Even after a few months after the break up, my health already started to decline, I was diagnosed with gallstones & fibroids. Prior to meeting my ex, I was drop dead gorgeous with no health problems whatsoever.

I can excuse people for falling into the narcissists trap because unless you are a trained, experienced therapist, or have experienced a narcissist before, you will never see them coming. Even if there are clues, you won’t know what the clues mean and nobody is perfect besides. And of course they have studied the victim enough to know that they won’t figure it out. So when someone is coming for you and has made you their target, you are likely to get caught because you are a project to them😒. So it’s not about ignoring clues.

Was married to a covert narcissist for 15 years. He was the "good guy" who was "always trying." I stayed because i didn't even realize what I was going through was abuse. I figured, he didn't hit me, he wasn't like my step father, so it wasn't all bad. Like you said, I didn't know what real love was, because i just knew we had something special. But it was all a lie, and not only did he never love me, he never actually liked me either. He only liked what I could do for him. 15 years of loneliness.

I knew Derrick Jaxn was a narcissist, the minute he put his wife on that camera with a bonnet on & no bra. He sealed the deal when he referred to himself in the 3rd person “Derrick Jaxn stepped out of the marriage” I was like WTF? He did this to take heat off himself & put the focus on his wife. And it worked too! So many Pickmeeshas came out the woodwork taking about “I can see why he cheated on her”. These gullible silly women failed to realize why would a man in his right mind put his wife on camera looking any old kind of way. Most men would be too embarrassed to claim a wife in public who looked torn up from the floor up.
Anyway I was in a relationship with a narcissist 5 years ago & let me tell you kicking his ass to the curb was the best decision I’ve ever made. Narcissists NEVER accept accountability for their actions, someone else is always to blame. We, the black community needs to educate ourselves more about personality disorders, particularly the cluster Bs, because there was no way in hell other women should have been clowning his wife. If anything, despite her bizarre behavior at times, people should realize that her actions was direct result of narcissistic abuse. When you’re being abused & gaslit by a narcissist, your behavior will change. You will start acting out & becoming shell of your former self. Trust me I know what I’m talking about. When I was with my ex I had plenty of blackouts, doings negative things I didn’t even remember. So in other words, I developed narcissistic fleas & it took me 2 years to heal!

" You should have seen this, you should have done that". I have too been involved with a Narc and there is no way you can possibly see them coming. Yes I grew up in a great household with my dad, I had a great life up until a few years ago when I met the master manipulator. Had the family fooled too. How about not blaming the women and put full blame on these predators!!!! Btw, as you can hear that I'm still healing and I love this channel.

There is no way to know until you have already experienced it, or had specific education on narcissism. I went to school for psych and studied narcissism, and still attracted one.
I met a narc, and dealt with him almost an entire year before i realized what he was. My birthday was the smoking gun that he was a narc. My BDAY and Valentine’s Day is in the same week. He made that week hell on earth. I broke up with him February 15th. I had so many ppl try to gaslight me. “But it’s only one day… it was only one week.” 😒 no it wasn’t the entire year there had been confusion and issues. That week sealed the deal.
But you’re right, you have to be strong minded to end it, cause family and friends will be fooled and gaslight you. I can even tell when my friends is dealing with a potential narc. My spidey senses are UP.😂

Doesn’t always have to a biological father. My father took his own life when I was 18. My brother, who is 10 years younger than me was and is my spiritual covering. I was in a relationship with a man I planned to marry….my brother asked me one question….where’s his fruit??? I don’t see it. That was when the emotional abuse started. My brother told me to fast, pray, and make a decision about the relationship quickly. He was loving but direct. I ended it the next week.I felt like my heart was being ripped from my body….the soul tie was strong. I repented, and continue to heal…..it has been a process. Pray to God for Him to reveal who your father figure is. He will show you…bullet dodged. I thank God!

A lot of these males out were not raised by a strong father figure either. It’s why it’s important for black men to be very intentional with whom they share their seed with. Fortunate for me my father had five kids with one woman and it has remained that way. Got to experience a father who worked day in and day out and a loving mother. If brothers don’t take the initiative to not have sex with every woman they come across unless they ready to start a family then the cycle is never going to end. It’s not on the woman it’s never going to be on the woman because biblically the woman was designed to be a helpmeet so she’s only going to follow what the man does.

However, they were so focused on "serving others" that they forgot about needing self care & healthy personal boundaries. So I fell for a highly narcissistic individual. He literally uses the same tactics that he used to keep danaia right where he wanted her to appeal to OTHER WOMEN AND MEN IN THE COMMUNITY. Stop IGNORING YOUR HB doing his woman wrong and women STOP IGNORING and making excuses for the men that put women through this. Not to mention the women suggesting that she should’ve just swept it under a rug- there’s no longer a space for women to vulnerably express their woes without another self-righteous woman being ready to downplay her experience because she’s “been there & done that”. Women like Danaia need these spaces because she has the opportunity to teach other women not to go down the same path. Do y’all GAF about girl talk anymore? What happened to the girl code? Oprah???? Like it’s really sad! Kudos to Danaia for overcoming this rough patch! She is a great example of not allowing someone to continuously abuse you just because u love them, as SO MANY WOMEN have been through the same thing !!!
And what lands women in this position? Trauma, A lack of vulnerability from other women who’ve gone through things like this, no guidance, no father, no real friends, this trash content that’s being published on YT day to day filling women’s heads up with narcissistic male dominated ways of thinking…. And yes, being groomed in childhood or suffering trauma in your childhood can leave you soOoo vulnerable. The worse part is your tolerance for pain and abuse becomes so high that you look dumb, but really you just learned how to cope. And it’s become your normal so it takes you years into adulthood before you realize that it’s abuse. By this time you’ve already married an abuser and/or suffered a string of abusive relationships. In short, never judge someone else’s story based on your life or what you think you would do. It’s never that simple.

A former friend who has Narcissistic traits shared Jaxn videos to me. I followed some of his videos until I noticed a few red flags. All that hes done to his wife/family is Rubbish. Everyone who purchased his products and services should be refunded and he owes her a world of compensation including sponsoring counseling.

Wow. This was a great breakdown! It’s a textbook case of being caught in a narcissists web. I’ve never dealt with one and hopefully never will, but I will keep your observations in mind, especially the love bombing stage and the moving quickly stage. I will keep my antennas up. ❤❤

Gob Bless you you are so accurate on your research on narcissist people! I am going to try to keep this short. When you are down and depressed or confused. Tge devil send an agent to do his dirty deeds to destroy your life, block your blessings, or to even kill you and that agent is a narcissist. I know because I am not trying to get out of a ling narcissistic relationship. I didn't know anything about These types of people until I started to see similarities of my exfiance character was similar to my Dad. With some heavy reading and researching on UA-cam I woke up plus I found out yhat he was cheating on me. It's not easy to get of these relationships especially if you have kids. Thank God I only have one. One more thing is they highly jealous of your achievements, dreams, and goals. Please don't get into these relationships and don't have children with them. They can't stand children or animals and they will wear a fake mask until they leave this earth. I met my narcissist after my mother past away from cancer that was brought on because of the stress and cheating from my father. After she passed away my father abandoned my brother and I. When you pray cast these demons out because the devil is also listening to your prayers to send you an agent of destruction. Thanks for the content I am sorry that this was long.

There are signs but that hope is sooooo strong that you start to contort yourself just to fix whatever is wrong cause you think it must be because of something you did or aren’t doing.

Great assessment sir. I wholly agree, but don't forget the Predatory aspect of Jaxon. Men like him assess the women they meet and position themselves with these type of women that possess these weak, self-esteem issues. These men know these women will tolerate TONS of sh*t before they will leave these men. Usually, they NEVER leave these men, as it's the men who must leave them, but only after they've found another sucker. Also, we must know the women we call victim in these situations know full well what these relationships entail. They KNOW! Only when they are TOTALLY embarrassed, and the man is gone, will she then acknowledge the relationship is gone. If Jaxon STAYED, know that she would still be making excuses for him.
These men will ALWAYS make sure they have a permanent nest, (place) waiting for them, no matter what mess they commit. The women they choose are usually overweight, not attractive, or have huge self-esteem issues.
Remember, the wife of a famous Rapper, (Who shall remain nameless) once admitted in an interview, that she didn't care HOW many women her husband poked, as SHE had the wedding ring! Thanks.
