The test metaphor is probably the best description of Ed's vocal talents ever. His ability to nail the vocals not only in his own songs, but his insane ability to elevate other works is crazy. I've never heard him do a cover that wasn't somehow an improvement over the original, even when the original is already a great song. But there are few, if any, that can cover any of PJ or Ed and even hope to come close to his level ❤️
“According to Mike McCready and Jeff Ament, Eddie Vedder was inspired to write the song while in a hotel room in Los Angeles, where sirens can be heard all the time. The town mentioned on the song is probally LA.” To come up with such a beautiful song because he kept hearing sirens blows my mind!
@@Sohum i have friends that did most of the tour so far. I am a lightweight..only due to finances and time or else I'd go to them all! We have such an amazing PJ community. We go for the music but also for the friendships we have found through a mutual love of this band.

Their new album is really great -- you should check out "Waiting for Stevie" and "Wreckage". For some older songs: "The Long Road", "Yellow Ledbetter", "Immortality", "State of Love and Trust", "Of the Girl", "Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town", "Rearviewmirror" just a few recommendations.

PJ is my fave band and I feel so blessed to have grown up with them. I saw them 4x this year and its a magical journey every time.

@Sohum best part was i took my teen daughter to vegas and PJ was her first ever concert. She is spoiled forever 😆 You have to go see them.
