The case of a Metropolitan Police officer who avoided dismissal despite facing 11 separate allegations of wrongdoing is just one of the findings highlighted in a report detailing serious misconduct within the force.
The unnamed officer faced multiple allegations of harassment, assault and fraud, and continued to serve on the force after being arrested over a "sexual offence".

The Plastic plod at the start had a few policy problems and recording you for his safety was a bit strange, maybe he shouldn't be in uniform, if he is so afraid of a member of the public with a camera. But they always seem to forget, they have to state "You are not legally obliged to tell me", after asking for your details and that they are recording. As for the other two plain clothed police officers, who both parked illegally, as much as I admire that you should report their law breaking, I am sure even with your own experience, you know it will go to their superiors and they will say, no worng doing. @@misssparky5574 Knowledge of where the money comes from is easy..- taxes. Knowledge of how property law works in the UK and how to check legal ownership of civic buildings is slightly more complex. If you check the Land Registry, which is how its done you will find that the legal owner of the station and it's land is the Police and Crime Commissioners Office, not "the general public". We, the people, don't own anything that our taxes pay for. Morally, you might think we do, but legally, (the bit that counts) we don't
I haven't checked to be honest, but I'll bet the DVLA has the vehicles registered to the PCCO too. If you've any evidence to the contrary I would welcome being corrected.

Hi P o n t p, as you say this is not the first police station to be almost buried in parked vehicles, the question you pose about the security being used I wonder if it could be because the home office has to account for all the money spent on operating police forces but money spent on 'security' comes form a different budget. A simple case of robbing Peter to pay Paul.
The poor little PCSO bit off more that he could chew!, quickly realised that he was on a loser and wandered off.
I would be very interested to find out what happens about those unambiguous traffic offences the policewoman was committing, is there a way I can find out?.
    Cheers, Richard.
