I'm 63. I just subscribed. You have great exercises and techniques. For us "older folks", I stay with dumbbells. I have a Smith machine as well, but dumbells are fine. I worked through Ashton's exercises without them to verify I had no issues. I then ran the first set with 10lb dumbbells, then progressed until I felt comfortable. At my age I have nothing to prove but to myself. If you do nothing, you will have nothing, but regret. You do something, it works and it is yours. No one can take that away from you! Only you can give it away! Why? Go seniors!
As a 60 year old granddad that goes to the gym 5 times a week, I can honestly say that your workouts have made my muscles scream! Many exercises are already on my list but just doing them slowly and with a different bar or form makes a huge difference. You give clear and concise explanations and your vids are easy to follow while doing my workout. Congrats on your success from a new subscriber!!

Brooo awesome back so massive it is and I finally learned how to do pull ups.But my bad I can't train my back so much because I am still a teenager and I need to grow taller around 186 cm but I am only 175 cm😢 so I have to train my back by doing very less and light workout my bad
