That last clip with the late exit. They should put cameras at these exits, covering the last cross-hatching. They would make a fortune in fines and would help to keep the idiots off the road.

Hi Tony, great video, you were so right not to leave that idiot out, and rightly so you told them to feck off, I'm rarely in the wrong lane but if I have a momentary laspe of reason then it's my fault and if I have to wait then it serves me right for been an idiot.

Blue van takes the racing line and gets clipped on OSR causing a spin out.
With this number of cretins I believe that most really need to take lessons......

The right turn at the Drift Bridge garage (2:47) is often a source of confusion for drivers, especially if they are not familiar with it. There are two lanes to turn right, as you say, with only one to go straight on - but as those two lanes turn, they are competing for a single lane exit. I have seen many cars make the same mistake in the video - which means it is not really down to the drivers, but down to a poor road layout and markings.

I'm always amused by your road markings on the "floor"! Must be a London thing.😂 Up here in civilisation, we have them on the "ground." (It's only the "floor" inside a building, vehicle, etc.)
Me, too, and I am Surrey born and bred.
All the ambulance and police videos, regardless of where they are in the UK call the ground the floor. I thought it was a British/UK thing. USA here and we call it the ground or street.
Similarly here in the Midlands a Roundabout is called a Island? Coming from the south of England took me a while to get used to that especially when giving directions.
That was a day chock-ful of stupid!!!!

There is a way of dealing with snot-gobblers that toot as soon as the light turns green.... Turn your car off, then get out & check the rear end of your car, finding nothing wrong you then turn to the snot-gobbler & ask what is wrong.... yeah, it might make you miss the light altogether, but it's totally worth it.
@LDC I agree with you about the accident. Van pulled out in front of the Waitrose van when there wasn't a space ( maybe on the phone or just driving too fast or not fast enough).
As I keep saying, I could take a million bad drivers off the road by making them have to pass a driving test again.
1:24 Based on the video Tony, I think it was the van. Probably on his phone, distracted som other way or just not following the Highway Code. It’s obvious that the Waitrose truck was already on the roundabout so Waitrose had priority there.
8:14 Why do they have a "P" plate . To tell others "I'm inexperienced --- please allow for mistakes as I gain experience" . The bloody same as we were all inexperienced at most things at the start . It doesn't seem they have too many good drivers to learn from
At 00:59 one can observe a slight crumpling of the bonnet just above the offside headlight assembly, suggesting the van was indeed tapped and spun out on the wet surface. 🤔👍
Living in Banstead I find it very funny/sad/infuriating to see the examples of bad driving in places I regularly driving in. Keep up the good work and I hope not to see my plate anytime soon on your channel.

About the Waitrose van: it seems to have single rather than double back wheels, which suggests that it's a standard 3.5-tonne van, so it's no heavier than a hi-cube Transit. Never driven for them though so I may be wrong.

Has anyone noticed the delayed signals nowadays, where people put their indicators on when three quarters of their manoeuvre is completed. . . If not early enough, then why bother at all?
The Waitrose incident, I reckon the van just barged across instead of waiting and got duffed out of the way.
9:40 while in some situations best to giveaway if helps the flow of traffic due to a poor driver causing an issue, if they something you can do to help correct bad drivers messes one should but in this situation I agree with not giving priority away as they wasn’t any need and would of just caused a build up of traffic behind so I agree with your decision best to continue let them wait until it’s clear

It's poor road design to have right turn and straight ahead in the same lane when there is an option to have a left turn and straight ahead lane with a dedicated right turn only lane.

That Nissan Puke, isnt that a traffic offence? AFAIK, you have to be in the left-hand lane and signalling BEFORE the "\" 100 meter board.
A coach driver did that to me at Gatwick, I reported him to his company, and he lost his job.
My day was nothing like yours!! I picked up groceries, went to see my lawyer and then to the dentist...not a single snot-goblin to be seen!! I was blessed!! Sorry you are surrounded by so many drivers who lack the brains to be on the road. Two of my stops were in the downtown area, so I was expecting some foolishness, but it must have all been in your neck of the woods today. Mind you, this was the longest I've been in my car for at least a month.

I dont know what is it with M25 and idiots, I was driving there the other day, no traffit, motorway half empty and twice I had an idiot overtake me, then cut me off, move across my lane and straight into the slip road off the motorway. There was NOTINHG behind me for a mile, wtf is wrong with them

I think you are correct concerning the accident.
1:58 always seems strange that its wrong for someone to pass a lane hogger . In Australia it's written as keep left unless overtaking but a car can use a left lane to past a slow car --- as far as I know without penalty (??) No such road/highways out here.

So I listened to the clip again and this time caught exactly what he said, which turned out to be "snot-gobbling moron". So we have a moron gobbling snot and not a goblin gobbling a moron's snot. If goblins interest you, I suggest you look up a copy of Cornelius Treatwhistle's "Compendium of Goblins". Your local library should have a copy, but if not, you can always make up one of your own (that's what I did)😃
The 'standard' of driving in this country has always been bad, but now (frankly) it is appalling! I am like you, always thinking about what other idiots I will have to allow for.

9:50 the first time I pulled off the A3 onto that surface after they stripped the tarmac off, I thought I had a flat tyre, I pulled over along with several other cars to check!
It's the original road surface, most of the m25 was made from concrete, the last section to be built was from junction 10 to 8 which was when they swopped from concrete to tarmac.
That first KEEP CLEAR looks like some others that really has no purpose - however that is NOT an excuse for ignoring it.
It's not a perfect world, because we're all different...Driving to most people is just going from A to B and their lives are full of stuff to think about, and driving a car or whatever is just a means to annoy..Peace...!

We have all been there...driving happily along the motorway, thinking everything will be fine, then as we get very close to the services we get the 10 second warning! ⚠💩⚠ No option but to do what they did at 10:23
Just kidding, I used to see it all the time driving along there. Absolutely no forward planning from drivers and they think that by doing that they will get there quicker yet there is always a queue as you come off so you don't actually end up there any quicker at all

5:59...there is a bend in the road so the drivers vision is obscured, how could he/she see that the car was turning right even if it had its indicator on?

At 2:42… I’m a new driver so just wondering … how are you supposed to know that those 2 lanes go to 1 there? I don’t see any indication that’s the case, and all the dashed lines are the same on the floor, it’s obviously correct but how does everyone just know?
I agree, it is a poor layout. It would be better to have just the one lane for the right turn; I've seen other drivers make the same mistake as in the video. Hard to blame them as it is not obvious at all, and also counter-intuitive to force two lanes into one as they go round a 90 degree turn.
Reckon you got it right about the accident at Belmont Rise / Brighton Road junction. Funny thing is, you have a thing about Fiat 500 drivers, but I have a thing about Nissan Puke drivers, who all seem to be pricks. And of course, everybody hates BMW / Audi drivers.
Puke drivers hate everyone, because their cars are so shit, I got given 2 brand new and almost brand new, both were shit and had major issues.
The nearly new one's auto gearbox started trying to commit suicide by dropping out of gear going up hills; and the brand new Hybrid couldnt manage the MPG of my old 14 y/o, 7 seater tank.
And the interiors were so dark, it was almost suicidally depressing.
Amazing how people can be so dumb and having no conscience.
