I been doing this WO for 3 days, no diet (I couldn't afford it tbh so I just eat like usual) and I lose 1kg. For an obese girl like me who never lose the weight for the past 2years, this is a real progress. Still have a long way to go. Thank you😭
Viv, do you recommend repeating the whole workout? Or stacking? Or just doing this?! I want to strength train 3 days a week as I also do Pilates/yoga and cycling. I’m nearing 40 and love your strength training! I can do up until 30 minutes each day so would you recommend I do one more cycle? To make it 32 minutes?
Hi Becky, I would add another round to make it 30 minutes. If you do our other short workouts I would stack them especially the 10-15 minute ones. I used to pair 2 together and if it’s a cardio workout typically if just do the 1. If you check our playlists you will find our longer workouts too. You have a great weekly routine. Quite similar to mine. I do yoga and walking/ jogging paired with my workouts 🙏🏽 I hope this helps x
