- I held off talking about the recent Sonic news knowing we were going to get a lot of news this week. Did they just confirm Sonic Adventure 3 in the recent interview? Will Frontiers succeed? What are your thoughts on the recent news?
I would be excited for Adventure 3, if Frontiers delivers, and I disagree that it would take place after Shadow the Hedgehog because you have to bring up new characters and settings to make it work, otherwise it'll pull Mania/Forces in that department of adopting level management from Generations and that's something I want Sonic Team to avoid.

Of course Sonic will be slow! Do you have any idea how tedious exploration will be if Sonic zoomed past everything?! Yeah that tornado animation looked weird to me too. Kinda like Sonic was riding the tornado rather than create it. Another thing people seem to forget is that this is just the first level. Of course its not gonna be jam packed with enemies and puzzles. Its there to give you a feel for the game before you face overcrowded levels like Eggmanland. I dont care for Sonic Adventure 3 cuz Sonic Frontiers will be the game to decide whether I stay with this franchise or not. Personally I hope this game becomes great but Im not riding any hype train. There is still much that can make this game terrible and I hope Sega delivers. Great video dude!

I do hope this is better than it looks. I can’t get my expectations too high after what happened with Sonic Forces and Sonic Colors Ultimate. But for what it’s worth, the game does look nice.

I'm thinking it'll be good, as well, but I'm afraid that won't be good enough for the fandom.
They don't want "good," they want "phenomenal/ground breaking/amazing/etc" and anything less than that they'll treat like garbage.
