I'm a massage therapist and certified MLD therapist and will be doing lymphedema training later this year and I really appreciate all of your informative videos and love sharing them with our clients for homework and education, so thank you!
After a mastectomy 10 months ago and lymph node removal in march. I've had allsorts of problems and horrendous pain. Nobody warned me, told me to expect it, let alone how to ease it. Thankfully I have finally realised what it is and then found you. For the first time in months I can feel my arm and am free of pain. Thankyou, ore than you know, thankyou x
I didn't know what was wrong but two and two together and found these videos too. I had two partial mastectomies and they took my lymph nodes out of both arm pits. I never knew the effects of the surgery until now. It's awful
Thank you, this is lovely. I have been using this several times a week and it really helps with fibromyalgia symptoms. I have memorized but I still come back as it forces me to be patient with my body and not rush. I noticed that I have a tendency to sweat more as I am doing this, I figured this must be the lymph nodes speaking to me. awesome, thank you, gratitude!
I’d highly suggest taking magnesium glycinate supplements, along with D3 and K2, and then also look into wild yam cream and oil packing, specifically with castor oil. All of these things for fibromyalgia. Good luck 💜
Thank you so much for this video! I've been fighting a cold/sore throat the past few days. My head hurt, my throat hurt, and I had lots of mucous iny throat. My husband followed your video while massaging my lymphatic system. Half way through, I felt my throat clear and my head feels better.

Ok I HAD to come back to the comments to tell you guys this: I bloat like crazy around my period but as it goes away the bloat goes away. And when I say bloat I mean full body bloat, not just belly. I noticed that due to high stress this week, the bloat has not gone away. I took my usual anti bloat pills and nothing! I was in a panic, I have a date coming up and I can’t be this bloated! I decided to look up a full body lymphatic drainage video. I did every step and honestly thought it was not going to work but at the very least I felt relaxed. Off to bed I went I woke up and my God! The bloat was GONE! I even tried on a dress that had previously fit me super tight due to the bloat and I looked GOOD! Now I’m on maintenance duty, doing my best to hydrate and move my body to keep the drainage going. Thank you so much for this thorough video and detailed explanation. I’ll be coming back to the video several times a week and even more so while on my period. I feel so confident and energized! It’s incredible.

Wow!! By far the most thorough video I have seen! Awesome job, and thank you so much for taking the time to really show us how to do it right. So glad I found you!
Thank you for this great video! It really annoys me how many incorrect videos there are out there. Especially on social media. I once even had a professional lymphatic massage and she massaged all the fluid up to my head not down to collarbones. I asked her about it and she just said “this is how I’ve always done it.” I wish more people knew how to do it correctly!
Did this with you to learn and teach myself the proper movements. You’re so calm and easy to follow and understand. I learned so much about this incredible part of my body I haven’t even know about! Thank you so so much 🎉
Thank you thank you thank you. This is the first time I add a comment to a UA-cam video but what you are doing is amazing. I was completely bloated because of a surgery and followed your guidance step by step and it saved me overnight. You are amazing
This was so helpful! Sinus issues/allergies lead to headaches and trouble with my asthma. I was looking for additional support and this is great! Thank you!

My gosh! I have been so sick with covid. I’d forgotten about something I’d seen about lymphatic drainage. Found your video and did mainly the top of the body. I almost instantly felt better but have definitely woken up feeling so much better. Thank you
Lymph drainage is excellent especially with past cancer. Also reflexology, I saw it myself. Before my cancer was removed my pinky toe as well as my big toe had skin drying, turning hard and rubbing off and I had swelling on my pinky toes and when my cancer was removed, masectomy i had no more of that permanently
Also Thank you so much yours is the most detailed video I've found to be helpful in explaining i was getting alot of different ways to do it short, long and circular strokes but yours sounds the best

Thank you. Am doing this pre-surgery in the hope of preventing lymphedema. Will be looking at your other videos for post surgery. When I fractured my ankle dry brushing helped with the swelling.
I've just started using a rebounder two weeks ago and I think I overdid it. My hands and arms got so itchy and then swollen. First I didn't link the two and thought it was some kind of allergy but after trying your massage -it really worked for me. Thanks allot!
Very helpful! A friend mentioned that the ink in my arm tattoos could be blocking my lymphatic system creating fatigue, brain cloud and even dizziness. Tried this out with your video and already feel much better. Will do regularly for a couple of days up to a week. Cheers!
My ex boyfriend spent time in the hospital and he said they gave him lymph clearing massages every other day. My hands and feet swelled up from built up lymph fluid and he pushed the fluid into my feet and hand with his massage. Never get a massage from an amateur. What an amazing video! I found you as I looked for ways to break up a ganglion cyst - my doctor said to manipulate out before needing a procedure. I will definitely find a professional, but this is very helpful. If I were to dry brush, I think these movements will be much more helpful. TY
I have been strugling with pain since I started working retail again and I am trying this method out to see if it can help! Thank you for explaining this fully and gently!
What about the role of muscle contraction through regular exercise on the lymph flow, lymphatic system, lymphatic drainage? Is it more relevant compared with a manual lymphatic drainage alone? Also, what about breathing practices like pranayama, what about a good balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic systems in relation to lymph flow and drainage? I mean, perhaps MLD is a "symptomatic" segmented manual way to address lymph towards discharge points. Instead exercise, breathing and balancing awareness practices (symp-/parasymp- athetic nervous system) are a kind of "embedded" automatic way to facilitate the natural lymph flow through the body. Thank you :)
Just wondering if I can do both sides at the same time??? Why ne side and then the other? Feels good to do both. Also, what do you think of vibrating plates? I bought one but after only a minute or so, it makes my skin itch so badly, I have to stop!
Thank you, really great advice, I’ll ask my masseuse if she does this routine or ask if she knows a specific person to do it. Again thank you. I talked about a visceral (sp) massage, is that the same type of massage
Hi! Quick question! Does it not matter the movement of your hands and the number of times you do each in a section? Movement of hands would be because the lymph nodes run in different directions and in order to open them up you would have to do little L’s (and to make sure it’s in three exact movements push in/up/release). Your video is just showing to do it carelessly (not in a bad way) where as the way I’m talking about is more defined in the three steps. Number of times would be 5-7 always at major lymph points. 5-7 when working down the body, and ONLY 2 times when working way back up, except when at major points? Just wanted to see if you were just doing a quick run through and not being elaborate or if you were taught as if it didn’t make a difference?? Thank you!!
Hello Kelly, I just watched the video because a friend suggested it. I am going to actually follow along tonight when I have the time. How often would you suggest someone does this per week? Understanding that you are not my doctor or therapist and I am just asking an in general question for someone that has swelling in their feet a couple times a week.
How do I determine if I'm missing lymph nodes from previous surgery. Which health care professional do I see about that? I had skin removed from breadt and stomach due to weight loss.
I really appreciate your video and how well you demonstrate and explain everything. I would appreciate a handout for full body to purchase. I have lipedema and lymphedema throughout my body so I would like to purchase an all over massage information
I've been watching other videos on self-lymphatic drain massage, but none of them were this complete. Thank you so much. I just have a question. In many websites or videos on lymphatic massage, recommend to drink a glass of water before the massage and lots of water after, is it true?
Hi Kelly. Thank you for this wonderful lesson. Wondering what your thoughts are on “The Big 6” for lymph drainage that Dr Perry and other practitioners are promoting ? Would love your thoughts ❤

Most Exciting Area of Medicine For Me
Hello Kelly, I just watched the video because a friend suggested it. I am going to actually follow along tonight when I have the time. How often would you suggest someone does this per week? Understanding that you are not my doctor or therapist and I am just asking an in general question for someone that has swelling in their feet a couple times a week.
Bonjour from France.. Great video.... How many times a should one do it for optimal health.. Merci
Thank you so much for your work Kelly, really appreciate the educational content!
How often do you recommend doing this?
How do I determine if I'm missing lymph nodes from previous surgery. Which health care professional do I see about that? I had skin removed from breadt and stomach due to weight loss.

After how many times would the patient feel better? Does it have a direct effect? Also how many times a week should it be done? Thanks in advance

I felt asleep a couple of times doing the routine, as you said it would be better to lay down when doing it. But it was awesome 😎
I am very interested in this would love to know more about the courses and where are they.
