I loved this structure - when I have to repeat the same structure after doing an entire round I find I dread it more LOL but once we do three in a row and move onto the next, it flew by for me!!
I dislike repeats in cardio because I get bored. Surprisingly, this structure worked for me. It gives me a chance to correct my form over reps. And as always, Maddy’s reminders about form are much appreciated.
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
Thank you friend, I needed that. I’ve been in a depression for a year now and haven’t been able to workout in about a year. I don’t feel good about myself and can’t get back to feeling good about myself, it’s hard to feel this way in silence. I guess not so silent anymore🥹 take care love and thanks again
I'm a beginner and started 15 20 min workouts at home. I find your videos very helpful and structured. I like that you can see the timing, nice music in background, simple exercises with little amount of equipments. And 15 20 min in the morning is not a lot of time so it's easy to find time to do these. Thank you for your work 😊
This morning I woke up and knew I wanted to train legs, but I had absolutely no clue what I was going to do… this was PERFECT! It felt like a literal personal training session right in the comfort of my home gym. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!
I’ve been doing this workout for 2 years. It’s my go to leg workout when I just want a straight forward workout with no bells and whistles, just basic, effective moves. Thank you Maddie!
I’ve been doing this for about two months now and I feel like I see some progress!! Before I would just do regular booty burn workouts but they seem to never work so adding weights to really build up my glutes is amazing. Please Maddie make more of these workouts just like this one. It really helps me out and I can take my time to get my form right.
Loved doing each workout three times in a row- it helped to get the form down and it was nice knowing that I was done with each of them after the 3 repeats!
I love how each exercise was repeated 3 times. It really helps me to do the workout better each time and get the most out of it. Thanks for the amazing workout.
I’ve finally found a great fitness instructor with a great routine in each video my body has changed completely after years of battling and struggling with mental health and difficulties
I have been doing your workouts for about 4-5 months now. I am able to reduce 12 pounds so far. Looking forward to loose another 10 pounds. This leg workout is clearly a killer one. Thank You for the motivations. Really proud of you the way you keep spread around the joy.
Loved the structure of this one, but in all honesty, I think you set up all of your strength training videos in a nice way. Easy to follow, appropriate resting time, varied - they're great! You've been a huge part of my fitness journey the past two months, and I'm very grateful there is free content of this quality and care on UA-cam.
This is my fav type of structure for leg day. It’s nice to focus on one exercise at a time and then after 3 rounds we are done with it! Also love the calf incorporation. I really gotta work more on those calves!
I have had these for several weeks ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
Thanks for the video. Would be great if you can explain which part of muscles should we feel or focus on when we life the heels up? Your description would be really helpful for newbies that are not familiar with the motion, thanks !
hi! workout person here! im sitting on the floor, drowning in sweat and i can officially say that this is the best lower body workout ever! i have done this workout twice a week for maybe two to three months, and i feel amazing. thank you for creating this workout! and another thank you for not neglecting the calves. enjoy your workout!
Wowwww my legs are burnin! I love the sets rather than repeating multiple exercises. I like being able to focus on form so that by the 3rd round of the same exercise I feel a lot more confident. More like this please! I love your workouts!!
Love how detailed you are about the importance of positioning your self corectly. The constant reminders help. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work!
I love the structure of this workout. 3 rounds back-to-back of the same exercise make me feel like I’m maxing out each muscle group. Length of the video is also perfect. 20 minutes always feels attainable.
I worry a lot about my form during exercises but the structure of this workout convinced me that I knew what I was doing! Thank you Maddy for helping me build good habits!
Please do more of these three time repeating workouts! We can really get the hang of the form and feel the intense work this way. It feels very strengthening and less frenetic than lots of different moves in one workout.
Squats (body weight), sumo squats (10lbs), calve raises (5lbs), reverse lounges (10lbs total), bridges (5lbs) Awesome workout Maddie, I enjoyed the lounges and usually I don’t ha ha, thank you ❤️🔥🥰🐱
Loved this video… I just started a schedule to do arms 2 days and legs 2 days per week. I did the arms yesterday and legs today! I like how you give specific instructions about positions to get the most out of the workout. In addition I like that you don’t talk too much! So annoying when instructors are constantly talking! Thank you!!
LOVE the circuits in a row! It really keeps the body under tension and gives me time to get the form down without worrying about setting up for another move.
This was great!! Simple, basic movements but veryyy effective with the heavier weight and 3 rounds of each. I liked the focus on each exercise, I didn't feel rushed through them! Excellent, I'll definitely be feeling this tomorrow!
Love how simple and effective this workout was. Also appreciate that you do three reps. So many videos are no repeat moves and while those are nice sometimes if you don’t have the attention span , I don’t know if they are as effective at building muscle as good old fashioned reps of 3.
This so suits us each day for December! Really enjoying it-thanks very much! Love your ego-less style-as someone else has said, no superfluous chatter😁👍
Love this structure!! more like this would be awesome! I'm a busy mom who is also a nurse and working out at the end of the day is hard sometimes. I have a set of dumbbells at work and getting in a 20 min efficient workout on my break saves me a lot of time. Thank you for these short but extremely effective workouts.
Love love LOVED this structure so that we all do it together and I don’t have to pause or rewind and the reps just flow. And the music is so motivating. Thank you for all the good you are doing!!
I'm a teenager and can get quite depressed sometimes, but these workouts really lift my mood, so thanks Maddie, you really do make a huge difference! 👍
I was kinnda slacking on weights workout but u made it easy and refreshing especially that 20 secs and 35 sec timer is really helpful, i don't have to push myself or feel exhausted, new subscriber here❤
I love this kind of structure ! Allows me to focus on the form of each rep. Would love more workouts with this kind of structure please! Thank you for a great workout! Really enjoyed this
I’m a day behind but am catching up with two workouts today. Loved this, I didn’t feel rushed. It’s at your own pace and I love how you make sure we’re doing each workout correctly.
Liked I'm 58 and I do every day exercise with you before I'm going to work you're my best and I feel and look good thanks keep going do this every women in our age need this thanks blessings ❤
I love how all these videos are structured. As soon as I feel like I wanna throw in the towel, there's a perfectly timed break. I'm loving this December challenge :)
I REALLY like your workouts and the clear instructions throughout. Still, I find it hard to do your workouts with the volume on because I can’t stand the music. I wish you could do the workouts without the music. That way, the participants can each listen to the music we like in the background. I love the structure of repeating the sets 3x! Thank you!
At the risk of repeating myself -- while actually by repeating myself -- PLEASE do more of these style workouts. They really let us get the hang of an exercise, perfect the form and make it work for us. Thank you so much for your videos.
I’ve been meaning to comment on this video: I do this workout every Saturday, 1.5 times, I LOVE this setup! I wish there were more home leg/glute day workouts designed like this so with that being said, Maddie can you PLEASE make an updated glute/leg day designed like this, pretty please? Preciate u!
This was such a good workout! I'm on day three of last year's december challenge and I LOVE it!!!!! I stacked my 8 and 5 pound dumbells for more weight. INCREDIBLE! keep up the best work!
So excited to try this out ! You’ve helped me in so many ways - I’m so conscious and so haven’t been to a gym. And now I don’t need too- your workouts have been so effective thanks 🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️
This workout was a great complement to one of your core and arm no repeat workouts… I love a great at home workout that doesn’t require much time or equipment, and I was able to hit the full body in about 40min with both videos. Thank you 🙏
this is my favorite leg day workout! absolutely love how it’s structured, it helps me get through my least favorite part of working out (legs haha) fast and easily! love your workouts mad🫶🏻
This workout looks amazing! I've been doing you no equipment and booty band workouts but haven't yet done one with weights. I'm going to try this one in a week or two. I have to get back in the swing of things after a December and January of very little working out due to moving and a cold.
This is my go-to leg day workout currently. I love the structure! I would love if someone could point me to more of her videos that are structured the same or similar !!
2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 3: Complete ✅ I used light weights, because I haven't done much weighted lower body before and I didn't want to do anything crazy right out of the gate (also, my knee was bothering me just a bit today). I'm trying to say a compliment about myself for each day I finish in this program. I really appreciated how you explained each exercise that referred to my hips as a “hinge” ESPECIALLY with lunges - I have apparently been doing lunges wrong my whole life! Hinging at the hips with lunging was so helpful, thank you!
Love this kind of structure for leg day. It’s the one day I feel like I actually want to know what’s coming and how much of everything I’m doing bc it can be so hard to push through sometimes. Great workout 🙌🏻
I loved this video and how we did 3 in a row to get them out of the way, so I didn’t have to dread doing 3 whole rounds of all the exercises in a row! Made it go by faster. Only thing that would make this video better would be to have a cooldown/stretch at the end since we had a warm up!
Although I also like variety, I felt like the time passed a lot quicker during this workout, so yes, I'd love to see more of this style ;-). Thank you so much!
I'm taking off from the gym for the next three months cause it's getting cold and gonna be mad cold, so this would definitely be a great help!!! Don't wanna get all bulky in Winters
Absolutely loved this and would love to see more workouts of this style. I definitely agree when you say you like the 3 rounds per exercise structure! Thanks so much Maddie :)
Thank you for this workout!!! The exercises, repeating and areas are all sublime and there’s not a lot of videos out there hitting calves! I feel a great full leg workout and really appreciate your channel. Thank you!
I love this workout! I was a collegiate athlete and this structure is something I’m very familiar with. It feels like a proper leg day compared to a HIIT workout.
I loved this structure - when I have to repeat the same structure after doing an entire round I find I dread it more LOL but once we do three in a row and move onto the next, it flew by for me!!
YES agreed
Exactly
Right? I would rather do the sets all at once!
This!
This!!
I dont know why many trainers have “no repeat” in their workouts- I love the repeat, let me feel that burn!!!! Thank you!
allows you to get better at the movement too
I love the way this workout is structured! Please do more simple and repeating ones like this!!!!!!
Agreed
Second that !
Yes!!!
Yes, please!
Agree but 30 minutes longer tho 🥰💯

i love that you did all 3 workouts back to back with us instead of doing each exercise once then telling us to repeat the video 2-3 times
I also think is very important the way you explain the correct body position for each exercise to avoid injuries! Great job Madi!
I'm a beginner and started 15 20 min workouts at home. I find your videos very helpful and structured. I was literally just thinking yesterday about starting to build and tone my legs and glutes thank you so much for this video!
I have now done this workout multiple times, and as I have gotten stronger, just changed the weights. Absolutely love it!

hi! workout person here! im sitting on the floor, drowning in sweat and i can officially say that this is the best lower body workout ever! i have done this workout twice a week for maybe two to three months, and i feel amazing. thank you for creating this workout! and another thank you for not neglecting the calves. enjoy your workout!
I'm stuck at home in a snow storm and this was perfect for an at home workout that still builds strength!

structure was perfect - intensity was experienced. love how effective your workouts are with such minimal time frames!!!
Please Maddie do more of this kind of workouts. Not to long, hitting the right spots and very effective. The structure is amazing! 👏👏👏Thank you!!!
Please do more of these three time repeating workouts! We can really get the hang of the form and feel the intense work this way. It feels very strengthening and less frenetic than lots of different moves in one workout.

Thank you for listing the exercises😊! I really needed it.
Been watching maddie for 1 year and I still am so excited to see her videos! Thank you!! For real
I'm so uncoordinated that videos like this are a godsend. No multiple hand foot movements that mess me up. 😂 Thank you!
I am really enjoying your workouts! I'm finding them challenging but not unachievable 👍🏻

I like the 3 repetitions for each exercise! Great leg routine!
Im on month 2 of following this channel and I really enjoy how it is organized and workouts are not over complicated as a newbie to fitness!
Really enjoyed this
This is now my go-to weekly leg workout. Thank you!
Did it grow your booty ?
Like the style a lot! Would be nice to have something to do to keep moving during the 1 minute between sets.
Yes, day 3 of the #DecemberChallenge and I will feel this tomorrow!
LOOOVE the structure of this workout! Focusing on one exercise at a time helped me to focus better and up my weight
I’m a day behind but am catching up with two workouts today. Loved this, I didn’t feel rushed. It’s at your own pace and I love how you make sure we’re doing each workout correctly.

Please add more of these videos!!!! I love how quick the workout is yet targets specific areas of the legs and butt. THANK YOU!!!
love the structure, love it all!!! took me out of my low mood and sad thoughts. exercise is therapy
I like this structure it gave me more time to focus on my form since I was doing the same exercise for longer than one 40 second set.
Loved loved loved. Just long enough and tuff enough to feel like I ve accomplished a lot. Thank you so much
This was such a good workout!
And now I don’t need too- your workouts have been so effective thanks 🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️

this is my favorite leg day workout! absolutely love how it’s structured, it helps me get through my least favorite part of working out (legs haha) fast and easily! love your workouts mad🫶🏻
Lunges are not my forte because I'm not super coordinated, but I found with the weights, it helps stabilize my balance. I like this format alot!
Loved the repeating simple exercises: made me really focus on form! It went so quickly!
First time here. Love the straightforwardness. No gimmicks or nonsense. It gets the job done. Like your style MadFit
This workout looks amazing! I've been doing you no equipment and booty band workouts but haven't yet done one with weights. I'm going to try this one in a week or two. I have to get back in the swing of things after a December and January of very little working out due to moving and a cold.
Im a mom of two, its hard for me to go in gym, so working out at home with you maddie is really great! I really love all your work out! Thank you!
I love this leg workout. Definitely one of my favorites. Not too difficult and restraining to do, but you can really feel it working. Thank you! ❤
I like this structure, gives more feelings that I really targeted the areas
Loved this! Would be great to have more of this format for arms and legs with a warmup at beginning and end.
This is my go-to leg day workout currently. I love the structure! I would love if someone could point me to more of her videos that are structured the same or similar !!
hey, juice & toya have some videos structured similarly, u should check them out
@@wendy.9762 thanks so much I'll be sure to check them out!!!
Yesssss !!

Thank you , 3 thumbs up !!!
Your workouts push me to work on my physical form and mental health. Thankyou, you’re an angel ❤️
2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 3: Complete ✅
I used light weights, because I haven't done much weighted lower body before and I didn't want to do anything crazy right out of the gate (also, my knee was bothering me just a bit today).
I'm trying to say a compliment about myself for each day I finish in this program. If you want to join, I'd be happy to read your comments down below 👇🏻
My compliment for the day: I'm very happy that I'm doing better at caring about my body and listening to what it needs from me from day to day. I'm being kinder to it and learning to work on my relationship with it. So kudos to me for making friends with my own body, so to speak. It's been a bit of a journey from the abuse I suffered in my childhood that caused me to neglect my own self-needs for much of my life. But my body is beautiful and I'm continually in awe at how strong and enduring it is, now that I've begun paying attention to it. To more healing and better self-relations 🙏🏻
Loved this structure and heavy & light weights
Although I also like variety, I felt like the time passed a lot quicker during this workout, so yes, I'd love to see more of this style ;-). Thank you so much!
I just got heavier weights so I wanted to do a lower body dumbbell workout and this was perfect! Will most likely do this again
Love the structure. Doing the same exercise 3 times really helps get the form right and by the last round the targeted muscles are really buring.
Absolutely loved the structure of this workout ! Got us sweaty and loved how you talked us through it !
I'm taking off from the gym for the next three months cause it's getting cold and gonna be mad cold, so this would definitely be a great help!!! Don't wanna get all bulky in Winters
I grouped this together with day 2. I’ve fallen a little behind, but that’s ok. I’m sticking with it, and it was a good workout 🙌🏼
Three exercises in a row is definitely preferred! Please do more of these types of workout videos.
Thank you!
looooved this workout for the challenge! I need to get more weight for deadlifts, but for the other exercises it felt great!
I love this workout! I was a collegiate athlete and this structure is something I’m very familiar with. It feels like a proper leg day compared to a HIIT workout.
Truly enjoy your videos! Great motivation to keep going. 🌷💪🏻
