Thanks, great review. I like the tone and overall storyboard, does what it says on the tin without the annoying razzmatazz of other reviewers. Keep up the good work.
thanks so much!
I really like your format. Great work! I love channels with no pumping music and with presenters not speaking as fast and hectic as they can! I would however personally love to see Linux compatibility included if that works in your workflow.
In the about 4 years of my channel I've only had questions about Linux a couple of times, so unfortunately it really doesn't make sense to spend time on. Thanks for the feedback!
Good to see they let you do these reviews from your prison cell.
🤣
o no, ram is soldered, i was hoping it was upgradable, thanks again for a great review hugh jackman :)
You're welcome!
Thanks. Questions- is the display 16:10? How many nits, is it bright enough? How do you like the keyboard? Can the SSD be replaced? Also, what do you think of the same but Gen 3?
Does the ryzen 3 5425 version too have thunderbolt usb c charge?
Thanks a lot
Is it good for Photoshop 2020 ?
Thank you. Soldered ram = no buy
Unfortunately becoming the standard...
but its 16gb
@@maximoxtech1125 Yeah, but even front office desktop have expandable ram because somebody will use another management software and more tabs on the browser..for a laptop aimed at engineers or sysadmins on the go soldered ram is a no-no. One VM, a few tabs, ram taken by the gpu...and in 2022 you're ok-ish, in 2024 you're done, looking for another laptop instead of just upgrading the ram banks.
how about the
r5 5650 version?
Hi. Does it have space for an 2.5 HDD / SSD?
No!
Does its ram is running in dual channel mode?
Is this laptop good for gaming at all?
No bullshit! Details only
I would like to you comment on how to get into the BIOS and how to boot into a USB
On Modern PCs that start up so quickly, it can be difficult to get into the firmware. The easiest way is to hold shift when pressing restart within windows. You can navigate from there to EFI firmware settings, and when the PC reboots it will be in the Bios screen. Hitting F12 repeatedly upon startup should bring up boot menu as well...
What about the battery life
Battery life is extremely relative to screen brightness and usage. It is virtually impossible for me to assess.
What is the Thunderbolt4 used for?
Data transfer, Video Out, Dock Connector, etc.
Yes that is definitely a full sized keyboard
it freeze all the time.
I bought it new, not refeb, 3 months into it, and it started failling.
the bottom bar keeps forzen, it is over rated, not worth the money, I think im gonna return it.
Must be defective. I've used several and never had these problems
why intel core i5?,I know The Laptop Prosesor Intel core i7
Most Lenovo laptops are available with multiple processor options.
an ultimate no no. sautered ram. c'mon. if the ram is fried it will find its way to the garbage can
Unfortunately the standard these days...
