Yep great kids. Not only helping out but so used to the outdoors and doing stuff they were effective as well. Great to see them and Maya in the camp, just so natural. Anyway thanks for commenting, it is appreciated.
Fabulous……. thanks for sharing. I’m off to do the same trip with my daughter on Monday, I was full of trepidation I’m now looking forward to it tremendously 👍😁
Always cool to run into friends on a trip. Again, looks like a beautiful place to paddle, I definitely need to get over to that side of the world one of these days. Thanks again for sharing with us.
What time of year was the trip please? You seemed to have some slightly strong winds at times - but made for great progress! I've not yet fitted a sail to my 16ft mad river explorer. I feel watching this that it would make it tons easier.
Memories made right there
Trying hard to do that for her (and me). I just hit 70 and Maya is only 12 so I want to do as much as possible.
Great trip Ray. Lovevely Daddy daughter time. Had a few adventures with my daughter there when she swam coast to coast using the Rivers & Locks.
Wow that is amazing. What route did she take, was it the Great Glen? I am impressed.
Looked like a great trip Ray and the sentiment at the end is spot on. We have to treasure these moments.
Absolutely. it was a great trip

You are blessed Ray 🙏
Sometimes it feels like that. Thank you Karts
Lovely trip, Ray. Those kids were very kind, weren't they, helping out like that? Nice to see these days. Thanks for posting.

Late August this year (2022). I had seen the forecast and drove up to take advantage of it.
