Just put some picture infront your webcam that look like youre looking at the camera and sleep behind the pic (just make sure that the pic is not too small that half of your camera reveals that youre sleeping in the background)

Sadly creepy eye contact is not an option. :( It would come in handy if I had to read a bit for introducing speakers, etc. It would be nice to turn on in a pinch.
I tried installing Nvidia on my new surface but it's "not compatible" Sigh
