This year, we are taking my Polish cookbooks on tour around America, the mid-west at least. 🙂 We are visiting Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and Ohio and Illinois for a variety of events to get closer to our viewers and readers.

This will be a fun, 3-hour event. More Polish Pottery is opening their warehouse for this special Polish pottery shopping opportunity. The Holy Pierogi Food truck will also be there to provide a taste of Poland. Stop in to see us!

This is my favorite and IMO the best channel for the recipes we grew up eating, my wife is not Polish and loves these recipes thank you both for providing me with great food and for serving this great country with great recipes and my freedom

Every 6 weeks I make another batch of sauerkraut according to your YT video. It has been delicious! Game Fair in the twin cities would have been perfect for you guys. Too late now. On our way to winter in Texas and bring my most recent batch with me. My Minnesota (and you did pronounce it correctly) ate all I made this summer! Making kizona kapusta in the airstream is something of a challenge but it’s worth it! Safe travels!
Cleveland has a Polish Festival on September 23. I don’t know what it’s like these days, but there were always great polish festivals all around Cleveland this time of year.
Used to be an all you can eat Polish restaurant. Loved that place.

It was good to see this vid show up and know you’re both in good health. I can’t travel that far but if you were coming to the Pacific North West I would be at every event (well at least one). Safe travels to both of you.

So wish you were coming to Cleveland or Columbus Ohio or Buffal NY ( niagra fall). I live in Erie Pa and we have a huge polish community. All of the above cities are doeable from us. Love cooking with you and relearning the recipes my busha taught me. Will now pass them on to my grandchildren❤️

Welcome back! I discovered the channel around the first of the year. I live in California (los angeles) but grew up about an hour south of Grand Rapids.

So funny, I was just looking through one of my Grandmother's books. Treasured Polish Recipes for Americans from 1948. Unfortunately, it's been 20 years since I lived in Chicago but if you ever find your way to NJ! lol. Hope you have a great trip and wonderful events!

Darn, I was planning to be in Chicago but postponed trip. Wish I could be there.
Maybe maybe maybe I can make it to Chicago, since you're sold out in Toledo, which is where my family is from (since my grandparents came from Poland). Gonna depend on how the new lab is going. Or if you decide to come to Richmond, VA, I'll DEFINITELY see you, lol! Yeah, I left Alabama, long story short, got a job that was a step up, and also a huge challenge.

We were planning on seeing you in Stevens Point however we ended up with a Door County trip that weekend. We will definitely visit Polish fest Stevens Point next year, maybe we will see you then. Love the book, stewed ribs were phenomenal.

Grandmother was from east of Lublin. She came to the USA in very early 1900’s. Would enjoy seeing her area and hearing of the food differences in that area too.

I wish I had known you were in the area because our parish has a Pierogi Festival this weekend, August 11-13! It’s a big deal for the Detroit area. It would have been great to have you with us! There is a Polish festival in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area but it is this coming weekend.
Shoot .. tried looking up date for the Holiday Folk Fair at the Wisconsin State Fair park & it looks like it's typically in November

we have a Polish pop here, since most of the churches in South Omaha were built by the Poles.

Love the fact that there is no waste in Polish cooking and the recipes use real food like butter, lard, eggs and meat! My only mild frustration is the background music on cooking shows. Maybe its my age but I find it difficult to hear and concentrate on the cooking! i'll watch regardless but...
Bummer for me. I will be in Wisconsin on the 16th, but Steven's Point is too far out of the way.
