People: "You can't teach someone more in 30 seconds for free than they will learn in 4 years at business school spending $60k/year. It's impossible." Alex: *uploads this video*
I love it, Alex. I have been following you for almost 6 months. Your content has been enlightened. I finished my MBA and working as Technical Project Manager now. My next move is to the business realm where I can join a team of mentors like you. My eagle eyes are open and eagerly waiting for announcements.
Sounds like short cycle selling. Some engagements take 6+ months. You can’t act like this with those type of customers. He’s coaching 1-call close mentality which is “get them signed up now, worry about the problems later. On to the next”. It’s different for every market/vertical. The skills are interchangeable but this model doesn’t work everywhere.
Thank you Alex for your thoughts, time and knowledge. This is the power of the internet, where you can learn years worth of high quality knowledge in seconds.
@@Dallas4090 if you can sell a product, you can sell yourself. At that point it makes sense to evaluate the market to guarantee you are in the best spot possible, in addition to creating your own safety net of industry connections.

How often are you firing "the bottom" percentage of your staff? Sounds like a nightmare for restaffing and training. Also it seems it's a bit arbitrary how it comes off from him. Like if all your sales staff is crushing it and the bottom 10% of employees are only 5-10% off from the top, it would make no sense to cut them "just because they are at the bottom". It would make more sense to only cut people if they fall below like an average of sales for a certain amount of time and can't bring them back up.
@The Power Moves The OP is saying that for his logic, the idea from the video doesn't seem right, and my point is that he better learns from the video instead of applying his own logic, because his own logic will get him only so far, while the guy who made the video (Alex) does know a lot of what he's talking about, so better learn from the video and him.
Tell me you've never worked in sales without telling me. Sales is competitive, it's not shelf stacking, if they aren't selling they aren't important to the business.
It is, but the sales position is comp based. All that pressure, training and attention to detail equals more money for you and more skills that you can apply later on in life

I learned more about sales management in under a minute than I did when I got my MBA, damn!
Literally out here giving 100S of thousands of value free wish I had found him 2 years ago
I'm always AMAZED by how much value he can fit in these shorts
I worked at a startup that had all of these things. It sucked lol.
No matter how effective the sales person is, the product is key!
Did you get cut from the bottom?

Consistently cutting the bottom half only creates anxiety in the sales room, I agree with everything else in this though
That anxiety motivates commission based sales people.
Wuss
If you are continuously evaluating replacing me, I will continuously evaluate replacing you. Capitalism cuts both ways.
@@austinlambert2929 Different when your pulling in $20k per month selling a sick product. I would sell till I couldnt sell anymore.

Reading Gym Launch right now - amazing book
Have learned from this video
I also learned from the Deming Institute that focuses on long term success. Specifically says this is bad for long term culture
this creates work camp with high rotation
and in time creates caste or cult between the top achievers and management
I didn’t hear a word he said his muscles were so loud😂
Voiceless. It is exactly what I was waiting for.
some ppl love sadomasochism
I worked for one of the best sales team in the world (employer was a sales training program lol) , and these were all included, fire
Cardone?
sales is pathology
we all know it
Gold!!
Thanks for this!
What more motivating than a sales board is creating a pool for the sales team so they can run advertisment and marketing bots for them … 😎
He's definitely got that ancient Iranian/Persian DNA. Built like a beast and thick strong hair out of this world.
I see that
Totally has that ancient stuff
This is fantastic.
alex i said it before and ill say it again. you are the one person i learn the most from shorts .
This sounds a lot like 4DX
Oh snap! I want to run one of these teams! 🤓🚀🚀🚀

Who's the one that has 100M+ in sales, you or him?
Him.
Then why do you think your logic matters????????????

How did you learn to sell? What books/speakers/etc. do you recommend learning from? Do you have a video describing these answers?
dude are you for real? watch his videos and read his book and get to work.
How much of a toxic environment do you want?
Alex hormozi: Yes
😂
Competitive doesn’t mean toxic

Cut the bottom sounds inhumane, is there no better path?
Seems juicy.

I need the full video!
Wait does he mean cut like fire?
The value he provides in every video just
blows my mind apart
Sounds like a meat grinder
It is, but the sales position is comp based. All that pressure, training and attention to detail equals more money for you and more skills that you can apply later on in life
Not everyone is cut out for sales
Which software would you recommend that helps with this?
I would never work for someone who’s business runs like that.
If you're scared of getting cut out it means you're at the bottom and need to improve

Great information, but the cuts feel really odd in this one

How do you know how much to pay people when you first start to scale?
I'd be so annoyed having to produce all this shit each meeting lol

How does one get a start into sales ?
Where can we watch full vid?
What he means with cut the bottom?
Nobody is gonna put up with all that for a shitty sales job
That’s why you’re still broke
Damn this was specific
Is there an extended version to this short?
I have seen a hundred of these and I still don't know wtf this dude is selling
Because you’re broke
The amount of value in this vid is insane
What does cut the bottom percentage mean? Like firing people?
Can you reply please?
@@ishtiaquebari8948 Yes.
how to train parasites.
How to make a toxic sales culture
how to select for insane people who thrive in this environment 😂 before they die prematurely
The only one that is toxic is cut the bottom percentage and the leaderboard, leaderboard is straight up unnecessary
should be illegal
Except you always have to wash your hands after shaking a salesman’s hand. But I guess if you can sleep at night

The only thing I got from this video is how out of breath he is lol. Needs to get his cardio up
Maybe that's why he uses nose strips now xD
Old out dated approach.
