    Just finished the first week of this program - can’t wait to do it again (and again!). It’s helping me create an early morning routine because I actually look for to getting up, going hard for 8minsx2, and getting to check off exercise for the day.       Colleen congrats on completing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan back in January! Laurel is in a bunch of Firm30 workouts too (filmed last summer/fall) and you will LOVE that program onc eyou've worked up to it.

    Thank you very much! I don’t know why I didn’t look to the rest of the week for my post workout stretch this morning after our 2 day 1 exercises. So I went to your ‘preparing for labor’ video, which was great stretch for my hips that I needed so badly anyways, that I’m sure would help with my hip alignment. So thank you for this stretch already built into the week. You’re, as always, the best! Thank you for this program. Free, modest, humble and spiritual, what more could you need. Thank you!

      @@glowbodypt2 kiddos, 6 and 3 years old. I rarely push both now so today was just the 3 year old. He’s about 34 pounds and I’m using the Bob stroller.

    Thank you so much. I needed this today!!! I ran half miles yesterday (continuous run alternating half mile easy, half mile hard) then I did a bike ride this morning and it was so nice to get back from my ride and do this stretch routine!
