Another fabulous video. I love that I met so many of these fabulous people with you. I miss you & our adventures so very much. I also agree, the stories behind the autographs are my favorite part of many of mine.
It’s not just a signed photo or piece of paper. It’s the story that goes along with it! The adventure of that particular day. The story is the key, the signature is simply part of the story! It’s the reward part.
Loved the show Rick!!! I have 2 autographs from Elvis March/67 and April/68 when we flew from BC Canada just to hang around Rocco Place and Hillcrest and meet our idol.😊...i have a cigar from April 68 and a royal blue silk scarf that Elvis wore for the WHOLE show up till the end of Hound Dog 11/11/70 in Portland......been offered a lot of money for that scarf.....loved the show....keep em coming!!!! Oh yes f u Rick 🤣
Another great video mate. Some cool pieces especially your latest addition 👍 i have many co-star autographs which are special to me as most of these are not with us anymore. Its just the way it is time passes and we miss them all. All the best from Brisbane 👍👍⚡⚡⚡⚡
Your a great guy you deserve all what you set out to get. I have some autographs of uk artist from back in the day but yours is a great collection, look forward to seeing you soon. Luv the show.
That's good timing. I was cleaning out a drawer in my craft room and found my old school autograph books going back to the sixties. Three pieces of paper fell out of one of them and I was astonished to see they were Elvis autographs. I knew I had them, but had forgotten where they were, as I hadn't looked at these autograph books for 50 years at least. Two of them are dated August 1957 and the third is undated. I had penpals all over the world when I was a teenager and many of them were Elvis fans. I vaguely recall one of them in the States sending me an Elvis autograph, and the others came in a bulk lot of Elvis memorabilia I bought from the states about 40 years ago. If you want to check them out, I have posted a photo of them on the Community page of my UA-cam channel.
Hi Richard, very interesting video. About the three Elvis Autographs, well, I think the first one in my humble opinion is not real, but the second from 1962 and the third one from 1970 are really looking good and I think real. The third one is my favorite and your presentation is really well done. Congrats to you. Greetings, Karsten
Really enjoy your channel and beautiful autographs. Meeting Priscilla a few years back I was able to get few autographs from her and the one you have is very nice. Only thing is she’s not the grieving widow since they were already divorced. Take care and be well.
Yes, I’m aware she’s not the grieving widow. It’s a running joke amongst a lot of fans for a variety of reasons. Thanks for watching, I try to come up with good content. It’s nice to know people are enjoying it.
Very Impressive videos this Richard 👏 That Elvis autograph would look incredible in my Elvis room also 😀! Great collection and Great stories to go with each one !! On a side note ....several years ago on a trip to London! I happened to walk past a motor parts factory / there was a plaque on the wall outside explaining that Angus Mcferson ? ( Elvis Costello ) worked at the factory for certain years ! Then left to pursue his recording career! Then on the bottom it ssid ... Elvis has left the building!! Which i thought was qiute amusing 😊 ! Cheers 🎙🎶🥂
Thanks for the video Richard. I really enjoyed it. I was lucky enough to find a first edition "Elvis what happened" as well. I also believe my Elvis autograph was a studio B auto as well. God Bless!
As far as I know it was a lady who caught Elvis outside of RCA. It's on a blank piece of paper. I wish I had more info on it. It has been authenticated and it's a good example. Im a Nashville native so it makes since cause I found it here in Nashville. A huge auto collector had it.
@_CoolHandLuke_ Excellent! Great piece. I’d love to see it. Do you have it displayed in any way? I’ll be in the Nashville area again soon. Going to see the MDQ show in Franklin.
My Husband Has a Elvis Room in the house He says The only thing it is lacking is authentic Autograph anything of Elvis congrads to you Rick ps. Great Video
Nothing like having an original Elvis autograph in your music room. I was fortunate enough to pick one up a few years back and what makes this Elvis autograph so special is the following: Its from 1956, Inscribed To the girls from Bell High CA which is the high school I attended as well as three generations of my family.
Hi, I like the channel. Nice work. A few years ago I bought a container full of Elvis memorabilia. There are a lot of unopened trading cards, a pen, and a stack of old magazines and newspapers. Several of these are from right after he passed away. Memorial Editions, that kind of thing. Included in this box was a large brown envelope, written on it was "Elvis memorbalia. Do not touch.” and in this envelope are newspaper clippings from the 50’s. One of these pictures is signed in pen “Yours, Elvis Presley” I then studied his signature on line, and it looks authentic to me. So, I decided that it shouldn’t be hidden in an envelope and I got it professionally framed. It’s real cool, and one of a kind. Could I email you a pic to get your opinion? Thanks!
@@TheElvisWorkshop Also, just to add for context - I paid 20 bucks for this container. There's even a copy of the Rolling Stone magazine when he died. That alone must be worth over 20 bucks. There is also a lot from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. The person who sold it was cleaning out the house of a collector who had died. He obviously wasn't interested in making a lot of money off of it, or putting a lot of work into it.
Valid point, but they aren’t all fakes. I have serious doubts about the first one I showed and will talk about it more in my next video. The other two I believe 100% to be real. There’s no doubt in my mind that they are both legit Elvis autographs.
I have Linda Thompson (from Memphis 2017), Scotty Moore (Memphis 1997) autographs but they pale in comparison to your collection. I also have Clint Eastwood, Stephen King, Henry Winkler, Linda Blair and three cast members of Nightmare on Elm St.
@@rickeap Yes, I’ve seen that one, but I was completely thinking about another photo, which, at the time, was a supposed, “Fake”, but I do have the Joe Tunzi reference that I went back to and look at again. The photo was taken backstage from The November 12, 1970 concert. Sry if I made the wrong reference. 😊
Thanks for the correction comment. The photo is 100% legit, I just wasn’t going to argue about it on my channel. I knew it was real, that was good enough for me. As for the first autograph I will go into it in more detail in my next video.

Sonny West did a job that was perfect and undetectable. So if you didn’t see it done you can’t trust anything

The second two are legit. The second one looks very similar to my authentic one from 57. But I have doubts about the first one being legit,
Agreed. I did a follow up video after this and I discussed that very autographed to open the video. Thank you for watching, I appreciate it.
I was at a U2 concert on May 14, 2015. Bono payed tribute to BB King at the show.
I hope your will and last testament makes it clear I am inheriting the John Lennon autograph, mate.
