Story time: a man was driving at 60mph on the motorway taking a call on his phone, with one hand holding the phone up to his ear. I made eye contact and shaked my head as I went past, and he gave me the middle finger 🤦♂️😂

They stopped stop oil because RHIP.... Rank has it's privileges.... and that's what our newest King has, if the police had let the coronation be disrupted they would have been fired. If traffic in central London is stopped for a day, or the M25 is blocked, it doesn't matter cos it's the common folks.
The delivery driver could have let you go but was probably distracted by sat nav and looking for the address, if I'm looking for somewhere I tend to let other cars go so I can look without disrupting their trip even more. I also enjoyed the Selsey trip as I spent my early youff, from 15-20 years old, in Chichester and used to go out to the pub in Selsey. I then moved to East Wittering/Bracklesham Bay, just down the coast, for a couple of years in my later youff😋😋 It's a lovely part of the world and great for a relaxing holiday😍

Their dog would probably die from the airbag going off as well, even if they were just injured by the dog. People don't realize just how hard and fast airbags go off and the damage they can do to people, not to mention small pets. Have your hand in the wrong place and you get a broken wrist...I don't think that small dog would have stood a chance...broken ribs, punctured lungs and possibly heart.

Some of the road markings were a bit vague in a couple of clips - 4:07 and 7:55 particularly - have the councils been saving on paint or the contractors ‘cutting’ corners?

That front cyciist at around 4:30, I was ready to give him the benefit of doubt there just in case it was a slightly dodgy junction and it was done as an unofficial ASL (I know it isn’t right but sometimes safer on some junctions with idiot drivers around)

I'd have thought the driver indicating right, towing the trailer, and then taking the slip road to the left, would have had an audible beep/buzzer letting them know the indicator was on. My 15 year old Picasso has a beep if I'm indicating when towing as does my neighbours Honda when he tows his caravan. Strange that a newer Range Rover (?) wouldn't, perhaps someone in the comments can enlighten me👍👍
Mine would if I had the OEM fittings, which mine is not so I get no additional noise.
It has an audible "tick-tock" sound, just like most other cars. Unless the owner has, for some obtuse reason, disabled it.

The problem with J10 at the moment is they have done the new road markings, but only put one sign, so the "Gatwick" people still get in the "Heathrow" lane.
This is the folly of "smart" motorways. They are anything BUT smart... Ill conceived idea from the onset.

Whenever I hear anything about Just Stop Oil all I ever think is about the guy giving an interview after they tried to glue themselves to his lorry thinking it's full of oil. Well it was but it was vegetable oil. The way he smiled and laughed is engrained upon my mind. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge environmentalist. But the JSO types are bloody pathetic. Make change by voting and getting involved with your local council. Not by blocking the roads.

One thing that amazes me is how few van and LGV drivers don't even know that they have different speed limits to cars!

had to do a drive up to Guildford and back and my god the A3 is in a sorry state, i actually stayed in the outside lane through the roadworks as the road surface was abysmal

When drivers cheat at a light controlled roundabout everything goes to fuck. All the cleverly arranged spacing goes out the window and chaos ensues.

The Land Rover undertaking you read the road, noticed you slow down to let the other car pass you before you pulled out into lane 3, also noticed that the van wasn't going to move into lane 1 (been in lane 2 for so long he was like a Scalextric car on rails !! I have to ask;On a M. Way, you indicate to move from lane 1 to 2 & 2 to 3. Why do you indicate to move from 3 to 2 & 2 to 1 when all you are doing is complying with the Highway Code..Keep left except when overtaking. When you pass on a single track road, do you indicate left, after you've passed something ? The only reason to indicate Left, on a M. Way, is when you intend to leave, down a slip road..on the left !! (that's what my instructor told me back in 1970.

Gonna make the assumption they are after a junction fairly soon. The stay in lane sign is not in a circle so it is advisory, like when you see the square signs flashing with 50 in them, doesn't mean the speed limit is 50, it means they advise 50 which is optional although there is likely some issue up ahead where 50mph would be a more appropriate speed in case the traffic suddenly stops. That van dangerously and unnecessarily passing on the inside is one of those people who think that if you don't move in immediately, you are a lane hogger. People have to get out of this mentality of so-called lane hogger retribution because they will cause an accident. The white van should have moved in and I think the landy was partly doing it in retribution to the white van and partly cos they thought you would pull out to overtake the white van. I don't see you lane hogging in any of that clip, I actually move to lane 3, if nothing is approaching me, for busier emerges to allow other vehicles to use the inner lanes. Anyone who thinks you were lane hogging needs further driver education. That van didn't actually take a gap, it took the HGV's braking space. If you're gonna cut in front of a vehicle, do it to something that can stop quickly

How do you work out the van is going too slwo to be in the middle lane? He's overtaking. You were in lane 3 and it took you 15 seconds to leave a two second gap between you and him. That's not much faster.

Okay, so I do drive a diesel car, it's now 12 years old and it's travelled 145 000 miles.
It still runs flawlessly, it still returns over 60mpg and it owes me nothing financially., it cost me just £20 per annum in road fund licence (there is a joke somewhere in that description)
Should I scrap this perfectly good car that has offset its build emissions and buy a new electric car that uses up the earth's resources and takes another huge toll on carbon emissions?

The difference was - when he cut the corner at the junction there was a parked car on the left hand side forcing him out in the middle. That would have been why he made that decision. I would imagine if a vehicle was coming through that road he would have taken the junction properly and tucked himself behind the parked car. You know you're suppose to look ahead when driving, that would have been why he did what he did.

[3:30] The way electric cars are made is much better for the environment that gas guzzlers. Many EV makers use renewable energy at their facilities. In fact BMW produce so much RE at one plant that they farm out the excess to a local village and still have enough spare to sell to a neighbouring country. Some people actually still claim that diesel cars that have been lying about their emissions for decades are cleaner than electric cars. People need to stop believing this nonsense which at best was only true ten years ago and at worst was never the case EVER.
But, let's get one thing straight. Nobody in the reputable branches of the RE and EV industries claims that EVs are clean. They are just a lot cleaner than ICE technology at every level.
[edit] p.s. the protestors at the King's Coronation were given permission by the police to protest in predetermined areas. The police then reneged on their agreements, arrested people who hadn't even been protesting yet and then said "Oh dear! We have made an error! We are very contrite! We should never have arrested them. But, we did because we knew there was nothing anyone could do about it. The establishment don't want to upset their Saudi friends and donors in the energy industries by allowing anti-oil protests".

Stop complaining, undertaking is as legal as overtaking. If there's someone hogging in lane 3 of a 4 lane would you expect all lanes to go over to a bottleneck in lane 4?
You’re ignorant of EV manufacture, even though you drive one… Cradle to grave EVs are better for the environment as multiple studies have shown. Yes - this includes things such as cobalt - the largest use of cobalt is actually in petrol refining and paint for cars not EVs.
