    LOVE how this makes my shoulders BURN!!! Also LOVE how you guide me to lift up my bodily strength, as well as my spiritual strength! My kids love it too!

    Oh my goodness my ARMS! Thank you Ashley! I wanted to elaborate on what you said, you are 100% right that Grace is a free gift to us from God! Works will not save you, Jesus already did that of course 💕 but action is also connected to Faith. Unless you cooperate with the Holy Spirit, it’s as if the gift was never given to you.
    Your actions are an expression of love. Kind of like your sign in the background of your old videos “Your life, heart and body is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift to God.”
    Just the same way as you say “I do” when you get married, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to work at it. Just like our relationship with God.
    In Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” Meaning just because you believe in God, doesn’t mean you automatically go to Heaven.
    This is a really simple, upbeat and energetic priest that speaks on the subject. He is SO loving and makes things so easy to understand if you’re interested! ☺️

    Love how you share the gospel I this quick workout. And this option it's been a great choice for me this week as I finished both the postnatal plan and then 10min last week. Was planning to start firm 30 this week but I have sick kids. Love all your plans and excited to try firm 30 next week and then do LFS after that for a 2nd time!

      Yes! It's ideal to do the Free 8 Minute Week Challenge before the 10 Minute Plan. Or, just hold onto this challenge and use it for vacations, travel, or when you need a no-weights kind of week.

    My teenage daughter and I look forward to these every day - we love your workouts! My 5y/o was watching the screen while I was huffing and puffing through this arm workout - I think you started mentioning Ephseians - and, my son turns to me and says, "Oh! She's a Christian!"
