes.
I came back to the pc shop who help me build it. I just needed a hdmi cord for the video card slot. That's why it says no signal because i kept putting the vga cord on the cpu, it must be in the videocard. Hope it helpss sorry for late reply
For those who never change the CMOS battery for the past 5 years, you can also try that. If CMOS battery is to weak, your computer won't boot up the windows. The battery is just a few cents. Go change it and see if it's work.
Bro I changed my ram from 2gb to 4gb x 2 ddr3 and my pc was having problem of no signal, when I had 2gb ram it was working properly but when I installed new ram it says no signal, I re-installed my old ram but still same problem, is there any problem with my cpu? Need a fix.

@@mutta6550 interesting thanks for informing me. I had the issue with my new rtx 3080ti but turns out I didn't do a proper install of the gpu, so I used DDU and uninstalled then I re installed. The issue didn't happen all the time, as soon as I booted the pc up no signal, then when I pushed restart it worked. Only did this like once every 3 weeks or so
FIX: Get your HDMI Cable and plug it into your gpu, find a tv in your house and plug it into the tv, if it turns on then don’t worry, your PC ISNT BROKEN. Next step, plug your hdmi back into your monitor and turn on your PC. Thank me later!

This helped alot was so worried it was my new gpu but it turned out to be my monitor just a quick reset and it fixed my issue.

It everything has a tint of pink it means your cables not in properly try pushing it up a bit.
