I am an MD in the uk. I graduated 3 years ago and have only just decided I want to move to the US. I haven't yet sat my USMLE steps. Would you suggest I sit part 1 before applying for a research fellowship? Are there any fellowships that do not require me to have sat the USMLEs?

He did as he said in the vedio. He did 2 months in IM( cardio and Gi)
