Thank you for providing the information. I currently use a private computer with two monitors at home. I need to work from home using my work laptop, and I need like to connect it to both monitors. Is there a way to achieve this without constantly plugging and unplugging the HDMI and DP cables ?

I see that there is an option for an optical disc drive on the 5i ideacentre pc which is the one I purchased my question is can you insert an optical disc drive into the optical disc drive slot and if so does the pc come with one installed and if not where can I get an ODD to insert myself? Nice review! Wanted to see the inside of this box and it is what I expected. Just bought one of these, as I'm too lazy to build my own stuff anymore and just need an office machine to replace my 7 year old Lenovo laptop that literally has the silkscreen worn off many of it's keys from work use. If not working my fingers to the bone, the keys are getting worked to the bone 😄 Speaking of self built boxes, two 12 year old "ivy bridge" i5 systems I built are still running just fine, they outlasted Windows 10 it seems. There are good Black Friday deals out there now, just picked up one of these with an i7 14700 and 16 GB of RAM and a 512 SSD, no optical drive (I think, don't really care) for $699 from Office Depot. Will probably pop a 1TB SSD in the empty bay. Also grabbed a nice Dell monitor on sale to replace the laptop's screen. The new system Should last me until I retire in a few years!

Informative and nicely presented video. Going to try these out on a 2017 Forester instead of Weathertechs, as I'm not impressed with how they tend to curl up on the edges after a while. Husky also has the edge on price.

Greetings. Is connecting Ethernet cable to dock and getting internet trough USB-C superior way compared to Wifi connection? Or is it better to plug Ethernet directly to my laptop?

How do you connect via docking station? Mine wont display anything. I have tried DP to HDMI DP to VGA DP to DVI. The docking station works fine for other monitors

How about DDC signaling with these ones, especially with HDMI? I’m having trouble with all Lenovo docking stations I’ve encountered so far.

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 pro (gen8) USB-C 3.2 de 2.ª generación (DisplayPort™ 1.4) I have two extra monitors i want to connect to this dock (2k 144hz + standard 1080p 60hz), can i do it with this dock?? thanks!!!! My other problem its that my notebook needs 300w and the usb c has PD but only to 100W (i dont want to use Power Delivery :z)

Does it feature 1 hand open like the smaller thinkpads?
