Not everyone is suited to be a law enforcing court agent. Unfortunately, getting suitable hires is no easy task these days. But the ranks have to be filled , regardless, so a lot of rubbish people get hired who would never have been considered when there were worthy applicants in abundance to choose from in the past who entered the service with the correct honorable intentions.

He was polite, friendly and enthusiastic and managed to discover the auditors UA-cam channel name, this is something that very few police officers achieve. Good, qualified, experienced managers identify patterns of behaviour, not one off mistakes. This video demonstrates the failing patterns of bullying, lawbreaking and arrogance during the second (original) video … meaning it was bound to happen on the street. Together they also form a pattern.

The full story seems to be she refused to show her ticket, refused to identify herself and repeatedly tried to walk off. The police were supposedly only there to help if people refused to provide their ticket and then identify themselves.
If she only showed her ticket in the first place none of this would have happened! Then she’d have a much stronger case as well as they’d have no excuse for handcuffing her etc,
