- We hope you enjoy these recipes - they’re both a little preview of what deliciousness is to come in our recipe book Spring Equinox 2021!
Granola Bar:
1/3 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Garnish with a pinch of salt
Noodle StirFry:
4 Egg noodle nests
½ purple cabbage
3 portobello mushrooms
1 broccoli cap
Bean sprouts
3 carrots
3 baby bok choy
2 cups Vegetable oil
1 Tofu
¾ cup Cornstarch
Sauce:
¾ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
½ orange (juiced)
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tbsp fresh garlic
2 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp sambal
Garnish with spring onions & sesame seeds

@@trippytofu There is a very informative article written by Healthline called "7 Nutrients You Can't Get From Plants". People who don't absorb these nutrients from plants suffer tremendously.
@@michellesmith9719 There are channels on You tube devoted to people who have become very sick on a plant based, vegan diet. Netflix documentaries will never carry the weight of actual people and their stories. The vegan movement is incredibly dangerous and many people will suffer on this diet of malnutrition.

I love watching now what you guys eat. I live on fast food and junk food and it’s starting to take a toll, Put on so much weight I can barely walk everything hurts. And I feel sick after I eat. Omg I'm so happy to see you are vegetarians. I eat eggs and occasionally dairy and fish too and it's really hard to find vloggers that are eating healthy and are not vegans! I'm certainly glad I subscribed to your channel, you are awesome! :)

Hi Guys! 😎 Long time no comment! Hope u remember me. 😊 Haven't missed a video. Thought I'd start the new year out right by saying "Hello" and 🎈HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥳 I think we're all ready to kiss 2020 goodbye and know that it will hopefully be a much brighter, healthier, less stressful year for all of us! 🙏🏻 I am sitting here welcoming the new year in with freezing rain coming down outside and thankful for my nice, warm, house and big, comfy bed with plenty of food in the fridge. She is always unafraid to express her opinions.💪 Love watching her with the chickens and doing her little farm chores; esp. when she picks food from the vine and pops it into her mouth! 🥕 So cute and lovely to see her have an understanding of where her food is coming from and enjoying all that fresh, healthy food a lot of kids her age wouldn't even touch. Yeah Mom and Pops! 👍 Dinner looked delicious as always Juby. Looking forward to the cookbook! Justin (assuming you're still on edit duty), I think my fave part of entire video is the outtakes, silly dances/faces, etc at the end of the videos! Hilarious when Azalea looks at her leftover smoothie pop, then watches in disgust as she sees Pops getting out the ice cream! as for the tofu, its a tough one but making it crispy or dousing it in a delicious sauce certainly helps in our experience!
