I wouldn't mind betting there aren't many offices that have all these documents still in pristine condition. If he did anything right it was keeping impeccable records. I will have to delve into how much he was able to keep an eye on Col Parker. I got the sense from the movie he was able to swindle a great deal but still seems Vernon had the forethought to keep that to a minimum at least.

The green flag pin in the tray that Angie is holding at the 9:14 minute mark, are actually Nigerian flags celebrating when Nigeria got its independence from Britain in 1960. It is beyond cool to see a piece of Nigeria in Elvis Presley's home! I wonder what the story is there....maybe a Nigerian fan sent them...?

Vernon must have had a crash course in book keeping, coming from his background with no office experience, to keeping meticulous records and notes on expenses. Noticed a dent in the top face of the file cabinet in the 1960 video of Elvis in Vernon's office. A few seconds later you see the 'current' video of those (3) file cabinets, and if you look at the one on the far left, there is the dent.

They should publish a book that is just that account ledger with explanations of who is who (ie check for a car for grandpa). That would be fascinating
