I can’t believe that these police really genuinely think that the photographer is a terrorist. The truth is that they don’t like being photographed and are trying to make it illegal by fiat. Honestly, it must be stopped. Every time this happens they must be taken to court. If not they just become empowered and eventually the police will just make it impossible to photograph. What annoys me is that so many are in the police station and not on patrol. How many people have been charged with terrorism for taking photos.?
That was basically the sergeants contribution to the whole conversation..... thinking it so important to correct plod for saying "WPC" when he should have said "PC". That's why he gets paid such big money. He spoke very carefully the rest of the time to demonstrate how his minions should (NOT) deal with the public. And plod shot him down in flames on every point he tried making. A fool in uniform leading other fools.
By the by that sergeant was talking total crap about everything - he was showing off for the other policemen there and the Asian lady who needs to be sacked as she can't do her job.
I would like to say I have been to this station and I was abused by a man after I was mugged and they helped however there was public men there and started me feeling really scared so once I went outside and told a police man he went inside the station and talked to them. I ended up asking the police officer outside to help me get the information that I needed. I gave my report when I got mugged. This man sounds like the one who insulted me in the station.
How is it that the police claim to be extremely busy and understaffed and yet a single member of the public carrying our a legal activity outside the station, results in a gang of 9 officers immediately coming out to investigate.
@@britbyname3620 I said there’s lots of police in some auditing videos so they can do on job training. Ie watching another police officer show how it’s done.
Couple of things: 1. The Sergeant needed a boot up the arse at 14:50. After you replied to the mouthy get, the Sergeant interjected: "Speaking to me! Speaking to me!" to get you to stop talking to her. No! He should have told her to button it as he was conversing with you. So the distraction is apparently your fault & not hers! That's a fail in itself. Blaming a member of the public for an interruption (which was in itself a lie!!), instead of one of his staff. 2. So it's not a WPC any more, is it? I'd have said to the Sergeant: "Apologies for trying & failing to be PC about the PC. I should have just called her a cnut & you couldn't have corrected me for that". Question: Is the Sergeant correct to say (15:07) that it's an offence after the Terrorist act to film a police station? It's a new one on me, if that's the case. Surprised you didn't challenge him on that one. Good work!
Imagine the look on their faces when the next time you are asked "Why are you filming the police station?" you respond with "To see how quickly you can make fools of yourselves.".
i hope people notice that the sergeant believes he can ignore orders from his boss if HE thinks they are a mistake. & then go on YT & tell everyone that his bosses have made a mistake & HE gets 2 decide how 2 treat auditors & NOT his bosses
"If you could tell me how long I'll have to wait for the other sergeant to make my complaint to, I'll just film all the vehicles and registrations in your parking lot whilst I wait" Bet he'd be there within a minute ROFL
I think it’s sad where you have to visually record inside the police station during an interview for your own protection! What’s going on in your country
I'd be surprised if he is allowed to do that. The auditor from what he said seems to think he has the right to film inside the station. He doesn't, if he manages to film in there its because they're allowing him to.
The police have no power to stop you filming or photographing officers on duty. Recording film footage on a police incident, or taking photographs of their actions, is not illegal. But, you must follow some basic guidelines if you choose to film police officers or law enforcement personnel.
Phone a copper and see what reply you get, yet several want to stand over to members of the public doing nothing but be legal, disgusting waste of taxes.
The law works on what we do know ... the end what u do t no is irrelevant unless u have grounds .. not opinion, ignorance and prejudice as most dirty cops appear to believe
By the Sergeant's reasoning, everyone driving around in their car could be transporting a car bomb. Does that mean everybody driving in a car should be stopped and have their car searched for bombs?
Story time. I work for a company that does contracting work for a couple of police forces, one of which has a couple of stations which fall in my service area. I was on site at one such station a few weeks ago when a call came over the tannoy saying "auditors filming in reception, assistance required". Less than twenty seconds later, no fewer than six coppers went sprinting down the corridor past the room I was working in and the civilian staff member I was working with just rolled her eyes and said "This again. Happens at least once a week. All they have to do is leave them alone and they wander off after a few minutes. Instead they roll down there mob handed and the whole situation escalates." If the civilian staff member whose job it is to file paperwork knows the law around auditing better than the warranted constables then it's a worrying insight into the state of policing today. It's not even a difficult or complex problem to sort out. Just circulate a 10 minute briefing for all officers and police staff to brief them on what auditors are allowed and not allowed to do, and we wouldn't have these ludicrous sitations where 10 coppers come running for a man stood outside a station with a camera and it would hopefully end all the unlawful searches and arrests under the terrorism act which cost the taxpayer hundreds of thousands of pounds in civil suit damages.
None of them wearing any head gear , when did that become part of the Police `norm` ? No wonder my council tax keeps increasing year on year, total waste of tax payers money.

In fact any or all of the officers present could be murderous rapists, if she is so concerned about safety she should ask them all.

5 people filming boats at Dover have had injunction's served, telling them to stop filming...i think they are using the old stress, harm or harrassment
The police have created a chasm that has become too wide to bridge, until a massive overhaul and a retraining program is put into place. There were two CPSOs who left because of the attitude of police officers toward the the public. They were well liked, helped towards getting a Community Centre, and encouraged the young teenagers to take up a more productive way to help help them later in life. Sad.

@@beds139 , as highlighted by so many Police staff.
One of the best audits i have seen!!!
If I wish to call her WPC I shall: it’s called freedom of speech.
It is not up to the police to decide how the English language may be used.
Just like a wasp upset one and they all come out
@@jamesgoodwin9762 I thought rat would be more accurate.
I'll stick with WPC thank you all the same, of course when I use WPC it refers to all police officers and the W doesn't stand for Woman.
You done a great job at Wembley police station.
Because you know what your talking about all thier arguments failed abysmally.
Great job.
Another great audit. Well done.👏🏼👏🏼
How is it that the police claim to be extremely busy and understaffed and yet a single member of the public carrying our a legal activity outside the station, results in a gang of 9 officers immediately coming out to investigate.
No longer wpc ?thats a new one on me.
DOING SOMETHING LEGALLY = 9 OFFICERS, CRIME COMMITED = 0.
What a load of bollocks the police were talking yet again
Great video audit matey well done
When they're walking away " tell em you're dismissed "
That's the standard of Sergeant? Blatantly lies on camera about it being an offence to film Police stations. Beyond redemption.
Until this video, I did not agree with your auditing.
The amount of Police Officers is an absolute disgrace.
Keep up the great work!
Their are are prob so many due to trying to do on job training .
@@cruiseylee , that makes sense!
@@cruiseylee What?
@@britbyname3620 I said there’s lots of police in some auditing videos so they can do on job training. Ie watching another police officer show how it’s done.
Couple of things:
Good work!
They can't be called Bobbies anymore.
Imagine the look on their faces when the next time you are asked "Why are you filming the police station?" you respond with "To see how quickly you can make fools of yourselves.".
😁
😁
i hope people notice that the sergeant believes he can ignore orders from his boss if HE thinks they are a mistake.
& then go on YT & tell everyone that his bosses have made a mistake & HE gets 2 decide how 2 treat auditors & NOT his bosses
You’re doing a valuable job!!! Well done!!
The cleaner is worried for the police safety and she will report you.
Anders, those toilets won’t clean themselves and we all know what lousy shots the cops are.
And what are the basic guidelines?
Give them a uniform and it goes to they head. The Whole Indian Hockey Team were named Patel. Look it up. Patel passes to Patel.etc
“Don’t tell him your name, Pike.” LOL
The camera to a copper is like garlic to a vampire!
They hate it don't they....?
@@leathleyg5995 like Scrooge hated Christmas.
I love your audit and confidence
Phone a copper and see what reply you get, yet several want to stand over to members of the public doing nothing but be legal, disgusting waste of taxes.
If the police knew the law they would be lawyers!
Lol this auditor knows exactly what he's doing. I'm happy I'm subbed to this channel!
Instead they roll down there mob handed and the whole situation escalates."
If the civilian staff member whose job it is to file paperwork knows the law around auditing better than the warranted constables then it's a worrying insight into the state of policing today.
Just tell them that police stations are NOT EXEMPT from public photography
The UK and London in particular must have one of the worst police forces in Europe
The world
None of them wearing any head gear , when did that become part of the Police `norm` ?
No wonder my council tax keeps increasing year on year, total waste of tax payers money.
So you wouldn't have any police then brain box?
@@beds139 Brain Box? ...you are clearly lack the vocabulary and/or intelligence to enter into debate on a public platform with that kind of nonsense.( look at the like my comment received)
When the female constable brought up terrorism you should have asked her if she was concerned the officer stood next to her might be a rapist and murderer like the police officer in the news recently who pleaded guilty to rape and murder. In fact any or all of the officers present could be murderous rapists, if she is so concerned about safety she should ask them all.
Amazing video keep doing what you do excellence job
EXCELLENT WORK - THE POLICE MUST BE VIDEOED WHILE THEY PERFORM THEIR DUTIES. WHEN THE GOVERNMENT IS AWARE AND IS FEARFUL OF THE PUB;IC, YOU HAVE LIBERTY. WHEN THE GOVERNMENT INSIST ON PLACING FEAR INTO THE CITIZENS, YOU HAVE A 'TYRANNICAL" GOVERNMENT. THANK YOU FOR STANDING UP FOR THE BASIC RIGHTS OF EVERY HUMAN EVERY WHERE.....
Well done … they have not got a clue.how hated they are
Man with camera: 6 constables in 5 minutes. Door kicked down and house robbed: no-one available for 3 days. Such are the priorities, over-staffed police currently exist to protect the police, not the public
5 people filming boats at Dover have had injunction's served, telling them to stop filming...i think they are using the old stress, harm or harrassment
Or even harassed, alarmed or distressed.
@@beds139 I was close ...They want to stop people doing the legal activity of filming people doing an Illegal activity
@@budgetnuclearweapons7858 news now Scotland had an injunction
The police have created a chasm that has become too wide to bridge, until a massive overhaul and a retraining program is put into place. There were two CPSOs who left because of the attitude of police officers toward the the public. They were well liked, helped towards getting a Community Centre, and encouraged the young teenagers to take up a more productive way to help help them later in life. Sad.
'RECRUITING NOW' - we are under manned. Really do a good job advertising that statement.
Get assaulted or robbed its ''all our officers are currently busy, your call will be prioritised'' stand outside a police station with a camera and nine will turn up.
Well handled fella, you kept calm all through that interaction despite that gang trying to intimidate you, keep it up...😎👍
Well done , Thanks for your service and for the effort you put in for auditing this officer with mental health issues
Still no actual acknowledgement of the memo from any police I've seen
And the Met claims they are short staffed.
they seem unable to understand that some things don't have a sinister, clandestine undertone to them and are perfectly legitimate and lawful
Good to hear that you're cutting down on the use of the filler words 'actually', 'actual' and 'literally', they make you appear nervous and unsure. A great improvement on this audit, just stay calm and don't rush the verbal interactions.
Talks too much.
I'll be honest, I miss actually.

Wow you had the sergeant sweating like a?!
well done for standing up to the feminist police officer. they love throwing their power around and you absolutely put her in her place. I bet no man has ever spoken to her like that. well done!
I think there was a bit of miscommunication here. When initially talking about being "an auditor" I think the sergeant thought it was some sort of official audit. Obviously, he 'twigged' but for a while the conversation was on two different levels.
