    Great thanks for sharing one of the best excercise . I can sense that Its really an effective one. In curiously, i am asking following two questions.
    1) Who is the real founder of this excercise ?
    2) How many times, we need to do this continously. or just one time is enough?

    I imagine it means 5 mins daily for as long as it takes.
    I have been doing g this for about 6 months and it has definitely helped with my hips and back problems.

      6 months doing it to get only BETTER? It says total CURE in the video, not get better. Then it's a lie say CURE, and specially 5 min.

    A mozdulatokat látjuk akkor is ha a mester nem mondja, viszont nem tudjuk mikor kell ki és be lélegezni. Ezt fontos lenne halani.
